This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Jinling Hotel Nanjing 新街口. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the Jinling Hotel offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out. We were given an upgrade to the executive room and breakfast was served on the 56th floor and we had an amazing time. The atmosphere and service were great. Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good time. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable especially to Mr. 邢阳, thank you for making our stay a pleasant one.

The location was excellent, and the open facilities were very good. I understand it's a ”China thing” that prevents outdoor swimming pools from being open to the public other than July - August - but it's ridiculous and one that a 5-star hotel should change. You advertise having an indoor and outdoor pool; however, 85% of the entire year, it is closed.... so how can you say you have an outdoor pool? It's false advertising. It was 32 degrees this weekend and perfect weather for the outdoor pool, but you didn't have it open - thus, I took away two stars on facilities. The service in the restaurant was EXCELLENT on the 45th floor, extremely good and well worth the 5stars; the front desk people also on the 1st floor incredible; however, the service in the (the indoor!!!) swimming pool was extremely average - feeling like being served from student intern vs. any 5star customer service at all. The service in the bar on the 78th floor was highly average. also, for 5star, with us having to ask for drinks and not a single smile when serving the drinks, while the 78th-floor views are breathtaking, the service was let down. Last but not least, our parents-in-law traveled with us and rang the front desk for help with the TV. They rang twice, and they were waiting for someone to help them. I have stayed at Intercontinental Hotels in other locations, and the service is always very good. While some departments at this location were good, they needed to be more balanced by the inconsistency of the other departments.

The front desk experience at the Corwn plaza was excellent. They were very thorough at check in and when Carrie could not answer our questions in English, another person was there almost immediately to attend to our needs. Everyone was very friendly. The women's locker room at the indoor pool was very disappointing. The sauna was not hot and no amount of water on the stove would heat up the room. The locker room also had a VERY unpleasant smell. There is no hot tub and no steam room which was also disappointing. Nevertheless, the bathtub in the room served up a most wonderful bath.

Good location with a nice and modern shopping mall just a traffic light away. Checkin staff did not seem to be very well trained, however polite. Added breakfast for one day but only registered 1 guest despite 2 guests stayed in the room. When we asked advise at concierge if there was any shops selling photography items, reply was “ sorry I’m not local”… Would like to express our gratitude to concierge staff Peter Zhang and room attendant Li Lingyu. Peter always has a genuine smile on his face and helped with our parcel delivery reached destination smoothly. Ms Li is kind and considerate, noted we like to drink coffee, made effort to place a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Lastly, we’d like to appreciate hotel management for making my husband’s birthday even more special by presenting a cake and a card in the room. Would consider to stay again if we go back to Suzhou.

Really nice hotel and super position! The staff was super nice and helpful The only side note is about the smell. In my room there was a bad smell, I’ve said to them and they checked it and cleaned everything again but unfortunately nothing changed, it may be the pipes!

Old oriental style hotel witha rich history. Look majestic and grand on the outside. (Interior of hotel in many nooks n corners are poorly maintained) Room service is superb. Super comfortable n firm bed. Located right within 太湖 (taihu lake) so you can jog/walk around the beautiful lake and giant ferris wheel in the morning and take in the fresh air. With outdoor pool n gym. Hotel food is mainly big fancy chinese restaurants n buffet. No casual dining . No western selection except the high tea cafe which serves some sandwiches and pasta. Hotel can organise ferry trip to turtlehead island

This is where you stay when you want to treat yourself right. ”#11 of all 4-star hotels in Nanjing & I believe it. The super professional staff clearly doesn't believe in cutting corners, the place is emmaculate clean & the breakfast is fantastic. Once you enter the huge Phoenix mural behind the front desk & chandelier above will be testament to the quality of this hotel. The location is super convenient, not far from downtown or the subway. I oy stayed one night, but far and away my favorite hotel in Nanjing!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a good experience. The hotel was nicely designed, and the staff were friendly (Xiao Qin, Xiao Cha and the supervisor). They also recommended places to visit and guided us on how to travel around the area. Their service was great as they assisted us with issues we faced and even helped to upgrade our room. The location was also very convenient for navigating around, as it’s near the Metro station and also close to the food street with many dining options! Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its great service and convenient location.

