Extremely filthy, unwashed sheets, bathroom was awful, flush not working and this was 4000 ₹ a night. A crying shame that no one has laid down some basic hygiene regulations. I saw foreigners huddling and staying in hovel like rooms. Paying 4 to 5 k a night! Shameful.

It is really nice place to stay. The owners are very friendly and really helpful. We got early check in at 7:30 am. We booked 3 rooms for 1 night stay. They provide all the required amenities. After checking out on next day, the owners kept our bags in safe place for whole day while we went out to see the beautiful Hampi.

Extremely bad experience to stay. There was no current,no battery backup . Door was not able to close properly No cleanliness in washroom Very bad quality Light ventilation to room was bad . No room freshners
