PPengguna TetamuThe room of 5,000 yuan a night didn't even have a welcome fruit plate. I stayed for four nights. On the last night, the landline in the room kept ringing, and it rang six or seven times. People were stupid once in an hour. I didn't sleep well with my child. At six o'clock in the morning, I went to the front desk to find someone to argue. My English was not very good, so I asked the guide for help me and the front desk theory. I asked for a free late check-out and didn't sleep well. The hotel agreed to check-out until 6:00 p.m. Compared with other hotels, this is a better hotel in Oahu. Overall, I can only give 6 points. Maybe my requirements are too high. The service attitude of living in Bulgali hotels at this price in China is still very different. There will be a lot of gifts.

AAnderCtyGreat location, easy to access foods, shopping and entertainment. Short walk to Waikiki Beach. 2 things I dislike about - i was given a room with no desk, charging my phone and watch is just troublesome. The room is on 21th floor, I literally need to take 2 rounds of elevator each time I go to my room or leave the room, just not convenient. Lastly, driving back to the hotel parking after dinner or an evening event is simply a painful experiencd, I have to drive few rounds up and down of different level, waiting patiently to get a space to park the car, and guess what it cost me $46 per day…

PPengguna Tetamu酒店位置不錯，服務人員熱情，房間高層也比較安靜，整潔。房間面積比較大。缺點就是第一次去🉐費點時間去找前台。需要找到手扶電梯下到地下一層辦理入住。因為整個樓是商住兩用，樓道里🈶明顯的廚房味道。裝修比較老舊，開車的話🉐從車庫下到一樓，再轉電梯去房間 The hotel is well located, and the staff are very friendly. The higher floors are relatively quiet and clean, and the rooms are quite spacious. The only drawback is that it took some time to find the front desk on the first visit. You need to take the escalator down to the first basement floor to check in. As the building is a mixed-use commercial and residential one, there is a distinct smell of cooking in the corridors. The decoration is rather old-fashioned. If you drive, you have to go down to the ground floor from the garage and then take the elevator to your room.

AAndStrategically located with popular eateries down the corner, further up and you will hit hyatt and the beach. We had the tunnel view of the beach at the corridor too. The recept is polite and detailed, providing necessities such as toiletries upon request. There's complimentary breakfast too and the spread is decent and awesome - only shortcoming is the hard boiled eggs and strawberry tasting tad sour-ish. There's complimentary necessities to the beach too. The valet is great - polite and efficient. All good.

PPengguna Tetamu這個酒店實際是四星，攜程標錯了。説白了就是花了2千多一晚上，實際住國內快捷的水平，純純活受罪。另外每天還有48刀的destination fee強制收取。
房間：房間基本上就是兩張床，加一洗手間。房間乾淨，新，床非常軟且舒適。空調也不錯，聲音很小，也很涼快。缺點是房間水流非常小，洗澡非常不爽。牙刷，礦泉水拖鞋之類的一概沒有。
訂單標註所謂的海景，實際是城景，因為這個酒店朝向是與海灘垂直的，因此絕大多數房間衹有5%的海景。
設施：酒店很新，設施還不錯，健身房游泳池都有，衹是因為hotel和residence一起share，因此人會稍微多一些。
服務：酒店服務很差
1. 日本前台入住沒告知每天48刀的destination fee，給了張a4紙讓自己看就結束了。實際上每天48刀可以用在酒店餐廳和咖啡廳，結果我們checkout時候才被告知，平時消費全都刷的自己的卡。
2. 忘記收拾房間留小費，結果毛巾都不給換。
位置：酒店位置很方便，周圍被商圈環繞，可以步行解決所有購物需求。酒店提供的shuttle也方便，衹是這個並不是免費的，含在destination fee裏。因為周圍繁華，流浪漢很越多，尤其酒店東側一代
停車：停車是每天55刀+valet tip。酒店周圍有許多街趴可以停，早7至晚6每小時1.5刀，其餘時間免費。

Service wise was soooooooo bad. My guest wanted to extend his stay. The person we talked to was nothing helpful at all. His attitude was not the nicest and sounded disingenuous. I couldn’t catch his name too well coz he spoke so fast when I asked for his name - Noah or Noiah?
Please consider changing a more suitable person to help your customers with their needs. Maybe it’s good to look at his gifts / skills and place him somewhere else for the benefit of your hotel.
The call with this service staff was extremely unpleasant. Will not consider Hyatt Place again.

CCarly211The hotel is quite old and the room wasn’t ready even at the check-in time, which was a bit disappointing. The room itself wasn’t very clean, but I guess it matches the price. On the bright side, the location is excellent and the security feels reliable. I also loved that you can see beautiful rainbows from the area—such a nice surprise! Overall, it’s not a bad choice if you just need a convenient place to stay.
