Hotel Kolam Air Panas di Sanya

This hotel was very accommodating to our needs. When we complained that the original room wasn't up to our standards they moved us into a new room. And even were able to move our belongings into the new room while we went outside to play. I would recommend this hotel to families as the swimming pool is very good for young children with the water slides and the play thing.

We loved this quaint little place. Off the main shopping street so it’s a bit less busy but still close enough to make for easy access. Right on the beach which is both a good thing and potentially a slight issue for those wanting a place that is quiet at night. You will have to deal with the club music from a couple other beachside places who play loud music (albeit good and live) until 23:00 every night. The highlights for us would be the service which was incredibly nice and helpful. The resident dog was also a big highlight for us as she (Muo Muo) was so sweet. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the facilities were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t have an issue with late night music.

Although there were some positive aspects,the negative experiences significantly overshadowed them. As someone who values cleanliness, especially when traveling with a child, I was extremely disappointed. The toilet was incredibly dirty, to the point where it was obvious it hadn't been scrubbed for a long time. The floor was covered in dust, making it impossible to walk barefoot, and the towels had visible stains. I reported these issues to the front desk, and they sent a cleaning staff to address the problem. However, when she arrived, she only wiped a few surfaces with a cloth. I checked the bathroom while she was still there and pointed out the dirty areas. There were hairs stuck to the glass, yellow and black stains on the walls, and even what appeared to be urine stains on the floor. When I asked if she had cleaned, she said yes, but it was clear that proper scrubbing and disinfecting were necessary. I had to insist that she scrub the toilet, and although she did so reluctantly and hastily, it was evident that she wasn't thorough. I understand that there are many rooms to clean each day, but that doesn't justify rushing such an important task. Even after scrubbing, the dirt was still visible, and she seemed to view me as a difficult guest rather than someone who expects basic hygiene standards. I’d be ok with the rooms having a fresh plain smell of nothing since not so many people enjoy the smell of diffusers, especially Asians, but for a claimed five-star hotel, it smelled like dust mixed with very old furniture and stuffy place. On the bright side, it wasn’t as crowded as I expected since it was during holidays. The breakfast was pretty decent but lacked options for non-pork eaters. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful, especially Lily.

酒店是網紅風格，設計很不錯，相比島上其他酒店很有特點，一家人住的很開心😃尤其的露台的泡池，很大，一家4口一點都沒有問題，孩子玩的很開心，酒店離美食街也就2.3分鐘的路程，店家很貼心，會介紹相關景點等，門口櫃子裏還準備了趕海的小🪣跟工具，西島真的很美，隨手就能出片，就是裏面的小路容易轉向，這次住了2天，下次來的話爭取多住一兩天，多感受下島上的慢生活。

I stayed only one night at this hotel and I took advantage of at least two gifts which were offered; one was a 10% discount at the spa within the hotel, and the second one was free pictures. Although those guys ripped me off as I had to add extra money to get the other not so nice pictures but I liked a few of the photos they took anyway(the last 3 pics were taken by them). My room was on the 5th floor and the staff helped me get my bags to and from the room. Breakfast was also good. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again if I am to visit Sanya in the future.

總結一句話：如果需求大於等於3個房間，還是划算的，體驗可能的不如之前住海棠灣皇冠假日，但是空間大，房間多是優勢。 設施：總體來説房屋比較新，但是入住還是有些設施壞了，好在維修比較快。入住前沒有告訴我們使用燃氣需要交200塊錢，這個事情不太能理解為什麼會收這麼高。 衞生： 每天都有打掃，但是沒辦法做到酒店那樣的全覆蓋。要做好心理預期 服務：民宿，所以基本上沒啥服務。管家回覆速度還是可以的。

從到達酒店就有管家給辦理入住，帶我們回了別墅，很貼心的介紹了別墅已經周邊吃飯及購物的訊息。入住期間很耐心的解答我們的問題，訊息回覆很快，隨叫隨到。整個酒店都很安靜，綠化面積很大，早晨能聽到鳥叫聲～～。別墅裏獨立的泳池和温泉，這個季節來天氣不太熱，每天泡泡温泉真的很放鬆。很感謝馬傑管家服務，還會和家人再來。

We had an amazing time at Atlantis. True, it's not cheap to stay at the hotel. It's worth the money for the unforgettable experience. The service was great. Professional staff who speak fluent English. They are willing to do everything to make sure guests are happy. Amenities are also impressive. It's so easy to go and enjoy the aquarium and water world. We were able to get some rest during a busy stay. Absolutely kid friendly. It does get quite busy during the winter school break.

We recently stayed at a villa in Sanya through Trip.com and also experienced the wonderful hospitality of The Palace Resort Yalong Bay Sanya. From the moment we arrived, Bill, a staff member at the resort, added us on WeChat and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. He was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy for us. While January was a bit chilly, we only used the Villa pool on the first day. However, the resort has a hot jacuzzi by the pool in Villa, which was perfect for the cooler weather. We simply messaged Bill on WeChat, and he promptly ensured we had access to it, which was a great touch. The resort’s location is excellent, with Yalong Bay beach just a short distance away, making it very convenient. If you’re traveling with kids under 10 years old, the free indoor play center within the resort is a fantastic feature. Our children had an amazing time there, and it added so much value to our stay. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend this resort. The combination of beautiful surroundings, family-friendly amenities, and exceptional service from staff like Bill made our trip truly memorable. We can’t wait to visit again! We have been at different hotels in Sanya during the last years but since the time we discovered Marriot Sanya Yalong Bay we were so delighted and since that time we always come back. This time during national holidays it was not the exception on how a fabulous time we have spent during our 4 days stay. All the hotel maintenance is great, we love to spend the day between ocean and pool area and for that Fish bar restaurant is a spot we like a lot, around 6 PM q couple of great foreign singers play some amazing covers. Marriot Yalong Bay never disappoints us!!
