Ulasan Pentahotel Hong Kong, Tuen Mun

Staff are very nice and helpful! I arrived early due to my flight. Front desk very helpful and check in early for me and upgraded. Room is clean and big. I really like is hardwood floor. Cleaning staff are nice. I requested late check out due to car pick up and no issues. There is restaurant downstairs. Light rail and west rail station very close by. Walkable distance to the shopper center. Police and fire station across the hotel feel safe . Most important only take 20 mins to airport by car ride. I recommend to anyone for this hotel when stay in HK

It was a pleasant stay. Everyone are polite and helpful. All in all completely satisfied.. Will go again there when I come to hk..

Near to some great food! Clean and spacious room. Wish it provided hair cap but at least it had a hair dryer.

good location which is close to town centre

Walkable to the bus station and MTR. Close by a huge mall. Basic room even with an upgrade. Only cheap slippers are provided.

Got upgraded. The room was of a good size with good amount of luggage and hanging spaces. Air conditioning was somewhat loud.

Great for a short stay as it’s located only 29 minutes by car from the Hong Kong airport. Going into the city is also convenient as the mtr station is only 5 minutes way. There is also bus to cross over to China.

Convenient to travel between airport and China by bus, staff were very friendly and got an unexpected room upgrade! Stylish and spacious room with filtered water dispenser every floor, very comfortable bedding.

Although it is far away from the centre of city, it is very near subway station, and bus station, which can bring you to anywhere easily. one thing I don't like is the pillow too....soft, no support at all, which affect my quality of sleeping. The front desk persons very helpful.

Room was spacious in HK standard, few minutes walk from LRT station, not much facilities/shop around but still worth for its rate

Bathrooms are fab. Beds are good. Staff are great. A 10min walk from Tuen Mun bus terminal on the Airport A33X for just $17. But it costs a fair few $HK on the Tuen Mum railway to get places, especially if you visit 2+ seperate places in a day. No restaurant but a great cafe and also a great noodle bar next to the main entrance. A fab local market nearby and a jade stall has much cheaper jewellery than the tourist spots.

All the staff were helpful, friendly and efficient including helping with directions and booking a taxi Only slight setback was the trucking noise that I can pick up at night before I sleep I guess if the room faces the opposite direction might be better
