The hotel location is good, very convenient. Next to Mong Kok East MTR station and Moko Mall. The check-in and check-out process were fast and easy, less than 5 mins. The staff are well prepared. The room were clean and neat. The Bathroom has a standing bath area and a bath tub.

Great location, The hotel located beside MTR Exit P1. All staff is very enthusiastic and very polite. The facilities are well maintained, clean room, silent air-conditioned. We had a great time and thank you for the anniversary gifts.

Great experience in nice hotel. Comfortable to stay at night and the body cream provided by the hotel is very good. I would recommend to stay at this hotel if you decide to visit Hong Kong Disneyland.

One of my all-time-favourite in Hong Kong! Cozy and modern room, the room is spacious and clean. Highly recommended to have a dinner buffet, the seafood is fresh with a variety of choices. Although a bit far from MTR station, still within 10-min walking distance!

Check in was fuss free. The room is clean and provided with good amenties. The receptionist was helpful with my request and gave me a higher floor rooms. It was my partner birthday and the hotel gave us a cake. It was quite near to places that I want to go too. Overall it was a good stay in Hongkong.

There were hiccups during the check in, and thus I had to wait outside my room while maintenance was still in process thank god there was a housekeeper that was around and informed me that the room is under maintenance, so thus I will need to be assigned to a new room, so thus the room manager at the 41st floor Natalie upgraded my room and her crisis omanagement towards my enquiry of what’s goingo on and what happened everything in a minute and she apologised the room that was assigned to me she has no idea why did they assigned to me.. thank you for Natalie her quick response and also her service was amazing! Thank you Natalie u make my day not a bad one after all!!

Fantastic Stay at The Mira Hong Kong We had a truly memorable stay at The Mira Hong Kong, especially as we celebrated my mother's birthday. Upon check-in, the hotel - Guest Relations Team surprised us with a lovely cake for her and a sweet letter, which was such a thoughtful gesture! Mark, the check-in staff, was exceptional. He made the process smooth and enjoyable, demonstrating great professionalism and kindness. Kudos to him for making our arrival so welcoming! The housekeeping team also deserves recognition; they were incredibly helpful, and our room was spotless. The pool staff and lifeguard were friendly and provided excellent information about the area, enhancing our experience. Aaron, the mixologist at the bar, crafted fantastic drinks that added a special touch to our evenings. Breakfast was delightful, featuring a wonderful variety of options—the Eggs Benedict was among the best I’ve ever had! On a side note, while waiting in the lobby after check-in, I witnessed a guest shouting at Mark. It was shocking to see, especially since he handled our check-in so well. I felt bad for him, as no one deserves to be treated that way, but I was impressed by his professionalism in the face of the situation. Overall, our stay was wonderful and my mother was very happy. I highly recommend The Mira Hong Kong for anyone looking for a fantastic experience!

We had an absolutely amazing stay. It felt like being at home with family. It's important to note that I'm recovering from a back surgery. Prior to my short stay at the Cordis, I had spent the past 4 weeks on bed rest. After 4 weeks if over 22 hours a day in bed, I was desperate to get out of the house. I was also very nervous because my spine is still very fragile. The service was completely customized to fit my needs and I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Every day I looked forward to speaking with the staff, especially Jocelyn, Lucky, and Yosie. Everything at the hotel was perfect. Despite being a very nice, modern, and clean hotel, staying here felt like staying at a family members house...Very cozy, warm and comfortable. Thank you to everyone on the Executive Club Level team for helping us have the best hotel stay of our life: Kevin, Mahen, Jocelyn, Yosie, Tommy, Edwin, Lucky, Vicky, Jay I will refer everyone I can to come stay at Cordis Hotel when in Hong Kong, and I will definitely be back.... hopefully next month!

The hotel is indeed within 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station, but beware that the walk to the actual platform to catch trains is actually a 15-minute walk. This was my second stay, and I still appreciate the value pricing, efficient service, and high standard of maintenance (as it's a fairly old property). The rooftop pool is a treat for both frolicking or lap swimming. This hotel gets all the basics right, such as lighting, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, linens and comfortable pillows/mattress. I would be happy to make this my default hotel in Hong Kong if the pricing continues to offer such good value.

A little frustrating to start. Called the hotel about the shuttle, stated it was at 3:30 and something about 20 minutes. I told them I was already at the airport and would wait at the pick up location. I should’ve clarified what he wanted me to do in 20 minutes because no shuttle came by 3:30p so took a taxi which was 3 times the cost. At check in most were occupied except one attendee who decided to look up only after her colleague nudged her because he was about to take me when he finished. She checked me in from a seated position. Very little interaction except to ask me how many beds which was one in my reservation, arrived and had 2. Room was huge with a view of the city and amazing window seat. Beds were cozy. Bathroom, no plastic. Great towels! Dated hotel but still very clean. Area was close to MTR Island Line or a bus, and had many restaurants and shops nearby.
