The guest house is located in Chunking Mansions, near a MTR station, close to many shops and restaurants, and at walking distance from Victoria Bay and other interesting places.
The room and its bathroom were clean; AC, TV, towel and shampoo were provided. You can also use the shared microwave oven, fridge and hair dryer; you can prepare free coffee too.
The service was very good; both the manager guy and the cleaning lady were very friendly.
I stayed for 3 nights and didn't have any problem. Overall, I liked my stay here and I would book it again.

The location was easy to find because the people that work outside the building and at the market downstairs are helpful and friendly. And the staff at the guesthouse were really friendly and helpful too. However, I do feel that a number of things could be improved in this place, such as labels on switches, the hot water working better, the WiFi actually reaching all the rooms, etc. But realistically, you get what you pay for, so if you need a cheap and convenient place to stay, this place is ok. The air-conditioning worked well and the water pressure was good.

Tiny but clean room, a bit complicated front desk.
Has lobby coffee, very nice feature.
Had unruly guests, seems front desk didn't intervene :-(

There was no cleaning as advertised. The room was dirty when I entered and the smell was horrible. Do not book anything in Chungking Mansions!
