Outstanding experience at Marriott courtyard Kochi. We stayed only for 6 hours before we could catch our flight but those 6 hours were made very special by the outstanding service we received. Check in process was smooth & easy. The front desk & the bell desk staff were kind enough to help situate our bags, gave us options for food & called the restaurant in afvance letting them know of us being hungry! They opened the buffet in advance to cater to us. Restaurant ***ager Sarvana went out of his way to ensure our daughter felt like a princess. She got a complimentary cake & they custom made her dishes per her wishlist. Chef Priyesh made special pasta which wasnt in the buffet for us & made fresh kerala ****tta & brought it yo the table himself. Restaurant staff including Imran & every wait staff at restaurant made us feel at home. While we went to our room, our card didnt work & housekeeping staff personally went to reception & got us new keys. Very clean, modern & well appointed rooms. I also want to give a shoutout to our driver Benet for helping us negotiate portar rates at airport & dropping us safe & sound for a complimentary airport drop off! I will be back here everytime i fly out of Kochi!

The Property and Ambiance is so Amazing Special shoutout for Trishna she is so talkative which I liked, her attention for a detailed make My stay make more memorable. Trishna guided me As a family member not as a guest. We enjoyed the raining, Our next trip for Kerala for sure and will choise le Meridien.

Excellent service by Gokul and Reena at dinner and breakfast. The hotel was clean and had a modern bar area. The check inn staff and concierge were helpful. There was a very large range of food on offer for both breakfast and dinner. Well done.

I stayed with my wife and daughter, Overall my stay was perfect however I would like to highlight few things can be improved. Restaurant service is slow, food options are great , there were more than enough varieties orin the Buffet we always had the option to order from the Ala carte menu. I would like to say a big thank you to Sangeeta from the buffet restaurant . She was superb, as soon as we entered the restaurant she attends us with a big smile on the face. She know her job very well. Cleanliness- Room cleaning was done every morning when we leave for breakfast. our room cleaning guy Mr. Afazzudhin was the highlight. He always make sure our room is cleaned before we get back from Breakfast. He is a friendly and very professional I would give 5 star for cleanliness. Hassan & Family

During our recent stay at one of the most beautiful properties in Kochi, we were greeted by stunning views and an overall picturesque environment that truly stood out. The property itself is among the best we've encountered, with an aesthetic appeal that makes it a perfect getaway spot. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, whose attentiveness and hospitality set a positive tone for our stay. They were always ready to assist with a smile, providing recommendations and ensuring all our needs were met promptly. The rooms were another highlight of our stay. They were spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and comfortable, offering all the amenities one might expect from a top-tier property. The attention to detail in the room decor added to the sense of luxury and comfort. However, despite these positives, we found the view from our room to be somewhat disappointing. While the property boasts breathtaking views, it seemed that our particular room didn't take full advantage of this feature.

Отель оставил очень противоречивые впечатления. С одной стороны, он абсолютно очарователен - дизайн отеля, номеров, внутренний дворик - всё это умиляет и погружает в атмосферу отдыха и релакса. С другой стороны, очень много недостатков, которые могут перевесить достоинства. Например, в номерах очень холодно даже при выключенном кондиционере. Да и вообще везде постоянно работают кондиционеры, поэтому я не вылезала из теплой кофты с капюшоном. Не понравилось питание. Я понимаю, что это Индия, но обычно в крупных отелях есть и европейское меню. Здесь тоже были опции, но или все равно перченые и острые, или аля фаст-фуд (пицца и бургеры). В общем, если вы гастритик, язвенник или по какой-то иной причине ограничны в питании, то вам придется очень трудно. Персонал очень надменен (не все конечно, но общая масса), постоянно ощущение, что ты им что-то должен. Ну и последняя маленькая ремарка, говорящая об отношении и чуткости персонала: мы приехали в день рождения моего мужа и на чекине даже не услышали банального ”с днем рождения”. Впервые такое. Обычно как минимум словесно поздравят, как максимум пирожеными угостят)

Really really amazing stay !!! Loved the service and ambience of the place, all the staff were lovely and very welcoming.The food tastes amaizing and the pool bar was very relaxing as well. The pool was extremely well maintained and loved swimming in it. Overall one of the best stay’s in kochi.

We have been staying here during our annual visits to Kochi, for a few years now. The place has nice sized room and is value for money deal. The location of the hotel makes it easy to commute to various nearby places by auto, bus or Uber. The breakfast buffet is perfect, providing warm food. If you are staying long, then you would be pleased to know that they rotate the menu. The best part - the Staff. They are friendly. They are helpful and prompt. Without the staff, this place and experience would not be the same. The staff goes to great lengths to make your hotel and restaurant visit perfect.

Room: My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The work desk was large enough for my needs, and the room service was prompt and efficient. Service: The staff at Hotel Presidency were courteous and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room tidy and well-stocked with essentials. Any requests I had were promptly attended to, making my stay stress-free. Dining: The hotel's restaurant offered a good variety of dishes, and the quality of food was commendable. Breakfast had a nice spread with both local and international options. However, they can do much better in taste wise, which is something the management might want to look into. Overall Experience: Hotel Presidency provided a comfortable and efficient base for my official trip. The combination of a convenient location, excellent amenities, and attentive service made my stay enjoyable. I would recommend it to fellow business travelers and would consider staying here again on future trips.
