MM53332****酒店是老牌五星，服務真的很好，但是房間裝飾和傢俱確實有一點老舊了，不過也不妨礙體驗，房型很大，有兩個洗手枱，兩個衣櫥，淋浴、浴缸和衞生間都是分開的。Room service很快而且味道很棒，一整個移動餐桌送過來。泳池有加熱一點點的，所以二十度出頭的天下水不會覺得太冷，小孩能在泳池待一整天，去到別的酒店才知道原來這個酒店的泳池水確實是加熱過，不加熱根本待不了太久。自助早餐餐廳景觀一絕，就在海邊，味道也很好，選擇也很豐富，服務生大部分很好但也有臭臉催人的，這個要改進一下吧。酒店養的六衹海豚🐬太吸睛啦，教練每天上下午都會給它們訓練，很可愛，有家庭預約了下水和海豚互動也可以看。酒店出的周邊全都好好看，hello kitty就不用説了，其它手信也非常好看，雖然物價是有點高的。

PPengguna TetamuRenovation is great, but bathrooms are tiny! Only one can fit and it would have to be a thin person. Otherwise, the room is good, but walls are thin. There's also a charge for everything. Early checkin was $75, even though a room was ready. Great location and nightly rate is more reasoable than most, so for those reasons I'd recommend staying here

PPengguna Tetamu酒店位置不錯，服務人員熱情，房間高層也比較安靜，整潔。房間面積比較大。缺點就是第一次去🉐費點時間去找前台。需要找到手扶電梯下到地下一層辦理入住。因為整個樓是商住兩用，樓道里🈶明顯的廚房味道。裝修比較老舊，開車的話🉐從車庫下到一樓，再轉電梯去房間 The hotel is well located, and the staff are very friendly. The higher floors are relatively quiet and clean, and the rooms are quite spacious. The only drawback is that it took some time to find the front desk on the first visit. You need to take the escalator down to the first basement floor to check in. As the building is a mixed-use commercial and residential one, there is a distinct smell of cooking in the corridors. The decoration is rather old-fashioned. If you drive, you have to go down to the ground floor from the garage and then take the elevator to your room.

AAnnettekissОтель нам очень понравился. Прекрасные виды на город с 30-х этажей. Номер состоит из 2 комнат, есть кухня с большим холодильником и плитой. Практически, как квартира. Я бы здесь с удовольствием пожила подольше. У отеля есть парковка за отдельную плату, но можно бесплатно парковаться на соседних улицах.
В качестве подарка дали бусы из ракушек и карту на прокат видео в автомате внизу. Бассейном отеля не пользовались. Воды в бутылках в отеле даже при заселении не было.
Если ищете экономный вариант в Гонолулу – рекомендую.

PPengguna Tetamu1) The escalator leading from the lobby to the mezzanine level was out of order. Given the makeshift barrier on the mezzanine level, it looked like the escalator had been out of commission for some time. Quite a shame from a convenience standpoint.
2) I had checked into the hotel after midnight because of a flight delay so I was pretty exhausted and fell asleep quickly after taking a shower, brushing my teeth, etc. I woke up in the middle of my first night's stay noticing a foul odor. After walking around the room and initially thinking it was coming from the A/C vent, I pinpointed the origin of the bad smell to the linens: the pillowcases, sheets, blanket. It smelled like a dirty wet sponge or clothes that never dried completely but were put back in the dresser drawer. I pulled all of the linens off the bed and left a note for housekeeping to replace them because of a foul odor. They did and it was fine the rest of my stay, but the point is I never should have had to do that.
3) Upon returning from my uncle's funeral Saturday night, to my dismay I found 20-30 cars that had been double-parked by the valets in the hotel parking lot. After circling the lot several times in the hopes of catching someone leaving but having no success, I decided to look into valet parking, figuring that since I was a hotel guest they would have something worked out. When the valet told me the valet fee was $49 even for hotel guests I was flabbergasted and declined. He instructed me to go back to the parking garage and speak to the parking attendant to ask about my parking options. When I got there, the parking attendant initially refused to come out of his booth to help me so I had to enter the garage, go all the way around to the exit and talk to him so that he didn't have to leave his booth. He pointed at a white car parked outside and told me to look for parking ”around there.” I asked him if that was assigned to the hotel, because I did not want to wake up tomorrow morning to discover that my rental car had been towed or impounded. He did not convince me that this was not a possibility so I parked the car where he instructed me to, took photos of the area, and went to the hotel registration desk to look further into the parking situation. The signage was also not clear. When I got to the registration desk, I was helped by an employee who seemed to have a French accent. He was definitely European, with very short hair. I explained what had just happened with the parking and he told me that the hotel did not have ”jurisdiction” over that parking area and he could not guarantee me that my car would not be towed. There happened to be another employee, a local guy, just finishing a transaction with a hotel guest so I moved one station over and asked him the same question. He clarified the situation and explained that that outside parking area (in the middle, under the ramp) was overflow parking for the hotel, and, as long as my hotel parking pass was clearly displayed, my car could remain there for the duration of my stay.

BBeachbuoynzThe hotel has over the last couple of years been refurbished by new owners. The pool area is now better maintained and has dedicated staff who are present at all times. The pool is large snd nicely situated. The point of difference is the shade provided by numerous umbrellas and some shade trees. There is also bar and food service to your deckchair. The rooms are midsized suitable for two people and have a good sized lanai. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Bathroom is compact with shower over bath. Room lighting is dimmable and kettle available upon request. A safe is provided. A criticism would be the small fridge, 6 cans, a milk and a couple of yoghurts is about it. This is the best budget end hotel in Waikiki but budget still unfortunately isn't cheap these days. Overall an enjoyable stay with pool crew being the icing on the cake.

每天house keeping ，房間垃圾，員工放進垃圾袋後，但忘記清理帶走，只是將床舖收拾好。
洗手間有曱甴
價錢與性價比不符。
相信不會再次入住。
