PPengguna TetamuThe bunk bed was fine. The shower room doesn’t have dry area to get dress so be prepared. The hair dryer can be borrow from the reception but the towel need to rent with fee. There’s one free drink for each night stay. Need to bring the duvet sheet and pillow sheet down to reception for the check out.

Check-in can be at the lobby's device or online via email before you arrive. I appreciate the coffee and vending machine, as well as the friendly, personable service and help from the staff: Nano and Uwe. Thank you!

PPengguna TetamuWe made a last-minute reservation for a 1 night stay. It was easy to find and easy to check-in. However, because this was an expected trip, there was a problem with the payment. We solved it when we went back after a long day. However, they have locked us out of our room WITHOUT even a phone call! They just locked our cards without a warning. It was a pity because everything else was perfect.

Hotel’s on the second floor, it could be a little confusing for some people, but it has a huge sign that says hotel. Lobby staff was nice and very helpful. All in all, it was ok

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel is a lot better from what we expected! We arrived couple hours earlier befofe the check-in time, intended to drop our luggages and check-in at 3pm. But the kind staff, he lets us to check-in earlier without forcing any charges🥹
The room is so different from pictures on the internet, in a good way! I think we got the renovated floor (5th) with brand new room design.
We were absolutely satisfied with this hotel, as it meets 3-star hotel expectations. Though I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for famoly trips, it is mainly suitable for couples or friends or even individuals travelling on budget.

AAlexisLhôtel est bien pour 3-4 jours à Munich. La chambre est simple mais très propre et moderne. L'hôtel n'est pas dans le centre mais très accessible en transports. L'arrivée est un peu compliquée, les horaires de la réception sont très courts et l'hôtel ne répond pas aux mails, mais en envoyant un message WhatsApp, on a eu la réponse immédiatement. Bon rapport qualité-prix dans l'ensemble

TTravelerVibesBooked in June for Oktoberfest and it was so reasonable price. Love the location and easy to access to the bahn for less 15 mins by walking. They sell drinks/snacks 24/7, lockers if you need to store your luggages.

PPengguna TetamuDifficult to find, poorly identified. Not provided with 2 twin beds as described, was 1 queen bed with two sets of sheets. No cookware provided despite having a hot plate top. Private bathroom was clean and adequate. No towels provided. No reception to check in with or ask questions too. No luggage storage available. Wouldn’t stay again, and certainly not by myself as a female traveller. For one night was adequate at best.
