Hotel Romantic di Jiangsu, China

This is such an awesome hotel. Rooms are super spacious and clean. The entire hotel is a massive Chinese garden, part of it belonged to a private owner dated back in the Qing dynasty. Would love to come back again. Such a great experience. Service was also impeccable.

Setelah jelajah seluruh Zhouzhuang, saya dapat sahkan yang lokasi penginapan ini memang paling strategik. Dari sini, cuma 10 minit berjalan kaki ke pintu masuk kawasan tarikan pelancong. Kalau nak panggil teksi pun, 10 minit awal dah cukup, memang tak perlu risau....👍👍👍👍 Ke dalam pula, ia sangat mudah diakses ke mana-mana terusan. Lagipun, penginapan ini terletak betul-betul di tepi terusan, menawarkan pemandangan indah terusan, perahu, cahaya malam, dan kedai-kedai di seberang sungai tanpa sebarang halangan... 👍👍 Kami memilih bilik katil raja yang menghadap sungai. Biliknya dihiasi dengan perabot bercirikan antik; ada katil kanopi berukiran lama berwarna merah yang terasa seperti katil pengantin 😂😂😂😂; meja solek ***a lama (tak sempat ambil gambar sebab banyak barang atasnya); dan di tepi tingkap pula ada set kerusi klasik (***a topi pegawai) serta meja teh kecil. Sangat sesuai untuk menikmati teh sambil mengagumi keindahan pemandangan malam dari tingkap. Memang indah sungguh pekan kuno Zhouzhuang ini! 👍👍👍👍 Bilik air, bilik tidur, dan cadar katil semuanya sangat bersih. Oh ya, kena ingat ni!!!!! Ada seekor anjing yang sangat jinak dan baik hati kat sini. Bukan baka mahal pun, tapi dia takkan bergerak bila orang lalu, dan tak pernah menyalak sesuka hati. Dia cuma pandang kita dengan mata yang sangat lembut, kelopak mata berganda yang besar, nampak sangat comel dan manja, rasa macam anak anjing betina! 👍👍👍👍👍 Mungkin kami daftar masuk waktu musim sepi, jadi harganya pun tak mahal. 👍👍👍

Truly, we have so many sweet and unforgetable memories during our stay in Pan Pacific Hotel Suchou. We booked ”Family Two Bedrooms” for 4 of us & this room was the best family room we ever had. This room has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 clean bathrooms and a mini kitchen with refridgerator, microwave and sink that made our in-room experience was very comfortable. The housekeeping was also very kind plus their excellent services to mention. We remember this Ms. Xia Ning, a room attendant, who left a beautiful postcard in our room with her heartful and warm greetings with her own handwritings to make sure we had comfortable stay and satisfied. We are surely touched by her beyond service. The hotel's breakfast was one of the best with so various dishes and all were delicious. Some food were resembling the famous and delicate Chinese cuisines. We fully enjoyed Pan Pacific Suzhou Hotel's Panmen Scenic Area. The scenes of their large beautiful garden at noon and at night was unforgetable. We had a chance to try Chinese traditional clothings from Wu Palace Hanfu Experience Center (with Ms. Yichen's generous assistance) and also one-hour cheongsam experience (for women) that helped us to take many beautiful memorable photos. Other hotel's enjoyable benefits include Suzhou Memories-Wu Palace Historical, Collection of Passport Documents for Wu Palace, Tai Chi Experience, CNY 100 SPA voucher at Jialiya Spa & Free self-service laundry and drying. It surely gave us worth time to spent in the hotel. Our sweet 5-star experience with Pan Pacific Suzhou Hotel this time surely will make us to come back to this great hotel in our next visit to Suzhou.

Best location if you wanted to visit Slender Lake as the entrance is just across the road. There are restaurants to the left of the resort as well if opting to dine out. The resort is quite big, with separate buildings housing different types of rooms. Well catered for families with kids. We got the room with a hot spring inside so we didn’t visit the public one.