The hotel is next to the exhibition grounds, just a few mins walk. It's also walking distance to the Jinji Lake, and a mall nearby with a railway metro station exit (Line 1) just next to the hotel entrance. Huge lobby with friendly service, from front desk to housekeeping and concierge. Especially the concierge, as I sent over 20 packages from my online shopping on Taobao to the hotel before my arrival and they were so organized they managed to get them out for me in minutes and sent it to my room. The room is big, comfortable for 2 to share with a separate standing shower and toilet. The bed is firm but I found the pillows too soft. The water pressure of the shower head was a bit weak too. The hotel also has a decent sized gym and a heated lap pool. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering international usuals like bread, pastries, sausages and also local favs like porridge and noodles live station. Overall a great hotel especially for the price we paid.

Excellent value for the price. We had a suite which was big and clean. The staff was friendly and offered me an extra breakfast voucher for my son. Although we didn’t try them, there were a couple good looking Korean restaurants on the ground floor. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Times Square and a 7-minute walk from my favorite Vietnamese restaurant.

This place was great! Super quiet (admittedly, I was there on a Tuesday) and clean room with new furnishings. There is no elevator, but you'll probably be on the second floor, and this was fine by me. The hotel staff were nice, too :) The only thing that I'd add is that the curtains on the room's (very spacious!) window could have been darker. As it is, you might be woken up at dawn by the natural lighting! :) Oh, and the bed is pretty hard, which, personally, I love. Would book again! :)

Good location with a metro station next door and many shopping centres and restaurants nearby. The rooms are of very good size. Booking a Club room with a small extra cost allows you to have a room on the higher floor and access to the executive lounge. Checkout time is 12pm but the hotel was happy to give me another extra 2 hours. There are a very limited number if rooms with (partial) a lake view.

Extremely friendly staff, make us feel at home, located in the center of （观前街）walking street. Breakfast has good selections. Supper clean, We are very happy with our choice of this hotel.

Really great hotel. Convenient location and good amenities especially the free coffee machine and cinema room. The staff are really amazing, very nice and helpful and outstanding service. The rooms are very clean, decently sized, and have a nice bathroom. Would definitely recommend!

I have never felt so compelled to write a review for a hotel. Our stay at Jinling Mandarin Garden Hotel Nanjing was a disappointing one. First of all the theme room we reserved was a very small room with view of another building with absolutely no privacy. The corridor and the room reeked of cigarette smoke at all time. So much so we had to turned off the centralised cooling system and rely on a fan I requested from the front desk. Anyway the cooling system was set at 23 and felt very stuffy. The light in the toilet turned off after a certain period and the motion sensor was not the most sensitive. I paid for comfort and do not appreciate to be dictate when and how to use them. I like my room to be 20C and lights on during the time I’m in the shower however long it takes. And absolutely do not appreciate to be subjected to inhale secondhand smoke for the last 2 days. It was a birthday celebration that has been ruined, not only that you didn’t take note of the request, first was given a room without a bathtub then we finally settled with one that has one but stank with cigarettes smell and with absolutely no view. Breakfast was very average but sufficient, full unhappy staffs standing around. Coffee was excellent though. Beside the good location right next to Fuzimiao that’s nothing good about the hotel unfortunately. It takes lots of tourist groups so the breakfast area gets very busy. For the price we paid there are many more better hotels to choose from in the area. My biggest regret in this trip.

Jenis bilik yang ditempah pada asalnya adalah di bangunan utama di lobi Terdapat terlalu banyak keluarga dengan kanak-kanak di sana, dan ramai orang tidak dapat mengawal anak-anak mereka. Saya mempunyai mata air panas, jadi saya memutuskan untuk menambah wang untuk menukar jenis bilik. Pertama sekali, saya ingin memuji pembantu rumah kecil (Wu Meiyu, perkhidmatannya sangat baik👍👍👍). , dan saya bersedia untuk datang lagi. Pembantu rumah di bilik 9016 juga sangat baik Jika anda mempunyai sebarang permintaan, mereka akan cuba sedaya upaya untuk membantu dan memberikan bantuan dalam masa yang singkat. Lokasi villa air panas sangat tenang dan tenang Penyewa yang bukan dari kawasan ini jarang datang ke sini. Pemandangan tasik sangat natural dan tidak banyak kemudahan buatan menikmati pemandangan tasik Ia sangat tenang dan selesa untuk tidur pada waktu malam. Kakitangan di seluruh hotel adalah sopan dan bersemangat terhadap pengunjung. Harga Ctrip tidak termasuk zoo dan kolam air panas Orang yang perlu pergi ke zoo harus mengambil perhatian tentang perkara ini.

