Ulasan SONO Felice Vivaldi Park

The room itself is very nice, spacious and cozy. However, if the shuttle bus can run more frequently would be better. It is very difficult for family with lots of luggage to walk to the shuttle bus stop. Thanks to the counter who helped us sort out the problem.

The only issue we have is the transport option. The only form of travel to the ski park is via the shuttle bus which only takes up to max 20 people unless you drive or prefer to walk for 15mins on foot to the ski park (out in the cold!) No taxi service in the area. So if you met with another big group of travelers be prepared to wait for the next shuttle which is running on a 20-30mins interval. The shuttle only bring you to the Sono moon hotel and from there you still need to walk about 6-10 mins to reach the ski park. The hotel suite was spacious and nice and offer a nice view of the ski park.

Everything is good except the staff’s English proficiency and communication skills need to be improved. It very difficult to find a staff who can communicate with in English.

Booked the gold suite . 3 bedrooms with 2 queen size bed . Master room have the strong odour smell coming from the bathroom . Short distance walk from ski park . Feeder bus provided every 10 mins , but we waited for an hour cause driver thought we going sono village and refused to pick us . After seeking help from sono moon front desk then we able to board on the bus . Reason : they pronounced sono felice as Sono Feli-ce . So do rem Tis if u taking the bus . As there r 2 buses there , one per hr to village , another every 10 to n fro from felice .

Отель расположен в 7 минутах ходьбы от подъемников и 5 минут от аквапарка. Нам повысили номер до Royal suite, в нем было 3 спальни (одна без окна - ондоль), 3 санузла и огромный балкон. Все понравилось

친구 가족들과 같이 가기 아주 좋은 장소 입니다 골드스위트 취사 객실로 예약 하였고 아주 만족 합니다

좋아요 주말이라 사람도 많았지만 재미있게 다녀왔어요 근데 체크인을 3시가 아닌 5시쯤하니 오래되서 그런가 층간소음, 티비가 작은거 그것만 빼면 만족합니다

아쉬운점은 온돌방에 창문사이로 바람이 솔솔 들어 옵니다! 커텐이면 그래도 좀 바람 잡아줄수 있을꺼 같은데 블라인드라서 더 추웠어요 ㅠㅠㅠ 아이랑 이불안에서 꼼짝도 못했어요 담에 또 갈 의향은 있지만 거실에서 잘래요🤥 이것만 빼고 나머지는 완벽했어요🥰

방이 넓고 좋았습니다! 청결하고 정리가 잘되어있었어요. 차가 많았지만 주차도 괜찮았고 소노문까지 셔틀이 있어서 좋았어요. 온돌방 외풍이 너무 심해 추워서 온돌방은 이용하지 않았어요. 욕조도 있고 따뜻한 물 잘나와서 좋았어요. 거실 화장실 비데가 고장나서 사용하지 못했어요. 거실 콘센트가 1개만 있어서 불편했어요. 조식도 추가로 이용했는데 괜찮았어요. 8시 30분 넘어가면서 사람이 엄청 많아지네요. 체크아웃 할 때 사람이 많아서 대기가 길었고 엘리베이터 타는 게 너무 오래걸려서 힘들었어요. 하지만 아쉽고 힘들었던 것을 다 잊을만큼 좋았어요. 꼭 다시 이용할게요!

3대가 머물렀어요. 아이들은 보드타고 어르신들은 슥소에서 여유롭게 쉬셨어요. 취사 객실에 가위는 있는데 집게가 없어요. 그리고 7인용 객실인데 냄비가 라면도 못 끓여먹을 사이즈라서 난감했어요.
