Cari Hotel 4-Star di Munich

Please book this hotel, it's only 25mins from old town and it is equipped with microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, culinary tools with cozy room and decoration. The biggest advantage is that they have 24 hours reception ! If u have problem, they will solve it very fast. 10/10 service !

Travelled as a family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. No particular requests. But I thought it would be reasonable to allocate us 2 rooms on the same level. Instead we were given rooms on split levels requiring use of room cards to access each other rooms on different levels. One room card to my kids so that they can access my room and another room card to maintain electricity at the door. So we are left with nil spare room cards. Despite the upfront security measures to use room cards to access each level via lift, the stairs are accessible without use of any room cards. Rust stained kitchen equipment. Kitchen equipment is so-so Recept emphasized that there is no daily room cleaning but never really keen to welcome guests and make guests comfortable.

Saya pernah mendengar bahawa bunga api Tahun Baru di Munich tidak pernah berhenti, jadi saya bimbang saya tidak boleh tidur, tetapi bilik itu sangat sunyi dan kedap udara, jadi saya boleh tidur dengan tenang. Ia adalah hotel yang sangat unik dan menarik, tetapi ia mengecewakan kerana katil itu mahal dan sukar untuk digunakan, serta tiada selipar atau jubah mandi. Selain daripada itu, saya rasa ia bagus.

Location is super convenient, train directly from airport to hotel, just about 5mins walk in underground passage. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is highly recommended with lots of choices. If you use Munich as base for travel, this hotel is best choice and the surrounding is safe.

Near to main station, exit from nord exit for a shorter walk. Also a few steps away from the metro station. There is a tram at the door, which is convenient. We were given a corner room with king size bed. The room layout was however awkward, with very little walking space and space for luggage. The toilet was also very small. The mini bar (with coffee machine) was placed in a cabinet, without lighting, which was quite odd. The wifi in this room was not good, could only get signals near the toilet. We had a second room on the other side of the corridor, and the wifi worked well. As the room is near the tram, it was not quiet at night. You could consider the same hotel on the other street for a quieter room (which we also stayed before). However, service was good and we appreciated the amenities in the room. It was a good night sleep.

There was a stain on the bed when we check in, then they changed our room but still had a stain in our new room......

The front services was great and friendly. Mattress is comfortable and clean. Only few mins from train stop, convenient to travel from airport

Nearby hotel got Mall & plenty of food restaurant. 10 min walk to U station. Nice , clean & spacious room. Friendly staff & helpfull. Recommend Sure will come again to stay at Numa Viktoria.😍😍😍

Near Subway exit D or E, good location. Cafes, Turkish and Asian food right below and around the hotel. No toothbrush, comb, slippers. The shower gels are all in one bottle. So not for the fussy. But bathroom is spacious and toilet is a separate unit.

OK - the good - The rooms are spacious, bed is large, the bathroom is lux with marble floors. it is also in a great location. It is close to the train station and has a Lidl behind it. The barman Jan is friendly and helpful. And the not so good - The rooms do not have a fridge, a microwave and not even a kettle! When I enquired about the tea and coffee facilities, I was curtly told if I wanted coffee I could buy it downstairs. It is difficult to understand how a hotel can justify a 4 star rating if it doesn't have anything more than a bed and a bathroom. And then there is the room temperature. It's a furnace in the room I think the temperature was set to 29 degrees C!! And the room temperature can't be changed in room. Only the reception can. Even if they change it, it resets the next day. I'm not sure why this hotel needs a sauna... Just stay in the room. As has been noted in another review on Tripadvisor, this issue is ongoing. He noted it in 2017 and again in 2019 but nothing has changed. Secondly is the staff attitude. They aren't rude but not friendly either. Likely they are worn down by the same issues getting raised while they are powerless to change it themselves. Unsurprisingly, I was not offered a late check out. The main advantage of location is lost by all the disadvantages. If that's why you want to stay here, don't let the photo's trick you, book another better hotel nearby.
