GGuest UserI will list the pros and cons of this hotel based on my personal experience to help you to decide, if this hotel could be right for you.
Cons: Butter, jam, bread, croissants, coffee, tea are served as a free breakfast, but a full breakfast could be served, considering that the hotel is not cheap. But this must be a general thing for Hong Kong, as everything is very expensive there. The highlight of our room was its high floor and gorgeous view from the big window, but it had a strange thing - there was a locked door to the neighboring room, so every sound was heard from the neighboring room. I would have not even noticed this, if we didn't have as a neighbor a man, who spent a night getting in and out of the room, gambling in a casino, bringing ladies from there and fighting with them about how much money he should pay them. I called the reception, as this happened at 2 am. Security came up, then all was calm until all started over at 4 am. I called the reception again, but their response was not optimal and satisfying. Instead of moving out the weird neighbor, they offered me to change the room at 4am, knowing that my 8-year-old daughter was asleep in the room. They offered me to move to another room on the next and last night, but the room offered was cold and didn't have a view to the harbor, so I didn't agree. I wasn't offered any compensation for a sleepless night, which would be a fair thing to do, as we are paying for our calm night sleep in a hotel.
Pros: The hotel is located on Hong Kong island, near Fortress Hill MTR station. The MTR station is very near and you can use it to get to all tourist attractions, including Disneyland, etc. Though it takes around 1 hour to get to Disneyland by changing MTR lines. We also took Ding Ding tram to Central, which was lots of fun itself, as I have not seen anything like Ding Ding tram anywhere in the world. If you want to stay in a skyscraper, considering that Hong Kong is a jungle of skyscrapers stacked one on another tightly, then you will like the facilities of this hotel. I asked for a high floor with a nice view and the staff was very nice, giving us a room on 33rd floor with a great view to Victoria Harbor and the surrounding skyscrapers. The room size was also fine for me and my daughter, unlike other hotels is HK offering tiny rooms. The hotel and the room looked new and nice. There was another bonus - a terrace opening from the breakfast hall, where we had breakfast and enjoyed the great views to the surrounding skyscrapers.
