The hotel mentioned we stayed here before, so they upgraded us to a bigger room! As usual, the location is great!

Location was perfect! Basic facilities were ok! But lighting near Mirrors were unacceptable! It’s not good for make up! Room for improvement! Thank you!

There are patches of mildew on the teethbrush, can't be used, both of them in the restroom, the room is small, hygiene is yet satisfying, location is great where you can find restaurants and stores nearby, customer service is terrible, there's a lot better choice within this budget range

This place is inside a newly renovated building and it great! The decor is adorably HK retro. The bed was comfy, the bathroom small but private. I loved the rolling doors for the bathroom. I am definitely staying here again. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I forgot to take pics of the room 😅 *tip* make sure you go up to the 5th floor as the check in counter is located there.

Whether on biz or leisure stay, I prefer this place over hostels and hotels, unless you prefer to have breakfast. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Reliable internet and helpful staff .

Location is just great but the room is smaller than expected. However, overall experience is good.

What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service. From the front desk to housekeeping, every staff member I encountered was courteous, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about my experience.

Realistically, it’s a decent hotel for the price. Not really going to find much better for a place at a similarly convenient location and quality without spending a good bit more so I’d recommend it. Hotel definitely needs a bit of a refurb as some of it felt a bit run down but still clean. Front staff seemed friendly enough l!

The proficient English-speaking staff delivers exceptional service, with reception personnel efficiently addressing guests' requirements. Despite the compact size of the rooms, they exude style and are furnished with essential amenities including a hair dryer, water heater, coffee cups, fridge, and safe box. A special acknowledgment goes to the staff for their assistance in retrieving a misplaced item post-checkout, made possible by the 24-hour reception, facilitating seamless access for guests.

I want to thank You to the Reception girl who help me to check out ,and help me carrying my luggage’s to the taxi . She is very friendly , warm and kind hearted. I m sorry that I did not ask Her name . Good employee not like others. The men receptions never smiled and unfriendly.

the Location is very near to everything, the staff are polite and friendly. Just a little more cleaning especially the toilet but overall stay is good I will definitely book again.
