1，名字是榆次賓館，以為是zf賓館，也以為有一個大院子停車，實際上賓館距離鐵路也就100米左右，在馬路邊。 2，房間一進去，就有一股味道，開窗户，能打開的窗户最多也就30*40cm，想着就住一晚算了。 3，馬桶的前面地面上有一金屬凸起物，拌了好幾次，幸好沒有摔倒。 4，酒店早點38一位。如果到外面吃，需要走很遠。 5，距離榆次老城走近路也就1.5km，這個不錯。 6，沒拍照片。

Very good location. Within the old town and close to many attractions and to the lower west gate where taxis can drop passengers. Very good services from staff. The hotel was converted from an old mansion which is a tourist attraction in itself. Do note that there are steps between the entrance and most rooms. Also, our room was over two floors. While these steps and stairs do not bother us it is something to note.

服務：老闆和老闆娘都特別親和，特別熱情，提供到動車站親自接送服務，一路介紹平遙古城風土人情。聽説我家夫人睡落枕，頸椎疼，專門送來乳膠枕。需要熱水袋熱敷頸部，客棧沒有，老闆娘專門去買了個新的熱水袋送到房間，真的是貼心，暖心。設施：衞生間智能馬桶，和浴室乾濕分離，浴室噴淋系統也非常舒服。看到我們一家三口都是成人，主動幫我們免費升級套房。衞生：不用説，乾淨！乾淨！乾淨！環境：非常有山西風格的小庭院，設計很用心，我們還在客棧拍了很多照片，非常有氛圍感。 PS：進門大廳就擺放一張漆器屏風，非常華麗。老闆原來正真的主業是做漆器的，旁邊臨街就是他們的漆器店，夫人專門挑選了一個非常精緻的漆器首飾盒，老闆娘很實在地給了很優惠的價格。強烈推薦入住這家客棧！

酒店位置不錯，但門面很窄小，在西大街旁細狹的段巷裡面。原本以為是鬧中取靜的悠閒古宅院，可以好好休息享受古城的歲月靜好…結果入住後我們這些房客連在小院休憩、或在這家酒店好好拍照的機會都沒有。為什麼呢？因為從入口到房間的曲折小徑小院上，才走3、5步，就有旅拍攝影擺拍，整個酒店前後院，都擠滿了旅拍寫真的團隊，彷彿入住了旅拍攝影基地，完全沒有私人空間可言。而且拍攝時間從我們入住的中午開始、到晚上9點，第二天早上8點，沒有一刻停歇。我們住在客棧2樓，或許是拍照位置優越，以致好幾次想出房間大門，都因扮裝寫真的少奶奶擋在房間門口而不敢推門外出。哎！這真的很不妥當，店家應該努力思考一下客棧的定位問題，使付費入住的旅客能擁有不被外人打擾的住宿空間。或者，訂房前在攜程網上註明「本店開放旅拍、介意者勿訂房」之類的溫馨提示。也希望攜程網日後能在全國各景點訂房單上附注說明一下，以提供消費者在選擇酒店時，能自行考量是否接受下訂這類提供旅拍的酒店，謝謝。

Lovely hotel with a beautiful internal garden in the centre. In the heart of the old city of Pingyao and very close to one of the main roads where all the shops and restaurants are. The staff didn’t speak English (as it’s often the case in China, so no surprise) but they called a friend/colleague who did and she translated for us on the phone. Overall they were very friendly. I would recommend to make sure you have a translator app working on your phone before getting there.

Excellent location near the South Gate and easy access to Main Street in the old town. Looks a little rundown but perhaps it was the look it as trying to keep. Unsure. Classic chinese style room (nice!!) with Kang Bed meant for those who are accustomed to hard bed. Toilet and shower are not separated. Provide high speed train station pickup and drop off which are big pluses. Helpful front desk.