The room was a bit dark and spoky, restaurant enough only for 10-15 person, the staffs couldn't speak English, and each hotel guest have to be taken pictures one by one when I asked why he said for face recognition access door, buat he gave us card to open the room door.

I want to mention that the hotel has a GREAT location and the staff was friendly! It's really close to the Confucius Temple, a metro line that goes directly to Nanjing South Train Station, and many nice restaurants/ shops etc. The bed is comfortable, and the shower is good. However, our room smelled a bit of cigars (420) even though I asked for a nonsmoking room. Also, there was construction noise starting at 7:30 a.m. (??). After we called reception to ask about it, it stopped, but that was not nice. The next day (a Sunday), we didn't have this issue :) . Overall, I think it was worth it because of the location, but it was a short weekend trip, so we didn't spend much time in the hotel.

My family and I recently spent one night at the Hualuxe Wuxi Taihu Hotel and had a wonderful experience all round. The reception upon check in was so warm and welcoming and two of the staff spoke perfect English, making the process of checking in seamless. Even if language had been a barrier, the professionalism shown by the reception staff would have made it painless! We enjoyed leisurely drinks in the lobby after check-in where we were, once again, received with warmth and efficiency. At breakfast, which had a good selection of both local and foreign options, every single staff member greeted us with smiles and willingness to serve. We were certainly impressed by the professionalism demonstrated by all staff we encountered and were happy we had chosen the Hualuxe Wuxi Taihu Hotel as our destination. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again!

We received a complimentary upgrade, as we had not yet received our purchased tickets to Nianhua Wan due to not having the China identity (as informed by trip agent & hotel). The breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a good start to our day. Despite the hotel's older appearance, it is well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate us.

Good service by the hotel once I arrived the hotel someone help me to open the door and someone help me with the luggages until my room. That service staff is an elderly which I truly respected him for hold on this job responsibility. Check in procedure is fuss free as well. Kudos to all the staff there. We get to see a lot of fireworks from our room

There are shuttles from the traveler center to each hotel. All the service staff is so friendly and gave clear instructions. The hotel room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is really delicious and served on the food street ( not within the hotel). The performance shows were beautiful at night and day time as well. Different scenic views and restaurants are within walking distance.

The hotel is located inside the Nian Hua Wan attraction site. The facility and service are excellent. The breakfast provides plenty of good quality food. The swimming coach, 张教练，is helpful and friendly, making the stay pleasant and enjoyable.

衞生：整體可以 環境：房間面朝團氿風景區，視野開闊 服務：除了登記，攜程積分換了水果，並沒有體驗到其他的服務。房間配了一些消費品，有標價。有浴缸，但是沒有配一次性的泡澡袋。拖鞋免費使用，但是帶走收費。這也是收入住按金的諸多原因。 設施：6 部電梯，未見到擁擠。但是可視化效果不好，沒有提示燈，得聽聲音或者來回觀察哪個門開了

很好的客棧，入住時還送來兩瓶礦泉水，房間環境好，採光好、明亮，設施齊全，前台漂亮的小姐姐，服務態度好，有免費的停車場，包含雙早，出行也很方便，距離靈山大佛只有1.6公里，距離拈花灣有5公里路程遠，非常推薦！

Spacious room with high ceiling facing bamboo forest. Hot spring facility is opened only from 1pm to 10pm. Need swim cap if you intend to swim. 5min walk from Bamboo Forest entrance. Nice getaway. Hotel restaurant is lousy, but there's few choices around.

衞生：好 設施：特別好（地暖，這玩意兒在南方好稀缺，來上海兩個月了，我終於感受到了在北京的日子；浴缸特別大；馬桶智能；傢俱智能；洗手枱還是配的一次性洗臉巾） 服務：很好（管家很仔細周到，有求必應）。有信件儀式感，晚上還有甜湯，這個好喝。 餐廳：難吃（自己的原因，菜做成甜口吃不來，有毒） 周邊：太一般（古鎮太小，基本就是酒店本身，住這裏去其他地方玩不錯，衹要不去拈花灣那些，距離都還挺近） 結論：如果還要來無錫旅遊，還會選這裏。
