This hotel is very new and visually appealing. The front desk team is quite fabulous and friendly. I think the entire team, including the M Club lounge team and bar team honestly made this property memorable. They did a great job hiring fabulous people. I was hesitant to book here from previous reviews but am somewhat glad I did. There’s two grocery stores nearby, the bar has decent food and the club lounge actually has very decent wine selections plus champagne during brunch. I never ate dinner at the club lounge though. Proximity to downtown and tourist attractions was decent. My biggest complaint is regarding their AC. Our room’s AC wasn’t very efficient. I phoned down asking for some fans, but was advised they didn’t have any. They sent an engineer up who verified the AC was working properly. I assumed they simply didn’t have strong AC in the rooms. We slept uncomfortable every night. When we actually visited our friends’ rooms, their AC was much stronger. I requested a room change but was advised they were fully committed due to Adele, which is why we were in town. I believe they should have adequate AC in every room or have fans as a back up. The club lounge also was severely understaffed every evening. There was one night where we went up for drinks around 9pm. It was crowded with only one server working. It was clear he was working as efficiently as he could, but there were simply too many people in the lounge for him. After going out to nearby bar, we returned around 1:30am to the lounge to grab some waters. The gentleman was still working diligently trying to set up the lounge for breakfast. Overall, stunning property aesthetically. Great team for the few people they do have. They honestly just need to hire more people for every department.

The hotel has all that you need for comfort as a tourist. You are only a block away from the Munich Hbf so walking to the hotel with luggage was no problem. Proximity to the train station was essential for me since I used Munich as base while taking several train trips. The front desk staff is helpful and made it easy for someone who speaks very poor German. The rooms are sizeable by European standards and very comfortable. Fitness center was acceptable. You are about 4-5 long city blocks away from getting to Neuhauser Street and main shopping district (about another 3 blocks to Marienplatz) so if you mind the walking then maybe not the place for you, but I had no problem with it. Several restaurants within close walking distance (albeit not fine dining) and an Aldi's next door. One one hand nice to see a very diverse area in the immediate neighborhood, but also some sketch figures, but encountered no real problems (albeit a few odd visuals that I will not share). The breakfast was very good and I generally at eenough that lunch was not even a need or a consideration. Overall, well worth it.

It’s very good, but enough issues to knock a star off. Lots of good things - very clean, modern room. Great shower. Good lighting. Comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast, with omelettes to order. Every sort of milk you could imagine (though except, oddly, we couldn’t find fresh - the one we thought was it was UHT!). Great gym on 14 floor. Internet lightning fast. The staff were friendly and gave you full attention when you were with them. Issues. Short staffed. On checkout, for example, only two staff, one of whom was on the phone … then the other could not get round an issue for a couple checking online, so had to be helped by the first. When a place is this swish, check in and out should be fast and slick. It wasn’t. Short staffed in the restaurant too: we’d booked a table but were ignored by the two staff who were covering the bar and the tables. A lot of tables and a long wait to be seated. Better training needed: at least greet and acknowledge the waiting guests. Restaurant food was ok. In the room: no access to the online hotel directory: reception didn’t really understand the problem and sent a spare remote up to us, then guessed maybe a software issue. No USB ports in the sockets, and none to loan (you could buy them apparently). (Tip: actually there there are two USB ports - on the back of the TV! They’re fiddly to reach but it can be done, and they charged a phone overnight).

The booking was made from Trip.com but the reply from hotel was slow.
It took more than 10 days to change name of guest that was after many emails, many calls and also many trip.com chat support. ... . Hotel response was quicker than trip.com support which was surprising.

