Hotel berhampiran Ma Tau Wai Road/To Kwa Wan Road Garden, Hong Kong

🤣We have a pleasant 😂stay in this hotel .😂 😇Good: 1. The room is not so big, but it is very clean. 2. The bed cover and pillow cases are without any scent and very white 3. There are free bread and coffee on the 2nd floor of the building for breakfast 4. There are some sports machines in an open area beside the breakfast tables on the 2nd floor . 5. There are washing machines and dryers in the back of the 2nd floor where you can insert the coins if you need to wash the clothes . 6.There is a kettle in the room where you can boil thecwater .I found out the kettle is very clean. 7.The housekeeping staff are very nice. Improvement 😉 1.Some times I call the front desk from the room or outside the whole day ,it is not reachable .They are completely busy 2The reception table is so low and there is a long table where 3 personal work there.It is so open . .Once the other clients showed their passports,I d cards /personal cards that required by the personal ,other clients, and can see them .Lack of privacy . It is good that respect each clients and protect their personal information when registering . 3.I saw one female personal gave the personal documents to the clients, the front of the documents are handed to the clients .The personal is trained to respect the privacy of each clients and faced down the documents to give back the personal documents to the clients . 4.2 to 3 personal have good performance ,the rest reception personal need to be hard working to be trained .As it is by the Regel Hotel .The standard should be much better 😉 Overall the stay in this hotel is satisfactory .

Kemudahan di sebelah stesen kereta api bawah tanah adalah sangat lama dan sangat lembap, dan tingkat atas sangat sejuk pada waktu malam Perkhidmatan ini dibersihkan setiap dua hari rosak pula, dan saya tidak tahu sama ada ia tinggal daripada tetamu sebelumnya, adalah disyorkan untuk membelinya sendiri. Ia sangat mudah untuk berjalan-jalan Ia berdekatan dengan stesen MTR To Kwa Wan, dan terdapat beberapa 📕 makanan ringan yang berdekatan.

Good location. The room is clean and comfortable. We stayed a few nights in the hotel and everything was good.

location is quite convenient, just around 5mins walk from sung wong toi station. Room is fit for solo traveler, bed is comfy too! But there is no hand soap in the bathroom:(

All in all, I think there are better hotels to stay. Apartment is really small, which is normal in Hongkong, but I don’t recommend travellers with huge suitcases to stay here as you will not be able to walk after opening just one normal sized suitcase. In terms of toiletries, we were given disposable towels, supposedly eco friendly but I would rather they not cheap out on this for a better experience. Good for a quick night stay as it is very near to the Ho Man Tin train station. Oh one thing to note is that, the hotel is situated in a district where all the surrounding shops sell funeral related products. If you are not comfortable, probably not the best choice.

Sanitasi sangat baik dan kawasan sekitarnya sangat meriah Ia tidak jauh dari pintu masuk kereta bawah tanah dan boleh diterima Ruang bilik juga agak besar. Jika anda tidak tergesa-gesa selepas mendaftar keluar, anda masih boleh tinggal di sini. Concierge sangat mudah untuk menyimpan bagasi.

Very nice and new hotel ! friendly and helpful staff ! The beds are comfortable and there is a water fountain on every floor that we can use anytime. The size of the room for HK is also nice ! To be improved: the key rooms.My key didn’t work so I had to go back two times to the reception to get a new one and it took some time.

Hotel location is good, close to local amenities. Room is clean, quite spacious compared to other hotels in HK. It’s just that service at lobby is meh.

Saya tinggal di sini setiap kali saya datang ke Hong Kong. Pengangkutan mudah, bilik bersih dan perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Ia bagus untuk perjalanan perniagaan dan pelancongan. Kali ini saya menemui bilik yang penuh dan telah dinaik taraf. Ia adalah pengalaman menginap yang sangat baik. Akan diteruskan pada masa akan datang.

Good condition and services Very clean and comfortable and high efficient for special orders Easy transportation for MTR, tunnel bus, So many Shopping centres and food centers All things are supplied in the room so enough. But there have only 4 clothes hangers are not enough for winter use, or hanging clothes after washing clothes. Times up must be left and locked the door is not a good service. Long queue for check in. One receptionist is not enough, and low efficiency.