I stayed at ANSHE Hotel in Suzhou for two nights in early April 2026 and left as a very happy camper. The hotel is well-designed and clearly well-run. The hardware and heartware are equally impressive: the staff are warm, hospitable, and quick to resolve any issues, while the in-room technology is modern, intuitive, and easy to operate. The room layout and amenities made it effortless to rest and recharge after a full day of exploring the city. The location is another big plus — just steps from a metro station and an easy walk to the charming Pingjiang Road. This hotel truly ticks all the boxes for design, comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service. Highly recommended.

Such good value for what your get - luxurious huge room, central location and 24hr service and cleaning. The concierge is on the 15th floor and a bit hidden. Note: there’s no gym, pool, room service, buffet breakfast etc but that’s why it’s such good value!!!

We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade. The check-in and check-out procedures were smooth with many staff attending to your every needs. They were all very helpful and professional. The hotel is a bit dated but otherwise well maintained. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. Location-wise, the hotel is connected to Xinjiekou station and near to many tourist attractions. Breakfast buffet spread was sumptuous with both Chinese and Western varieties with egg station, noodle station and a variety of beverages. Although a large hotel, breakfast never felt crowded and most mornings I was able to enjoy long and slow breakfast. Highly recommended. 

Ketika saya melawat Suzhou kali ini, saya secara kebetulan melihat hotel yang baru dibuka ini pada mulanya saya tidak mempunyai jangkaan yang tinggi dan biliknya juga sangat bagus. Ia sangat bersih, terutamanya wanita di meja penyambut tetamu yang baik dan baik. Dia juga menaik taraf jenis bilik. Saya memutuskan untuk tinggal di sini pada hari berikutnya. Ia juga dilengkapi dengan penutup tab mandi dan mandian susu Sebagai sebuah hotel, pengalaman ini sangat bagus. Namun, satu perkara yang benar-benar meruntuhkan pengalaman indah ini. Lepas consult customer service 3 jam, ada Pretending, masalahnya nak pakai baju tak payah bayar, tapi pura-pura kena bayar duit lepas masuk tak ada yang kata kena caj makeup. termasuk perkhidmatan pelanggan Jika anda mendakwa ia adalah pengalaman percuma, maka anda Jika terdapat sebarang item berbayar, anda mesti dimaklumkan Anda tidak menyebut apa-apa semasa keseluruhan proses solek. Adakah anda telah memakai 299 solek? Jalan-jalan penuh dengan orang, dan anda boleh berpakaian dan kelihatan cantik dengan hanya 99 sen. Bukankah ini satu penipuan? 699 mengambil satu set gambar, dan saya ketawa , perkara rutin sebegini berlaku di sebuah hotel, dan kesannya agak teruk Semuanya Sila beri perhatian lebih, hotel ini agak bagus

This is my second time staying at Wopai Hotel, and the service continues to impress me. The team truly goes all out to help. Our rooms were located in a separate building from the main reception, and as it was quite a distance, they arranged a buggy to drive us over. We had three large suitcases, and the staff patiently made multiple trips to ensure everything was delivered to our room. Our rooms were on the second floor with no lift, yet they carried all our luggage up for us without hesitation. It’s this level of attentiveness that really stood out. They also provided complimentary redeemable beverages daily, which was a lovely touch. Overall, a consistently great experience. I would definitely return again.

The (small) room was very clean and had a nice Japanese inspired setup with a floor mattress and low table, and the bed was surprisingly big and really comfortable. Check-in was very simple because the staff were super friendly, and the place was very quiet, which made it easy to relax. It’s a bit outside central Nanjing, but there are malls, a Hema store, and 1912 nearby, plus the metro is close so getting around is easy (about 45 minutes to the center). The WLAN was serviceable, and overall it was a cozy, chill, great-value place to crash. I’d happily stay again.