I seldom give bad reviews to the service staff because no matter in which country the service staff is hard and will face a lot of unfriendly guests. But this time in Westin made me feel very bad. Total three days of breakfast, first day because I went with my dad and I could see well with my baby. The second day dad was too tired to join us. I was the only one to babysit a one year old baby. While I was ordering tea with the waitress, she accidentally knocked over the milk and spilled it all over the table. But the first thing I did was apologize to a lady server and assisted her in cleaning it up. Of course it was not clean as new. When we went back on the third day, an older male waiter came over to chastise us before we even sat down, presumably meaning that he had soiled the dining chairs yesterday and told us to sit in the baby chairs. I stated that there was no problem and apologized again. Surprisingly he shrugged it off and left without bringing me the baby chair and without serving me tea. You can imagine how embarrassed I was. The person who came to enjoy the service was scolded. That wasn't enough. This time I was with my dad and the baby wasn't creating extra trash and I could make sure the table was clean. The way normal polite people would bring it. The man ended up coming back to chant as we were leaving and kept saying we created trash.????? You didn't have a single crumb from your meal? If you don't want to serve customers, you have the option of changing jobs. Several other lady waiters were very friendly. What was a very good impression of the hotel was ruined by this one person. We will be going to Munich often but are not going to choose this hotel again. No one wants to be stared at by a mean person while eating breakfast.

This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at. We loved the room. Ours came with a little kitchen area. We felt like we were staying in a modern episode of “tiny house”. Stayed here with my family (2 sons, 11 and 13.) The hotel was very kid friendly- my kids were greeted and they had a play area (with a video game) and a few games for the room. The location was great- about a 5 min walk to the Deutsches Museum and about 15 walk to Marienplatz, but seemed to be off the beaten tourist path. The area felt very safe, and there was a small mall next door that had 2 grocery stores in it (great for simple meals!). It also had a subway stop (Rosenheimer Platz), where all the main lines stopped. The room itself was great. My kids enjoyed the free minibar (but I was told this was being discontinued.) The pool was nice- the kids loved it! It is smaller than it looks in the pictures and was too cold for me. The bathroom was nice- the toilet is separate from the shower/sink/tub area. The sink area had the best lighting of any hotel bathroom I've ever stayed in. Plenty of hot water, and my kids were amused that there was a TV speaker in the shower area. If we return to Munich, we would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is located a bit away from marienplatz and the downtown shopping area . It isn”t a problem because public transportation is at your front door . taxis and the train station are near by . The hotel staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived . Pia and Jan in the restaurant took excellent care of us at dinner ,food was tasty and nicely presented . The breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty with a good selection to get your day started . Our room was clean , well maintained and quiet . Would definety stay again if we return to Munich . Thanks for a great stay !

讓人相當無語的慕尼黑瑰麗，在攜程訂了2間2天，9.3-9.5日房間，訂單上明確包括早歺。入住時前台是一位皮膚偏黑像印度裔姑娘，告訴我不含早歺，我出示了攜程訂單，於是她打電話詢問，要我把攜程確認單郵件發給她，一番操作後，告訴我可以了。整個過程耗時較長。5號退房時還是這位姑娘，向我出示了圖1的早餐費用單，共558歐。我説訂單是含早歺的，於是她説9月5日的早餐費搞錯了，不收。但是4號的早歺明細單的打印時間是11：01分，算lunch,要收費332歐。我們指出早上我們點單時間是9：40分。就算早歺到11點結束，以此為理由收我lunch費用，不符合大部分酒店的規範。堅持請她與歺廳經理勾通，她説歺廳經理過來要20分鐘，我們堅持等。這時這姑娘旁邊的一位德國姑娘，也是前台，對她説：你把這個單子取消了吧。德國姑娘説德語，我朋友德國生活了30年，聽得懂。然後就把單子給取消了。整個事件非常的不符合正常邏輯，這樣的奢華酒店，如此服務，太讓人失望了！！

KKayra CangozOur stay was great from the start to the end. It was our fifth anniversary with my wife and we decided to make a trip to Munich and stay at Hotel Torbraeu.
When we were in the lobby the staff was very friendly and celebrated our anniversary. When we go into the room there was a little note and a little surprise waiting for us. It was really kind.
The breakfast was really good. I definitely suggest that you get a room with breakfast included. Lots of choice and the taste was delicious.
There is an italian restaurant next to the hotel and you can try their food for dinner. Absolutely delicious.
The location is also in the heart of Munich. You can walk to every touristic place. There is parking space just outside the hotel. It is really convenient and the price is 25 euro per night.

