We spent our honeymoon in TRS hotel with my wife. Check in was very quick and smooth unlike some other reviews i read takes a few hours, maybe it was on a weekday. Francisco at the check in counter was very helpful , he helped us upgraded our room to swim up suit and it was amazing! Sostenes and Cesar assigned as our butler for our stay and they were very helpful as well and always smiling. One thing I’d like to mentioned is that they said they have 25 minutes complementary spa for us for our honeymoon, and the reception told us to meet at the lobby next morning at 8:30am to take us to breakfast and to tour us around the resort. But the next morning we realized we have to attend to the sales center where they wants to sell us some traveling package which we didn’t expect, altho they are all very nice but we spent two hours there listening to them on the first morning of our stay and it was our honeymoon. wish they would let us know earlier then I would rejected, and they said we had to attend in order to claim the complimentary spa which at the beginning they said it’s for our honeymoon. Anyways, For food I highly recommended Gaucho steak house, we tried the bone in steak and they grill them with charcoal and it was very delicious , but the second time we went the steak was over cooked a bit. During our stayed we joined two activities, one is water aerobic and paddling. Both instructor was very fun and especially Dente. He was super friendly and patient! Overall we are satisfied with our stay, and would recommend to our friends.

We wanted a relaxing, easy travel, 4 night / 5 day vac. We found and booked Secrets Impressions on Isla Mujeres. We are from upstate NY. Flew from ROC to ATL CUN. Pre arranged pick up at the airport who transported us to the marina where we would take the catamoran to the property on Isla Mujeres. So this is the only negative we experienced - the waiting area experience could be greatly improved. It is outside under a thatched roof, which was comfortable enough but we did get quite warm. The ”snacks” and ”drinks” were not very good. I asked for water. I received water in a glass. I did not see where the water was dispensed from so I did not drink it. I used the ladies room which is a shared facility. It was dirty and extremely HOT. Once we arrived at the property, we were stunned. It is gorgeous. Our butler greeted us, provided a drink and took us on a tour. Omar& Martin were absolutley amazing. We saw Omar often and he checked in with us via the WhatsApp. He was off for a day and Martin took care of us. I cannot fully express how amazing the butler service is and ALL service at Impressions. The property is beautiful! The use of materials, textures & colors provides a soothing and luxurious feeling. The rooms are amazing. I have never stayed at a property with two sinks in the bathroom, never even though about it. Now I am ruined, I will forever be dissapointed with one sink bathrooms. Its the little things. Our room had automatic black out blinds and an auto shade on the shower. I will not explain as to not spoil for others. Again, the materials used in the room were pure luxury. The food! Almost everything we ate was top notch and presented beautifully. You can eat all the time, and drink all of the time. And we did. Your butler will make reservations for you. Which at first I was not a fan of but understand why after staying there. The restaurant is ready for you and that takes the service to a whole other level. They are aware of your preferences, allergies, celebrations etc. We never left the property. We decided on that when we booked. We simply wanted to stay and relax. The service poolside / ocean side is amazing. When they see you coming, the staff greets you and gets your preferred loungers ready with towels and shade. Staff will offer drinks and food throughout the day. Everyone at the property spoils you. It was a wonderful trip!! Thank you Omar, Martin and all of the staff who make you feel like royalty. My experience at Atelier was nothing short of amazing. I visited the resort for my 30th birthday which was also my first solo trip. Every single person I encountered treated me with care and received me with love. I felt so special, literally like a Princess! I would love to come back and visit another time with friends and family. Here are some highlights worth mentioning: - I ate at Alba, Mercado 19, María Dolores, Takeshi, Limon y Sal, Bikini Azul, and La Consentida during my stay and all of them were good! Now for me, some were better than others depending on the type of food you like, but still, every single thing I ate was delicious. No hit or miss, the food was amazing, and at no point did I fall ill from food consumption. - Carmelo was my server at Maria Dolores for my birthday dinner and he and the entire staff treated me like royalty. I was alone at the restaurant for most of my reservation so they were all very attentive to me. The attention to detail in the food and the presentation made this a fine dining experience like no other. Everything was very well thought out and explained beautifully, like a story. Although the food at the restaurant is not included in the price of the resort, it’s very reasonably priced and worth it. - Joshua, Freddy, Adriana, and the pianist at the Azucar Bar & Lounge treated me like family for my entire stay. Every night I would visit them they would be so happy to see me and wanted to celebrate my birthday with me. Joshua is such a talented mixologist, every drink he made was made with love. I attended one of the cocktail classes hosted on Sunday evenings and although I learned some cool drinks, I wish we were able to be more hands-on and actually replicate making the drink instead of just watching him. - On the night of my birthday room service delivered a small plate of cheese and bread along with a champagne bottle, I really enjoyed that surprise! Random things to note that could matter to some people and are worth mentioning: - The walls in the rooms are pretty thin and you can hear everything going on around you, whether in the rooms surrounding yours or outside in the hallway. There’s ambient music playing 24/7 which is nice during the day but I think they should turn it down at night so guests can rest. - The app they suggest using for the resort is a bit glitchy and not fully functional. They encourage you to make dinner reservations using the iPads around the property because you can’t make reservations via the app which I find to be counterintuitive. You’re not able to see the reservations you set up in the app so if you forget what time you booked, you have to find an iPad to double-check. Also, the map of the resort on the app is very hard to use and understand. - I feel like this is a given at any beach resort but if you’re looking to get a cabana by the pool or hut on the beach, I suggest you get there early. On my last day, I went to the beach at 7:30 and already all of the cabanas a

