Nice room with 2 queen beds and one single bed within 2 bedrooms, comfortable sofa to watch a smart tv. Kitchen has stovetop, coway water dispenser and microwave, but sadly no washing machine. Location is great, near KB mall and Aeon Mall is not far as well, at the ground floor, there’re plenty of eateries such as McDonald, Nasken Coffee, Coffee Bean, Esmart24 and Starbucks.

Liked our choice of Prestige 1-bedroom apartment (Block A13-10 18th floor) in the Sky River Front building behind Ibis Hotel. Newly painted and very clean. Has separate bedroom and bathroom to main lounge, dining and kitchen area. Had a balcony, WiFi and off-street allocated parking. Towels and toiletries are provided. Kitchen has refrigerator, microwave and electric kettle. Cutlery and crockery is also supplied. Swimming pool was nice and clean. The only negative is that there is no place to cook. It would be nice is an appliance was supplied for this purpose.

Nice apartment and clean. The location is nearby the town especially Kopitiam Kita and Pasar Siti Khadijah. We enjoyed staying here just for one night and satisfied with the facilities provided.

Stayed here with family for 4d3n. Our 1st trip to kelantan . Located at a very strategic place right opposite KB mall and near to all places of interest. 1 parking lot provided for free, just be careful when driving up the parking lot as it is quite steep. Basic amenities available in the apartment. Overall satisfied and worth the money.

Bilik ok luas boleh muat 3,4 org jika bawa toto..mandian tkde..yg ada syampu besar jari kelinking sahaja..paip hujan slow sgt..paip bawah ok tekanan laju..aircond sejuk..siaran tv kelabu mcm tv 90an..kebetulan pergi kolam rosak..katanya tunggu mesin baru sampai..anak sedara sampai bosan tk tahu buat apa..sepatutnya masa call staf hotel bagitahu yg kolam rosak..kali ni pergi terasa hampa sekit..tahu nk jadi mcm ni cari hotel lain..pengguna yg kecewa

PLus : The room and bathroom is very big with city view, there is kirchen also. The room is clean and easy check in and check out. There is free parking at the apartment. Minus : There is no Wifi.
