Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di Hong Kong

Highly recommend for families travellers to stay here as they have a relatively big room compared to others hotel in HK and they have 2 queen beds in the room! Overall I had a great experience staying here, it was quite clean and the hotel staffs were really helpful. It’s also a good location as it’s just above the Moko shopping mall and the mongkok east lrt! Would definitely stay here again next time!

Nice hotel with a great shuttle bus. We came from China on the ferry, there was a shuttle bus from there, but we didn't know about it, unfortunately. On the way back we used a shuttle bus and that was very convenient. If you take a ferry boat to **************, this hotel is perfect for you as their shuttle bus has several stops, and one of them is China HK City is a ferry terminal. The room is not big, but there's everything you need (a shower, a fridge, a safety box, TV, set of two cups, teabags and coffee, a bottle for water, towels, hairdryer, adapter for phone charging, slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel). There is a restaurant, you can get breakfast there, but we didn't have it, so I have nothing to say about it 😉

The room is clean, and the staff is very friendly. The location is excellent for travel from the airport; the A21 bus stop is right in front of the hotel. However, for shopping, it's a bit far from the Mong Kok area. The MTR station is conveniently located behind the hotel. The downside is that the room walls are not soundproof. Noise from neighboring rooms, including conversations, children playing, running, and jumping, can be heard throughout the night. People talking in the hallway also contribute to the noise inside the room. Rooms near the elevator experience noise from it all night long. For those who prioritize a quiet sleeping environment, I suggest choosing another hotel.

Setiap kali saya menginap di hotel, terdapat kakitangan perkhidmatan yang berbeza, terutamanya Miss MAGGIE NG Wu Lixin, yang sangat baik, memberikan perkhidmatan yang bersemangat, dan membuatkan anda berasa seperti di rumah sendiri. Sangat disyorkan! ! !

It’s 10min walk to Mong Kok MTR station. It’s also a short 5-10min to a MTR Fare Saver machine where you can tap your octopus card to get 2HKD off your next MTR journey within the same day. Can search for “MTR Fare Saver” on google map. There’s free coffee and orange juice and plain bread with jam/butter provided at Ground Floor lobby in the morning. Not much amenities provided in the room, except toothbrush & toothpaste, bedroom slippers, bottled water. Our electric kettle wasn’t working and fridge was not cold, but we didn’t bother to feedback to the hotel. If you need to store luggage with hotel after check out, take note that you can only store till 6pm.

Hotel bersejarah. Biasanya hanya datang minum teh Cina, atau makan bufet. Kali ini saya tinggal selama dua malam. Ruangan itu sangat luas, kerana kabinet besar sebelumnya dikeluarkan dan berubah menjadi reka bentuk yang sederhana. Walaupun bilik itu tidak mempunyai pemandangan, ia hanya melihat tingkap rumah yang bertentangan. AlsoIa juga merupakan pilihan yang baik jika anda tidak mempunyai keperluan untuk landskap. Oleh kerana keadaan wabak, kolam renang harus dilakukan pada pukul 8:30 pagi. Para tetamu ingin menetapkan waktu berenang setiap hari. Mungkin melewati percutian musim panas, dan tidak ada orang yang ingin pergi pada waktu pagi, jadi jangan terlalu gementar membuat tempahan. Kawasan kolam juga sangat kecil. Rasanya agak janggal, seperti kolam renang Inggeris lama dengan air cetek pada masa yang sama. Kedua pelayan itu kedua-duanya bertemu pelatih, dan seorang bernama Lian mempunyai sikap yang sangat baik, penuh perhatian dan dapat menyelesaikan masalah. Sebaliknya, ada banyak ruang untuk penambahbaikan untuk bekerja di hotel yang berorientasikan perkhidmatan. Tidak perlu dikatakan, hotel ini berjarak 10 minit dari K11, dan K11musea baru hanya 5 minit berjalan kaki. Stesen kereta bawah tanah terletak di tingkat bawah. Jadi ini sangat mudah, jika keperluan anda tidak terlalu tinggi ini adalah pilihan yang baik.

This made it inconvenient to transfer water from the shower to the bathtub, resulting in a dissipation of the hot water's temperature. Consequently, my bathing experience was quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the toilet's flushing force was inadequate, requiring multiple attempts to clear the bowl properly. Furthermore, during my recent stay, I had planned to check out early at 6 a.m. Unfortunately, the tranquility of my morning was disrupted by the sound of renovation work in the adjacent bedroom at 9 a.m. While I understand that the front desk had informed me about the situation, it would have been greatly appreciated if I had been offered an alternative room to ensure a peaceful stay. Please understand that my intention in leaving this feedback is not to criticize but to draw attention to the concerns of a loyal and frequent guest. I have consistently chosen your hotel for my accommodation needs because of the positive experiences I have had in the past. I believe that by addressing these issues, you can continue to provide an exceptional experience for your guests, especially those who choose your hotel repeatedly. Semasa anda mendaftar masuk, tanyakan apakah ada tempat tidur bersaiz king di dalam bilik. Mesinnya, tidak ada tangki perusahaan, hanya tab mandi, tidak ada perkhidmatan menolak, dan tidak ada buah selamat datang di mesin, tetapi kos biliknya adalah ribuan yuan, yang tidak sepadan. Kolam renang hotel hanya boleh digunakan untuk satu bahagian walaupun ia bukan percutian (dikira setiap bilik), saya perlu membuat temu janji terlebih dahulu!

Everything, starting from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the facilities were great. There are many shops in building where this hotel is located, from KFC(restaurant) to AEON(retail store/supermarket). The best parts of this hotel was the service and price. Every hotel staff were willing to help me when necessary. The price is quite low compared to other hotels.
