Hotel Romantic di Jiangsu, China

Stayed at Pan Pacific Suzhou recently and had a mixed experience overall. The biggest highlight of the hotel is definitely its beautiful scenic environment within the Panmen Scenic Area. The surroundings are peaceful, picturesque, and give the property a unique charm that’s hard to find elsewhere. The guest services team was generally helpful and responsive during the stay, which was appreciated. However, there were several aspects of the room and hotel design that affected the overall comfort and convenience. The rooms felt somewhat small and dated, and the air-conditioning was not cold enough even when set to the lowest temperature with maximum fan speed. We eventually had to borrow a fan from the hotel to make the room more comfortable. Water pressure from the shower head was also quite weak, and after reading other reviews, it seems this may be a recurring issue for multiple guests. The bathtub drainage was another problem, taking more than half an hour to fully drain after use. Due to the hotel’s layout, getting to the rooms involved a long and winding walk. We were fortunate to be assigned rooms on the 3rd floor with elevator access, but many rooms on Levels 1 and 2 apparently do not have direct elevator access, which may be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. The laundry room was also not accessible by elevator. Additionally, the rooms lacked modern smart accessibility features and could benefit from a refurbishment. Location-wise, while the scenic setting is beautiful, the hotel is some distance away from the more lively areas such as Qilishantang, Pingjiang Road, and the main shopping districts. Overall, while the environment was lovely, the room comfort and convenience aspects did not meet expectations for this category of hotel, and unfortunately I would not return for a future stay.

The room is huge but it was very cold without any heating. The bathroom area is so cold that even toilet seat is freezing. I would wish the hotel would do something to improve this.

If you visit Yangzhou, this is the only hotel I recommend anyone to stay at. It has the gorgeous Chinese garden that spreads out for miles. I stayed in building 3 (the only building offered on the internet when I booked). The hotel is connected (walk over the bridge) to the Slender Lake. Staff were very courteous and helpful. My room was tidied up everyday. Breakfast was not include in the room rate but there is a Starbuck nearby where I had my morning coffee and pastry. The room has a balcony, overlooking some trees and other building. Most of the restaurants/eateries were closed (probably due to low season). However, there are a lot of local restaurants in the old town area and Guan Dong Street; it costs about 10 Yuans to take a taxi to get there.

Location was good, room was really good value for the money in a quiet neighbourhood and a few minutes walk to the metro station, room was surprisingly quite soundproof. Theres a park to walk nearby, couple of coffee shops and just a few metro stops to the popular areas. It was a very nice addon to get the opportunity for free laundry that the host handled for you and 2 free coffee everyday. Had the opportunity to rent an electrical bike also for free and ask anything if needed. Thank you for everything.

Setelah jelajah seluruh Zhouzhuang, saya dapat sahkan yang lokasi penginapan ini memang paling strategik. Dari sini, cuma 10 minit berjalan kaki ke pintu masuk kawasan tarikan pelancong. Kalau nak panggil teksi pun, 10 minit awal dah cukup, memang tak perlu risau....👍👍👍👍 Ke dalam pula, ia sangat mudah diakses ke mana-mana terusan. Lagipun, penginapan ini terletak betul-betul di tepi terusan, menawarkan pemandangan indah terusan, perahu, cahaya malam, dan kedai-kedai di seberang sungai tanpa sebarang halangan... 👍👍 Kami memilih bilik katil raja yang menghadap sungai. Biliknya dihiasi dengan perabot bercirikan antik; ada katil kanopi berukiran lama berwarna merah yang terasa seperti katil pengantin 😂😂😂😂; meja solek ***a lama (tak sempat ambil gambar sebab banyak barang atasnya); dan di tepi tingkap pula ada set kerusi klasik (***a topi pegawai) serta meja teh kecil. Sangat sesuai untuk menikmati teh sambil mengagumi keindahan pemandangan malam dari tingkap. Memang indah sungguh pekan kuno Zhouzhuang ini! 👍👍👍👍 Bilik air, bilik tidur, dan cadar katil semuanya sangat bersih. Oh ya, kena ingat ni!!!!! Ada seekor anjing yang sangat jinak dan baik hati kat sini. Bukan baka mahal pun, tapi dia takkan bergerak bila orang lalu, dan tak pernah menyalak sesuka hati. Dia cuma pandang kita dengan mata yang sangat lembut, kelopak mata berganda yang besar, nampak sangat comel dan manja, rasa macam anak anjing betina! 👍👍👍👍👍 Mungkin kami daftar masuk waktu musim sepi, jadi harganya pun tak mahal. 👍👍👍

