First time staying here but definitely won’t be the last. So many people we met who were staying at the hotel were regular guests over many years and it wasn’t difficult to see why. A perfect sanctuary in Waikiki - close to everything but a luxury escape when you want a little peace and quiet We had an Ocean Suite which was spacious and very well appointed, but what made our experience was the the staff. Without exception they were first class and so many had worked at the hotel for 20+ years which says a lot. Already dreaming about our next stay and we have only just arrived home.

Review and rating solely based on our one night stay. High on convenience because our flight arrived late so rental cars were closed. It’s a few minutes (about 5) from airport where we needed to get our car next day. At the outset of entering there’s taped off area in lobby like work being done and a bit pungent smell that gives you an off the bat impression. Friendly receptionist. Room was not very likable as sheets felt and smelled too starchy it was uncomfortable to sleep in. Beds (two twins) felt old and somewhat lumpy. Shuttle does run on the hour til 12:30am and we were lucky to catch the last one and to get back to airport next morning. In conclusion, it met our convenience needs but way overpriced for the subpar room accommodation (174$ total).

Excellent location for the price. Hotel is mid but I got a real good deal out of it so not gonna complain. Great view if you get one of the upper floors

Beautiful property with a pleasant staff. Enjoyed watching the skillful tree climbers climbing coconut trees and trimming the branches (yes, its fun to watch). Enjoyed the room, the amenities, the beach. Frozen Mai Tai's from Longboards restaurant were a hit. Special shout out to Stephanie, a hard working server that was busy delivering food and drinks on the beach. Stephanie was always smiling! What a treasure and a blessing to have met her! Now for the not so pleasant: This property includes some high pressure sales people that want you to book a time share and become an ”owner”. Yet the problem is, you never really own anything. You pay in perpetuity. In my humble opinion, an owner would earn equity and have an asset you could pass down to future generations or sell at a profit in the future. Nope! None of that silly common sense here!

The hotel is located near the airport which is excellent for transient passengers. However, if you plan to stay for visit you may want to consider staying near the tourist spot. We need to take an UBER to another hotel as this hotel is not jn the route of the tour bus where taking going to Pearl Harbor. The staff are friendly and accommodating especially Emil who’s one of the Filipino in the front desk. However, I cannot say the same to the other Filipino staff who’s name I will not say. He needs to polish on his hospitality skills and the way he speaks to the guest of the hotel. You also need to tell front desk everyday that you need them to make up your room as they will not do so since the Covid hits. There’s a free internet available specific to our room but this becomes unavailable after a couple of days stay and we need to connect to the WiFi of other rooms. There’s a Chinese restaurant nearby who serves excellent Chinese food.

歐胡島上來說算最好的酒店了，前幾天住的blackpink同酒店 真的很一般 四季后麪住的 酒店環境🆚Waikiki那邊好很多很多 有幾個泳池 無邊的 和溫泉 還有個沙灘泳池 酒店躺平不錯的 美國就是酒店不行 最好的酒店感覺也是國內五星感覺
