I just spent a vacation at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Da Nang. I am really impressed and extremely happy to have met the friendly people of Danang and the hotel is absolutely perfect according to my wishes. From Receptionist to Manager, all are so professional, the rooms are extremely clean and make me and my friends very satisfied. Especially you Huyen, very cute and very professional. Hotel ini berada di seberang jalan dari pantai tetapi agak jauh dari bahagian utama, bermakna anda tidak akan diganggu oleh muzik yang kuat atau bunyi pesta. Hotel is great! just make sure to plan your trip on a right month! since fog can ruin the visibility the whole Park! Food (breakfast was great) make sure to add the right people when book because in my case i didnt notice i just added 1 instead if 2 so i pay extra 500,000 VND (for my friend breakfast) Dinner is quiet expensive around 450k to 500k for 2 persons since most of the establishments are closed during night! make sure to take early dinner! The hotel exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a balcony that offered stunning views of the city skyline. I was truly impressed by the attention to detail and the overall commitment to excellence at this hotel. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was absolutely silent. They offered every amenity possible including bath salt which was refilled daily and turndown service was great as they always left some sweet savory to enjoy before bed time :) Dining experience - 5 star - they have two restaurants. One is French Vietnamese and the second one is on the beach. The Beach restaurant offered very nice grilled platter, which was perfect to Enjoy the evening by the Seaside as well as the draft beer to go along during lunch they offered burgers and pizzas. The French-Vietnamese restaurant offered meals that were presented with right balance of flavors and local twist that were almost like a Michelin star restaurant. Thanks to their executive chef who made sure that all guests were given attention and collected their feedback for improvements. This is unlike most hotels in Vietnam. Safety - 5 star - this is a special appreciation for the lifeguards, which are constantly around all five pools as well as on the beach lifeguards made sure of guest safety and not just stand there, but also to guide people where not to swim or where it could be dangerous to swim. this is really great place. best part is infinity pool and free waterpark. Japanese themed 5 star hotel. we had great stay . friendly staff . great for families. staff went abov and beyond to organise vegetarian breakfast for us.

Amazing hotel, although a little pricey, especially as my rate didn’t include breakfast. The room is very comfortable h the view and the balcony are what really makes the hotel. The pool has a beautiful view but it’s very small and when you’re on a lounger there you’re very close to the other guests (only a few loungers in a small space)

The service is great and friendly. The breakfast buffet is of a large variety of food to choose. The seaside is of great view. But unfortunately, the weather is rainy. In general, it is of great experience of sty.
