We forgot to take photo during our stay, but it was a great experience, the attendant of the hotel that day was so kind, he allow us to check in early without any additional charges, room is clean and the location os very easy to find By bus or MTR

도르셋 카이탁(Dorsett Kai Tak)에서의 경험을 바탕으로, 트립닷컴을 통해 예약한 후기를 남기고자 합니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었지만, 몇 가지 개선할 점도 있었습니다. 예약 과정 및 첫인상 트립닷컴을 통해 예약한 과정은 매우 원활했습니다. 앱에서 다양한 호텔을 비교할 수 있었고, 리뷰와 평가를 참고해 도르셋 카이탁을 선택했습니다. 예약 후 안내도 신속하게 이루어졌고, 전반적인 예약 경험은 매우 긍정적이었습니다. 호텔에 도착하자마자 깔끔한 외관과 현대적인 디자인이 눈에 들어왔고, 체크인 과정도 빠르고 친절하게 진행되었습니다. 영어를 구사하는 직원들 덕분에 의사소통이 원활해 편리했습니다. 객실 객실은 크지 않았지만, 공간 활용이 뛰어나 실용적이었습니다. 창밖으로 보이는 홍콩의 스카이라인은 매우 인상적이었고, 밤에는 야경을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 침대는 편안했고, 청결 상태도 매우 우수했습니다. 매일 청소 서비스와 수건, 욕실 용품 보충이 확실하게 이루어졌습니다. 다만, 방음이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 인근 객실이나 복도에서 나는 소음이 가끔씩 들려 신경이 쓰일 때가 있었습니다. 부대시설 및 서비스 호텔의 부대시설은 기본적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 피트니스 센터는 작은 규모였지만, 기본적인 운동 기구들이 잘 갖춰져 있었고, 수영장은 작지만 도심 속에서 더위를 식히기에 적합한 공간이었습니다. 특히, 수영장에서의 시티뷰는 특별한 경험이었습니다. 호텔의 셔틀버스는 카이탁역으로만 이동이 가능했습니다. 이를 이용해 MTR을 통해 다른 지역으로 쉽게 이동할 수 있었으나, 주요 관광지까지 바로 연결되지 않는 점은 약간 불편했습니다. 셔틀버스의 운행 시간이 제한적이므로 시간표를 미리 확인해야 했습니다. 위치 도르셋 카이탁의 위치는 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 카이탁 지역은 홍콩의 주요 관광 명소들과는 거리가 있어, 도보로는 많은 상점이나 식당을 이용하기 힘들었습니다. 하지만 카이탁역이 가까워 MTR을 이용해 이동하는 데는 큰 문제가 없었습니다. 호텔 셔틀버스가 카이탁역까지 운행되어 대중교통으로 접근이 가능했지만, 주변에 다양한 상점이나 레스토랑이 부족해 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 식사 아침 식사는 기본적인 수준이었지만, 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 서양식과 아시아식이 적절히 혼합된 구성이었으며, 호텔 근처에는 몇몇 로컬 레스토랑도 있어 홍콩 현지 음식을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 하지만 선택의 폭은 넓지 않았습니다. 전반적인 평가 도르셋 카이탁에서의 숙박 경험은 대체로 긍정적이었습니다. 호텔의 청결도와 서비스, 부대시설은 매우 만족스러웠고, 트립닷컴을 통해 합리적인 가격에 편리하게 예약할 수 있었습니다. 다만, 주요 관광지와의 거리, 셔틀버스가 카이탁역으로만 이동 가능하다는 점, 그리고 객실 방음은 개선이 필요하다고 생각합니다. 홍콩에서 가성비 좋은 호텔을 찾는다면 도르셋 카이탁은 좋은 선택이 될 것입니다.

Very Cramped space in room. USB charging was good though but should be updated more. No coffee maker & no free water bottle available in room in hot summer that is very uncommon. Fridge is not cold enough at all .

Setiap kali saya menginap di hotel, terdapat kakitangan perkhidmatan yang berbeza, terutamanya Miss MAGGIE NG Wu Lixin, yang sangat baik, memberikan perkhidmatan yang bersemangat, dan membuatkan anda berasa seperti di rumah sendiri. Sangat disyorkan! ! !

Super recommended hotel to all of you! Their services is really 10/10 and staffs very very polite and professional :) Natie from Guest service dept she brought us to the room, and do room tour for us! And show us what is good in HK. She is very very professional & always show her smile to us , we will definitely be back again! Thank you and appreciated! And pls visit the indoor swimming pool , u will definitely love it VERY VERY MUCH!

The hostel helped me to understand how to go to the airport of HK, and even helped me to find the way to pay for that. All of this really late at night. The room was really good for the price. 5 star service

In simple words: AFFORDABLE AND CONVENIENT. We could not find it at first but the staff was super kind and sweet, the room was super clean, although at the entrance it smells a bit like tabaco and its a bit a noisy in the morning. If you are very picky about having a lot of space then this is NOT FOR YOU! But if you are okay with that and just want a place to sleep, then GO FOR IT!! ^^

extremely great location. K11 mall, HK art museum is right opposite the hotel. The sea view room is clean and spacious, size is okay for a family with one infant. Harbour view is terrific! The only downside of the room is the design of the toilet can be noiseless, the sound of flashing toilet, closing door and turn on/off light is loud. The shower room drains slowly.

Great location and hotel is getting a facelift to its looks and entrance. The daily bus service should be continued as this helps long stay customers get into the business area for work and was one of the good facility offered by the hotel. This was stopped since 1st sept.
