Hilton Hawaiian village certainly lives up to the name! Service is impeccable!

Amazing pools, many restaurants and things to do. Just SOOOOO MANY PEOPLE. It was like Disneyland. The kids enjoyed the pools… there was one with water slides and the lagoon was good for my elderly parents to enjoy the sea. Waikiki beach was right there and sunsets were magic. Expensive but decent.

I got my flight delayed and missed my connecting flight. Ended up to the beauty pf Hawaii and this hotel. My stay was amazing! Beyond! The rooms are spacious and they gave me the most amazing view and corner room. Everything is within your footsteps! Every staff is lovely and helpful! The Guy Glenn was so helpful and the one responsible in my ridonkulously amazing room!

A great place to swim, stroll around the shopping area and watch beautiful fireworks. if i have a chance next time i will come back.

It’s a nice hotel right on the beach. Clean and nice , stuff are very friendly. Have a 5 different swimming pools and 2 jacuzzi . It’s been my 2d time there really like it .

Beautiful community too much people, beach not good that we think ,because of stone in the sea hurt my feet ,but staff are very nice and very convenient for transfer and all.

We booked a King bed room but was given otherwise, the problem was the tardy attitude of the staff when I insisted on a King bed room for what we have booked. The staff eventually say she will upgrade our room to ocean view but did so for one room only out of the 5 we booked. The pools were crowded and dirty, the price we paid could have gotten us somewhere better. Even though we were staying at Holiday Inn Express the last 4 days, we felt the service of the hotel was much better compared to a big name like Hilton. Very disappointing experience with Hilton.

This hotel charged us a $200 upgrade fee to stay at a “newer” tower. It’s supposed to be more spacious and newly renovated! We ended up in a room with a dated bathroom and broken shower head. My kids needed shower several times a day with frequent visits to the pool and beach. Filed complaint at the front desk and all they did was taken $100 off our checkout invoice. Not the best experience whatsoever.

Got upgraded to a large room with a great kitchenette and huge living space. Room T1044, this room is a corner room with ocean views and fireworks views from the window.

Beautiful resort with so much to do! Village was amazing and accessible with many shops and restaurants. However, be prepared to pay extra for daily amenities at the hotel such as beach chairs and rentals on the lagoon.

This resort is excellent with three swimming pool and a large Lagoom and only walking distance to the beach. You can find everything you need in this resort and there are ABC stores inside and we can buy all our souvenirs very easy. I will strongly recommend this hotel to my friend. Just one things that there is no bottle water provided and no boiling machine and you need to buy your bottle water on your own.

Best hotel at Waikiki Beach. Staffs are very friendly and we was happy. We was very happy.

It was a good place right on the beach. There are not so many amenities though. No free water or things like that. Also the lights were a bit strange as I needed to turn each on separately. Overall mostly positive experience, but a bit overpriced.