Bilik ini mempunyai kemudahan perkakasan yang lengkap, daripada peralatan mandian kepada peti sejuk yang besar, dan hotel secara keseluruhannya sangat baik dari segi hiasan, kebersihan, perkhidmatan dan persekitaran. Sarapan di restoran juga sangat kaya dan lazat, dan bayi saya yang berumur satu setengah tahun juga boleh memakannya dengan sangat baik. Kakitangan perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik, mengatur pemindahan bagasi dan membayar balik bayaran tempat letak kereta Sebahagian besar keselesaan kami semasa perjalanan kami datang dari Hotel Andu. Ya, patut disebut bahawa mereka memberi kami hadiah kecil sebelum pergi, yang sangat, sangat bertimbang rasa~

Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman menginap kami sangat baik. Kami tiba di Suzhou dari Shanghai pada waktu pagi, jadi kami pergi ke hotel untuk menyimpan beg terlebih dahulu. Selepas melawat Taman Administrator Humble, Muzium Suzhou dan Hutan Singa pada waktu pagi, dan makan tengah hari, barulah kami mendaftar masuk ke hotel. Perkhidmatan daftar masuk sangat baik, gadis di kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat sopan, dan sikap perkhidmatan mereka pada tahap tertinggi, lebih baik daripada hotel lima bintang. Reka bentuk dalaman hotel sangat berkonsepkan, dengan kolam terbuka di atrium, dan bilik-bilik terletak di kedua-dua belah. Kami meminta bilik yang menghadap ke luar, di tingkat satu, dengan halaman kecil. Kami duduk di sana pada waktu malam sambil menikmati snek lewat malam, sangat menyenangkan. Kemudahan perkakasan hotel semuanya baru, tandas pintar, dan pengering rambut juga berfungsi dengan baik. Projektor definisi tinggi sangat baik, dan pembantu suara Xiao An juga sangat responsif. Dari daftar masuk hingga daftar keluar, pengalaman kami adalah markah penuh.

Very good hotel. We would rate 98 out of 100. Great location (photo 1). Located on top of subway line 1 and line 2. Restaurants, upscale shopping malls and hundreds of local shop line the neighborhood streets. Soft but firm mattress, down pillows, down comfortable feels like sleeping on air in the clouds. Bathroom shower has strong water flow with unlimited hot water. The soaking tub was a real bonus. Safe, quiet & clean neighborhood. No sign of crime, gang tags, homelessness, drug ******* which is throughout Europe and the western hemisphere. Great price. Fast check in and out. Only problems, TV had only CNN for western news, (which is useless) and the sound was so low we could not hear it. Which is the only ways to watch CNN, but we could not hear HBO. The shower had tiles with soap scum (photo 2). We travel the world, and really enjoyed this hotel. We will stay here again in our future trips to Jiang Shu

Kemudahan: Peralatannya sangat baik dan pintar. Mod pancuran mandian hutan hujan tropika sudah memadai. Ia hebat dan mempunyai tekanan air yang mencukupi. Kebersihan: Bersih dan baik. Persekitaran: ***a Jepun yang elegan. Perkhidmatan: Sangat baik dan bertimbang rasa. Abang dan kakak meja depan mempunyai rasa perkhidmatan yang baik. Minum petang layan diri untuk dua orang: Lokasi yang bagus di Shilu Pedestrian Street.

推開門的那一刻，我彷彿不是走進了一家商務酒店，而是誤入了一個温暖的童話結界。大堂裏沒有傳統酒店那種高冷的大理石和刺眼的白光，取而代之的是温潤的原木色調和暖黃色的燈光。目光所及之處，是憨態可掬的龍貓元素——它們靜靜地佇立在角落，或是印在牆面上，帶着宮崎駿筆下特有的純真與靜謐。那一瞬間，職場上的KPI、未回覆的郵件、城市的喧囂，彷彿都被這股温柔的力量輕輕撫平。
