My first visit to w Macau and got a free room upgrade and the room was really good spacious and huge tv

A smooth and fast check-in experience and feel so welcome once arrived. We also got upgraded to a suite with great view. The pool is a little bit packed but overall we had a great stay at W macau.

Wonderful experience with W in Macau, quality living, excellent service, very friendly staffs. Will visit again.

As usual Marriott are the first choice. They upgrade 2 rooms to suites for my friends which is unexpected. We appreciated this.

We got a free upgrade to the Marvellous Suite. The room is spacious, clean and well-designed. Breakfast buffet was busy and costed a 15-minutes wait, however, it was filled with a vast range of food.

Room is clean and spacious. The view facing Parisian is magnificent. I really enjoyed the gym room which was clean and tidy.

We have a wonderful stay at the W Macau Hotel. Originally, we have booked 2 rooms with Cotai view, but ended up both got upgrade to suites with view of the Parisian hotel and Studio City. The upgrade was delightful, which made up for the long wait to get our rooms despite it being a weekday. The ambience of the room was so nice that we decided to have dinner inside the suite to enjoy the night view instead of heading out. There's a Don Don Donki nearby where you can get late night snack conveniently. The next morning we had breakfast at Hawker Hawker. There's a wide selection of cuisine, pastries, and drinks available, which all tasted delicious. The only down side is there's not much facility suitable for young children in this hotel. There's no baby swimming pool and no outdoor pool. PS Love the Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom. A dream for ladies with long hair!

We got upgraded to an extraordinarily huge room! My son loved the room so much that he was reluctant to go out! We loved the welcome snacks a lot, and the toiletries are really high-class too! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the check-in time was way less that the last time I stayed in Studio City!

We checked in on a weekend. The entire lobby was so busy that the staff took us to the 2nd floor for checkin. Was v pleased with the upgrade to a king suite as I’m Marriott Gold member. Was pleasantly surprised that the director of welcome made a special effort to personally apologise for a mistake made by checkin staff. Nice gesture that was appreciated. Buffet breakfast was extensive and provided choices for both Western and Chinese palates.

Late check in and the hotel upgrade my room. Everything is perfect!

W hotel never disappoint us , except for the check in timing . Official check in time supposed to be 3pm , we were asked to go back at 5pm and the room was still not ready . It was only ready by 6pm , I felt the hotel should do something to improve on this and also the front line service staff should be more friendly. Things went wrong and it seems like a norm and not apologetic at all . Other than that , the room was cosy and l love the spacious bathroom and lightings .
