PPengguna TetamuWent during mid dec and was worry about the room having no heater. But the room was just nice with the temperature similar to a normal aircon room and there is heater in the bed. Hot water for shower was constant. Room is very clean. No lift. We use the slope for luggage and only few steps for carrying the luggage. Best part is the star gazing at 830pm and we are lucky enough to have the clouds cleared and saw a few shooting stars!!!! Such luck!!! In the morning, we saw the clouds within the mountain! Very pretty view!!! Breakfast was simple but tasted good. As we hired a driver, we didnt need to walk out to the complex for dinner, but the road do look v dark and very narrow at night.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaVery good location in Qingjing, right in front of bus stop but the bus is rarely come like once in an hour. Staff were very friendly, they offer pickup and dropoff service at the garden. Room is spacious and clean, no AC but the weather is cool. Hot pot at the front desk area also seems to be good, its a pity that we couldn’t try. Breakfast is variety, even it’s a easy local food but really nice taste. Definitely recommend and want to go back again if have chance.

PPengguna TetamuI have booked this hotel because of the location, and the view from this room was fantastic! Hotel is located on one of the 3 historical street and next to the pier. So if you want local/street food, just walk outside of the hotel, and if you want a boat ride or on water activities, they are right outside of the hotel as well. The hotel is small, however, the room size is great. Bathroom has separate tub and shower which is very accommodating for guest needs. Room has a small balcony where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the morning quietness with nice view of the lake and nature surroundings. Breakfast on top floor has good varieties as well.

PPengguna TetamuThe best part about this hotel (国民賓館) is its location. Bus 6664, 6658, 6659 all stop less than 80m from its entrance if you're using Nantou bus. It's along the main road which is easy for pickups if you're joining local day or night tours. Across the road from Little Swiss Garden. Even Cingjing Farm has signs along its walking paths directing visitors to the hotel. The other main benefit was that the room rates I paid on Trip.com included a pair of tickets to Green Green Grassland, Little Swiss Garden and a discounted ticket (only need top up 30TWD each) to the Cingjing Skywalk - pleasantly surprised to know this only at check-in although I knew beforehand that the room rates included basic Chinese breakfast for 2, which was another convenient point for guests. The hotel buildings and room was a bit dated, no aircon since the weather in the evening and morning is cooling. But the room, bed, utilensils and toilet were clean. The view from the room balcony and hotel garden was nice to view sunset.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed one night at the Monster Village. There were shops and food stalls around the hotel rooms. The rooms were clean and we had a balcony on the second floor overseeing the village street. Our room booking included breakfast buffet 7 am - 9 am, typical ********* breakfast items like porridge and noodles. There were multiple live performances which was pretty entertaining, but most of the activities are geared towards younger kids my tweenagers. There is a specialty Nettles bread that everyone waited in line for a fresh batch. Overall it was a fun experience and good photo spot!

SShlyapnikovaI ended up getting a room completely different from the one I was supposed to get. If the hotel is not able to provide the room that is displayed on booking services, then why display it in the first place. Unlike the room I booked, the room they gave me seemed to have been renovated years ago, was cold and had small windows looking at the parking lot. The staff, while being nice and friendly, could not help me. This situation, unfortunately, has affected my overall impression a lot. I hope future guests will have better experience than I.
