The hotel is 4min drive to downtown, good to go around and just good for hiking. I love it 🥰

Candlewood Suites, Hot Springs AR - There were so many things wrong with this stay I wanted to alert others. When we arrived our rooms weren't ready. We patiently waited in the lobby as others were checking in ahead of us. After 30+ minutes one of the attendants decided they could switch our rooms with guests who hadn't arrived yet. The rooms were decent sized and seemed clean so all was well, or so we thought. Our mattress had a LARGE sunken in place in it. After the check in issues I decided not to even complain. I just slept on the side of the mattress and made do. The next morning there was no coffee in the lobby or any for the rooms. As we were checking out the same hotel staff was there as when we checked in and she wanted to argue with us about putting one room on my card and the other on my friend's card. She finally agreed and said I would have the incidental charge for both rooms on my card for X amount of days until it cleared. I agreed and we both checked out. Well I guess in the end the hotel clerk won because I got charged for both rooms and trying to get someone on the phone or to answer an email has been impossible. Candlewood suites has non existent customer service.

This place has a good balance and a great location.i don't recommend children here though. Not because it's bad but because this is a more adult oriented place. This is the only location I stay at and the staff has become almost like family, kind and considerate. Jody and LeAnn especially have a wonderful relationship with all the customers and it's a pleasure to have me them

Room was updated to some degree. The bathroom was divided into 2 parts where there was a shaving and makeup area and the other area was the shower and toilet behind a door. I never liked entering a room from outside but felt safe doing it from here. The customer service was the best I've ever seen and I've seen a lot.

Nice and quite hotel. Super close to everything

This was your average Quality Inn. As I told my wife not as good as Amarillo but better then Del Rio which was awful. The rooms however were clean and the staff friendly. Don't accept a room in the second building I felt a little unsafe. Not that I thought someone was going to get me but it did leave the car a bit vulnerable. Lots of trash back there but renovation seems to be ongoing which may explain that. The hotel does have a small breakfast area but we opted to eat elsewhere, nothing wrong just wanted to try local restaurants
