Service is horrible. I checked in at around 8 pm, had some issues with my travel adapter in the room, but it was working fine in the hotel lobby. Staff insisted that I did not push hard enough and tried to 'help', but instead, he broke my travel adapter (even after multiple warning that he was going to spoil it) without compensation and insisted that he was only "trying to help". Staff did not bother to provide constructive help and gave a spoilt phone charger, and expected me to stay. Staff also insisted that I get a travel adapter from 7-11, which was out of stock when I went. The hotel did not provide a refund either. Terrible experience. Not to mention, there were a lot of ants on the side table beside the bed.

It was a good intent of our staff to assist with the technical issue occurred and they reported to have been instructed by guests to try plugging in the travel adapter into the socket - of which we were extremely sorry that the accident had occurred. The hotel had offered to compensate this by providing a brand new equipment and we still wish to be informed as to how we can give the new adapter to you. Once again our sincere apologies for the experience and we wish you a pleasant stay at your next destination.

Went to this hotel for a 1 night stay and had breakfast included. Food is cheap anyway in Thailand but the breakfast was lovely and certainly got the moneys worth. Hotel was clean and modern would highly recommend. A short walk from mc Donaldโ€™s and Khao San road.

Its a nice place to stay for a night. We enjoyed our stay. The staff are really accommodating.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained, and the service from the staff is excellent. The only downside is the location, which is not as convenient as I had hoped. Other than that, everything else was great, and I would recommend it for the cleanliness and quality of service.

Overall, the hotel is nice with a convenient location and good service. However, the cleanliness could be improved. It would be much better if this area is taken care of

its super super clean, can walk to Khao San road and even China Town, the staffs are nice and supportive!

If I could give this place more Stars I would! Place is modern and clean. Walking distance to the busy areas but far enough that it's peaceful. I had a problem with my shower pressure and friendly man came and fixed it within 5 minutes of telling reception ๐Ÿ‘Œ also perfect smokers area with a nice view at night Will be recommending this place to all friends and family that travel to thailand ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

This is my second staying at this hotet, love it! Nice hotel and great location. Mostly are foreigners. For sure will be back again!

the service is very good. Plus there is a place to put your luggage even youre arrive early, you can use this room to put your luggage. so it can save ur time to travel. very recommended
