During our recent stay at the motel, we found it to be a budget-friendly option that met our basic needs. However, I would hesitate to recommend this place due to the dates bathroom facilities. The use of a curtain instead of a proper door was a disappointment, and the overall appearance of the room was worn, with noticeable old carpet odors and cigarette stains/burns. Given these factors, we will not consider returning to this motel for our next trip.

The overall experience swings to both extremes — some things were very good, while others were quite disappointing. Good: New and Modern interior design, especially impressive for a motel-rated property. Spacious room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Wide variety of in-room beverages. Concierge staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking for motel guests (unlike the sister hotels, which charge $15 for 24 hours). Bad: No self-service laundry — a major drawback for a motel. I had to walk 480m to a public laundromat on first day.. then only learned that we can use laundry service at sister hotel. Poorly designed shower area. The shower platform is higher than the toilet section, causing water to flow out into the toilet area instead of towards the drain — very odd design. Internet is weak, unstable, and slow. If your child wants to play Roblox… forget it. Housekeeping needs significant improvement. They didn’t wash the mugs and glasses, didn’t clear used plates, didn’t sweep the floor, and didn’t replace the trash bag — they only changed the towels.

Beautifully clean room and one of them more comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The odd thing was when I called to ask about the availability of shuttle AFTER HOURS the person Who was obviously receiving a diverted phone call had no idea with regard to transport from the airport to an airport based hotel. Just lack of coaching. They were pretty useless. Definitely some more training is needed on that front. There is no reception in the evening, so it’s feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel / Motel.  Would I stay there again maybe if it was real need for it but otherwise not. But I must admit the bed was fantastically comfortable!

Very nice room, bed was comfortable, bathroom was very nice however the water tends to flow out of shower and into rest of bathroom. The checking in process took a while when I got there but it happens sometimes. Overall, nice stay.

Average -little outdated, smelt a little old/mouldy when 1st went in. Fan in bathroom had lots of dust We booked a room for 3 people No microwave to heat anything, no toaster … no table to sit at Just a coffee table! Don’t think its worth the $$

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning system worked perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the heated swimming pool — a really nice touch that added to the experience. What stood out the most, though, was the service. The lady at the reception was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Her attitude made a big difference and left a very positive impression. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I’d be happy to come back again.

The hotel has a good location in Glenelg close to the ***** of restaurants on Jetty Road, the waterfront and the Ferris Wheel. We had a room on the 1st floor but it had a good view of the trees and the road in front. Our experience in Glenelg was marred by the numerous flies in the area that kept bothering us as we walked around the parks and waterways in the area. We also had a slight misunderstanding whereby although the hotel had agreed to a late checkout at the time of checking in, this was not documented and the cleaning crew came knocking on our door and asking us to go to the Reception to sort out the issue.

A little bit far from city, but cheaper than those hotels in city, worth staying

Location was fine for what we wanted, to be close to Gillman speedway. Pool was lovely. Spa was very slow on pumping bubbles & area around  pool could be cleaner but maybe there had been heavy rain. Didn’t use the food service.

위치는 너무 좋음. 걸어서 바닷가 타운 중심지 가능. 그러나 화장실 청결상태와 방에서 꿉꿉한 냄새.. 그나마 이 지역에서 싼 모텔이라 이해 하려고 했지만 화장실은 너무 별로였다. 조금 찝찝한 느낌의 모텔. 돈 아낄 사람은 여기 추천. 돈이 좀 있다면 다른 모텔 가시길 주차시설은 모텔내에 있지만 간격이 너무 좁다. 수영장은 나름 깨끗했다.
