Lokasi yang sempurna untuk penginapan keluarga. Terletak dengan strategik dalam Resorts World Sentosa, hotel yang baru diubah suai ini (dahulunya Hotel Festive) mempunyai suasana yang selesa dan jauh dari rumah. Keluarga menyukai Suite Deluxe. Ia dihiasi dengan baik dalam warna neutral dan luas. 2 TV dalam bilik adalah besar pada 75 inci! Selain daripada saluran tempatan, terdapat Netflix, Disney+ dan HBO. Bufet sarapan pagi adalah baik dan hidangan berbeza pada hari berturut-turut. Kolam renang bersaiz sederhana, terletak di sebelah restoran. Terdapat 24 jam ambil dan pergi kaunter di lobi jika anda berasa lapar di tengah malam. Secara keseluruhan, salah satu pengalaman staycay terbaik. Akan kembali!

Excellent service, manager Woody was very nice and lead us to a pool view room , and our kids are very excited with the dolls. Perfect locations, mins of walk to universal studios, sentosa express, skyline luge , will definitely stay in hotel ora again if we visit sentosa next time

I recently enjoyed a wonderful staycation that exceeded all expectations. The hotel provided several fantastic perks, including a free extra bed, a complimentary kids' buffet, and free-flow cocktail refreshments every Friday. These generous amenities made the stay an enjoyable one. A special thanks to Woody Wu for making our stay unforgettable with exceptional service and hospitality. Overall, this staycation was a perfect blend comfort and excellent service. The room was immaculate, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. Everything felt fresh and new, from the crisp linens to the spotless bathroom. The modern decor and comfortable furnishings created a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.

Extremely terrible hotel. The room had a bad smell coming from the toilet when we checked in. We requested for a change of room but was told it was not possible. Instead they sent someone to clean at 6 plus in the evening when we were going for dinner. When we came back at 11pm, the smell was worse and there were 2 cockroaches in the room! Finally given a change of room at close to midnight but there was construction noise ongoing till close to 1am which only stopped after we complained. Will not advise this hotel for any families despite its proximity to USS. We didn't manage to rest at all.

Excellent services are provided, and it is very convenient to shops, restaurants, and other attractions.

All the staffs we met, especially Su, were incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived. We appreciated the upgrade and daily complimentary minibar with a great selection of drinks. We also enjoyed the decent breakfast buffet with daily changing hot food options during our two-day stay. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance to the monorail and USS, which was a bonus for our family with two kids. The only con might be the water pressure was too low, but it was quickly resolved by the efficient staff.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Ora. Location is very convenient to main attractions. All staff are very friendly and accommodating. We bought a great 3D2N deal from Trip.com that includes breakfast for 2 adults as well admission to Adventure Cove and SEA Aquarium, and we were still offered free breakfast for kids. We were also given plush toys and chocolates. Would be a good addition to have a bidet, and also a place to hang swimming clothes. There is a balcony, but I am afraid the clothes might fly away 🤭. Still, overall the stay was great. Food was great, too.

My partner and I had a really enjoyable stay in our short 3 days 2 nights with Hotel Ora. The service was truly impeccable and we really loved engaging with the staff be it when we first arrived at the hotel lobby or during our daily breakfast! Woody was also really passionate in helping us with all our queries and that creates a really warm comforting environment for us as first timers in Hotel Ora. We will definitely revisit Hotel Ora and this is a highly recommended stay! ＜ 3
