Ulasan Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong Sha Tin

Family friendly. Clean and nice hotel. Location is nice too, 6-7mins from the MTR where the shops and restaurants are located. Breakfast is underwhelming though. All-in-all, it was a good stay and I can consider coming back.

Great hospitality provided by Steven and Charles. They went above and beyond to help me and my young kids with our heavy items and handful of bags whenever we went in and out the hotel. They were attentive and proactive. Great service!

I like there bright and quiet. But the desk service not that professional. Maybe is time to swap to AI front desk.

As usual, lovely staff and wonderful housekeeping! Added on breakfast, very diverse menu with continental breakfast to Chinese. The view from the room was spectacular, the outlook of the Sha Tin River.

I highly recommend this Hotel. The location is excellent. 5 minutes to the subway, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores right downstairs.It's near the river which has an awesome bike and running path on both sides. Excellent for runners or if you just want to go for a walk. The gym is also one of the best I've seen in a hotel. The concierge, Tommy, went out of his way to help me with some translation issues with my banking. I was upgraded to a river view room for free and the view, for Hong Kong, was excellent. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Great hotel with good facilities although a bit dated. The demanded a deposit of 500 to stay. It's close to Shrek Mum metro station but the area isn't that great .

The staff are so helpful and once I found some dirt inside the room, they help me to change the room immediately. Actually I didn't request it but they offer it to me.

While not in situated in the center of the city and near to any particular places of interest, Courtyard by Marriot in Sha Tin provides for a pleasant respite from the hustle and bustle of the busy Hong Kong metropolis. The room is clean, shower’s temperature and pressure is decent, and the stay was generally pleasant. The hotel does not have a very good view out of the room but sleep was good on the medium firm mattress. Public buses and the train station about a 5-min walk away provides for easy connectivity to the city center.

Spacious room in a clean and neat condition. It'd be better if they can change a SmartTV for airplay or equip a speaker.

Good and quick service with hotline and ice busket request very quick respond .

Location a bit of a walk from the mtr station but lots of eateries on the way.