PPengguna Tetamu平園公府從精緻的雕花門窗到復古的傢俱陳設，都讓人彷彿穿越回了古代。院子裏更是別有一番天地，綠植繁茂，古樹參天，營造出了一個優美寧靜的環境。房間內還貼心地準備了依雲水和各種小吃，讓人倍感温馨。而且這裏還有茶室可以喝茶，在繁忙的旅途中能有這樣一個放鬆身心的地方，實在是難得。服務人員的態度更是好得沒話説，有求必應，讓我感受到了家一般的温暖。他們推薦的餐廳也非常不錯，為我的美食之旅增添了不少色彩。這家客棧無論是環境還是服務，都無可挑剔。強烈推薦大家來體驗，相信您一定會留下美好的回憶！

XXuan ChengVery close to the old town just 5 mins walk to the walking street near to 县衙.. many eateries nearby.. host is very friendly and helped me to retrieve my lost item on the train.. room is clean and amenities available.. comes with free breakfast as well! the only cons is the road in front of the stay is under construction..

WWalk The EarthAlice and everyone at the hotel are so lovely, extremely attentive and took care of our needs. We received a crash course from Alice how to tour the inner city, making our short stay in Pingyao effective and visiting all the key scenic spots with ease. The hospitality from everyone is the best I have experienced in a very long time. Thank you for making this such a lovely trip stay for us in Pingyao ❤️.

AAlejandro Ch.The staff didn’t speak English, we didn’t speak Chinese and yet, we had no issues communicating. They were always willing to answer our questions and give us recommendations on what to do or eat. The hotel also has a washing machine to use free of charge. The room itself is big enough, particularly the bathroom was bigger than the one we had in the 4 star hotel in Beijing in which we paid triple the price for. We visited during low season so it was very quiet. Given the price we paid per night using a special promotion, it’s hard for me not to rate 10/10 due to the value for money received.

Crystal at concierge was there for us all the time. Definitely recommended. Only down point: the hotel is very difficult to find. To keep a higher level of exclusivity there is not a single indication on the street. Took a while and some local help to manage.

XXinzhuangqulinxiangru4號深夜到達，問了一下能否升房，前台值班的李女士熱情貼心地幫我們升了房，讓我們一入住就感到了酒店的大氣！在此表揚並感謝4號夜裡值班的李女士！房間寬敞，裝修講究，民國風格。床墊，床品舒適，外資五星水準。有免費的浴缸袋。各位服務同事都親切友好，雖是縣城，卻是千年古城，果然民風儒雅有教！令人起敬。早餐有現磨咖啡，有地方特色平遙牛肉等，雖品種少，然而都經典好味。前台推薦的古城陪遊，與大眾點評同價，卻更有便利優勢，僅270元，足足陪了我們4個多小時，亦步亦趨介紹，幾乎全程車輛代步！導遊告訴我們，這是城外最好的酒店，不虛此名！

KKuangbiaodewoniu-是我2023年酒店入住最驚喜的一家酒店，因為我的工作性質一年300天左右入住不同的酒店，初入大廳感覺和其它商務類酒店區別不大,沒想到進入房間比我預期的要大很多，床品尤其柔軟舒服，早餐決對是五星酒店的早餐，看看餐品擺位，調料配套如此，其它更不用説；不虛此住，強烈推薦入住！！！

SSaucyIf you want to explore the ancient town of Pingyao, then this hotel is fantastic. It's 15mins away from the high speed railway. They pick up and drop out off outside the city. With the covid regulations in place, the hotel supported me through the process and helped me gain entry into the city. I was then collected and driven to the hotel. Check-in was smooth and the lady helped me to book tickets for the Pingyao theatre show at the same time. I received a free upgrade from a double room to a suite. All in all, a fantastic holiday, and a great experience.

DD. VerweijPro + It is a new and beautiful place to stay. + Very kind, friendly and polite staff. + Spacious bathroom. + When leaving early the taxi driver can pick you up in front of the hotel. Cons — The hotel is too expensive. — Not a smoke free hotel. There was even smoke inside the lobby and the second night it was all over our room too (airconditioning?). — The first night we tried the dinner, but it was not good. They have photos of the food, but it doesn’t match with what you get. We ordered salmon sushi and got FROZEN sushi instead which was obviously not eatable. — When we asked for a tea on the terrace we were charged 48 Yuan per person which is way too expensive. — The bedroom is a bit too small and has the same size as the bathroom.