Wonderful spacy rooms with cosy and personal interior. Such a friendly service, great views (we had a room towards the market with a small balcony, can warmly recommend). Great location in the old town. And despite the busy market square in front of the hotel, ther room was QUIET! Will definitely come back and can very much recommend a stay.

الفندق كان ممتاز جداً وتعامل الموظفين واستقبالهم لنا كان رائع، خدمونا في كل شي احتجناه، الغرفة جميلة و الإطالة جيدة و مكان الفندق جميل وهادئ بعيد عن ازعاج المدينة، الفندق يعتبر بعيد عن وسط المدينة ب ١٥ دقيقة تقريباً. الفطور كان عادي ولا يوجد فيه خيارات حق العرب لكن البدائل موجودة حوله من مقاهي و بقالات. استمتعنا بالتجربة.

酒店住三個晚上以上才有一次房間清潔，每天衹有更換毛巾。
酒店服務讓人不滿意，衹會笑着和你抱歉沒有什麼實質性幫助。
一覺起來手和背都起了過敏紅疹，想讓人來換一床被子，前台工作人員回覆説：“啊真是太奇怪啦，從來沒有發生過誒。”説什麼豬話也不知道。。。一個剛開業的酒店，沒發生過不是很正常，而且沒有一個酒店敢説自己的床可以做到從來沒有客人報告過敏吧。酒店説換床單被罩要額外50歐，我説那你去解決問題，最後想了半天解決問題的辦法還是給我換床單😅😅😅😅顧客在你這個酒店過敏了衹是要求換一個床單已經是基本要求了也沒要求換房間升級房間，就這樣了還要百般刁難。
早上八點半酒店廚房煎培根把煙火報警器激活了，
所有人大冷天衣服都沒來得及穿好就站在酒店外面吹了十多分鐘冷風。全程沒有一個管理人員出來道歉補償，衹有一個前台工作人員站在那裡道歉。。
住這個酒店沒遇到問題還好，遇到了真讓人不爽影響旅遊心情，謹慎入住，我還是看了小紅書推薦去住的。花1000一個晚上還額外附贈火警拉練

There are nearby amenities around the hotel such as pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Room was kept clean every single day without having to be asked and the room I got was spacious. They even willing to lend their type , plug as mine didnt work to charge my phone. The hotel also has a nearby underground tunnel that links to the trains. I felt safe when I stayed at Eden. It was totally worth the money!

AAppearI stayed here for 3 nights. I really enjoyed this little hotel. The staff was very nice, the breakfast was great. The room was ”small” by American standards but I don't mind that. That's one of the charms of Europe, plus, I spent very little time in the room. The unlimited bottled water was a very nice touch and the location was nice. It's a few stops on the subway to the city center, but it's a lot less crowded on this nice street. I enjoyed my stay!

PPengguna TetamuGood staff and location. only 400 minutes walk from Munich HBF. Bed was very comfy. Staff was helpful and change the bigger room for us when they saw we have children. Free watter bottle in room is really good and hard to find in the city. We were at 5 stars hotel in Munich, but there is no bottle of water for free and very less hotel amenties.
If I would recommend, I will recommend to improve the variety of breakfast only.

SSammi 夏乐The hotel is lovely! The staff have been great and super helpful, about a 10 min walk to the metro, or a 1 min bus ride to the metro (which is located just outside of the hotel). A little bit out of the centre, about 10 min on the metro. The gym is simple but 24/7 access. The only issue I have is that the room service knocked at 9am on Saturday morning, and again at 9:30. They didn’t replace my empty water bottles during a 6 night stay.

Had a most enjoyable stay at the Drei Löwen in Munich Location is absolutely excellent at the hauptbanhof with ease of access to all U and S bahn . Great team of staff at reception that were very helpful Raymonda was very professional and helpful in the way she dealt with customers. Ben was exceptional in the way he followed up and dealt with any queries we had Room was lovely and clean. Breakfast each morning was excellent with a great choice particularly the omelet made by the chef to your taste in front of you Overall this is a fantastic hotel as its location lends itself so well to exploring Munich the Marianplatz is just a leisurely walk from it Well done to all at the hotel .
