My first time here, counter staff lady not so friendly anyway smooth check in. Room mattress in bad condition, however if you dislike black and darker room, this hotel not recommended ya. Night time, sound proof not so good you might got effected. Last but not least, remember they will collect HK$500 for deposit (refundable).

Not a bad hotel consider the price and very centrally located. Room is a little small but acceptable. The hotel is very close to the MTR and overall I enjoyed staying here and will consider this hotel again on my next visit.

The hotel is okay nearby the company meeting that we attended. It was my first trip overseas and I enjoyed it. I was excited and happy that I managed to travel overseas for the first time with my own hard earned money. It was possible with Abit help from our tenant's wife she gave small token of appreciation for my graduation. Did not expect to have this gift from someone I recently just met.

Staff is good service. Available to deposit luggages before check-in time (14:00). In room has hair dryer, refrigerator, slipper, liquid soap&shampoo. But there is no water drinking and re-filled drinking water dispenser machine. Triple room is pretty good because quite large area. House keeper clean the room everyday. Hotel is located very good location that is convenient for taking bus and MTR.

Ini adalah kali pertama saya pergi ke Hong Kong dan saya berasa sangat gementar Namun, perkhidmatan di hotel ini sangat baik dan sikap kakitangan juga sangat baik semasa daftar masuk, yang juga dibenarkan kanak-kanak untuk belajar lebih banyak bahasa Kanak-kanak mungkin tidak boleh makan dengan baik pada malam pertama daftar masuk Saya sangat sakit sehingga saya tidak berani mengganggu hotel , saya lihat kakitangan hotel telah membersihkan segala-galanya Dalam beberapa hari berikutnya, rumah telah dikemas dan sampah dibersihkan Setiap kali saya balik selepas seharian bermain, saya mengheret badan saya , mood saya bertambah baik serta-merta. Saya tidak mempunyai komunikasi yang mendalam dengan hotel, tetapi saya merasakan bahawa pelanggan berada di hati mereka, yang selalu saya katakan bahawa Hong Kong nampaknya tidak ramah kepada penduduk tanah besar. tetapi kali ini saya benar-benar melepaskan idea saya untuk pergi ke sana. Hong Kong mempunyai jalan yang bersih dan orang yang ramah untuk visa minggu depan saya benar-benar mahu pergi lagi dan menginap di hotel anda 🏨Sangat bagus, sangat bagus

Very efficient check-in and check-out at Front Desk. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We asked for two more clothe hangers and were delivered within minutes. Hotel is very close to Yaumatei MTR and convenient access to other public transport. Guest room is bright, clean and tidy. We certainly will choose to come back again.

Location is very convenient,just few minutes walk from mtr location and there’s do many bus routes. Near night market also, many restaurants near area hotel Room clean and teddy, But AC no Cold.

I am very satisfy to the room. I have peace of mind and I feel so safe. I also enjoy roaming around and it is very convenient for me because so many shops nearby and surely anyone can enjoy shopping