위치는 밤에가면 어디 구석에 대려가는것 같은 길이라서, 차가없으면 절대 나올수 없는 곳입니다. 호텔 중에 가장 시설이 좋은것 같아요. 깔끔하고 군더더기 하나 없습니다. 레스토랑도 개방감 있고 너무 좋아요. 서비스도 너무 좋았지만, 스칼렛 아르떼를 바로 전에 숙박했었기에 직원들의 친절도는 아쉬웠었지만, 회사의 적극적인 활동으로 모든것을 커버할 수 있을거라 생각합니다. 밥은 스칼렛아르떼보다 맛있고, 퀄리티도 좋아요. 액티비티가 없어서 아쉬운데, 추후에 회사가 더 투자하면 생길것이라 생각합니다. 퀄리티 정말 좋습니다. 최고

If you're looking for a place with great service, this is it. Every single staff member was more than courteous. This is the second Excellence resort we visited and although similar every resort has its own experience and shine. Although you may be tempted to check out the steak house or the seafood restaurant for dinner, we highly recommend checking out the AGAVE restaurant. Not only did they highlight traditional local dishes but again the service was great! Our Hostess Alexandra, was friendly, made us feel more than welcome, and gave us some great tips as to what to do at the resort!

女人島上最好的位置了，也是島上規模相對大的酒店，前台服務很好，給升級了房型，空間很大正面看海的套房，酒店專屬的沙灘在路對面但也很近，沙質細白，海浪也不大，很適合游泳，體驗很棒！

Pros: Wiliam and Arturo were amazing!!! They were attentive and understood our order every time. They made every meal easy and we were super appreciative. Wiliam even made a special romantic night requested by my partner. It was beachside and beautiful! They played the music we requested and we both felt so special. Cons: the breakfast staff needs some work. They really didn’t understand what we wanted most of the time. They would ask me the same question multiple times and even when I clarified, they still brought it out incorrectly. Often times I’d have to ask for the same thing multiple times (like leche) and each time they acted like it was the first time I had asked. We were let down when one of the restaurants was unavailable, closed, or reserved for a party more than half of our 9 night stay. There was a storm and we were happy to have the restaurant in house so we didn’t have to go out only to find out they had closed both restaurants 30 minutes before we came down. They gave us a letter that the ferry was stopping at 4pm, but no notification that the restaurants were closing at 7pm. When we asked the front desk they said we were notified in the letter. We were not. The letter did not mention the closure. The front desk told us the only thing close for delivery was pizza. We had to go out into town and find a place open. We found one. An inconvenience none the less when you’re paying to eat on site.

Estuve en este hotel hace 3 años para mi luna de miel y recién abría sus puertas y regrese por que había tenido muy buena experiencia. Primero diré lo bueno, el personal, se desvive por atenderte y hacerte pasar un buen rato, la comida es muy variada y tiene buen sabor y los meseros son muy diligentes. Ahora las áreas de oportunidad, da tristeza ver como están dejando decaer este hotel, los pasillos están sucios, falta pintarlos, elevadores con moho y sucios. Paredes sucias, ralladas y con falta de mantenimiento, humedad en los techos y manchas negras. La habitación tenía mal olor a humedad y moho, tanto así que me provocó asma. En la piscina, no funcionan los velos de agua ni los chorritos en el área de adultos. Compre el servicio star, pero NO VALE LA PENA!!! tienes que estar recordándoles a los meseros y bartenders que quieres licores premium y en la piscina, el área STAR es familiar, es decir, llena de niños, si eres STAR pero quieres estar en el área de adultos, los meseros no pueden ir a los bares star ni llevarte la comida del área STAR, los restaurantes, las reservaciones, no existen, desde que llegué no había espacio en prácticamente ninguno de los restaurantes, tienes que llegar de paracaídas y rezar por que te puedan atender. El aire acondicionado, fatal, en el lobby familiar el aire no se sentía y el en restaurante Cocina Mejicana el aire se dañó y así estuvo por al menos 2 días. En realidad es lamentable que vayas con altas expectativas y te encuentres con tanta dejadez de parte de la administración o de quien sea responsable de mantener este hotel en óptimas condiciones, como debería ser, dado el nombre y prestigio de Planet Hollywood. Ah! Y para completar, cuando hice checkout, se nos quedó en la habitación un GO Pro y aunque llamamos rápido, mágicamente desapareció, aun espero respuesta de un email que envié desde las 11:30 am del día 29 de julio. Día de mi checkout. En resumen, hay muchas otras opciones, que quizás valoren más tu dinero. I was at this hotel 3 years ago for my honeymoon and it had just opened its doors and I returned because I had had a very good experience. First I will say the good thing, the staff goes out of their way to serve you and make you have a good time, the food is very varied and tastes good and the waiters are very diligent. Now the areas of opportunity, it is sad to see how they are letting this hotel decay, the hallways are dirty, they need to be painted, the elevators are moldy and dirty. Dirty, scratched and poorly maintained walls, humidity on the ceilings and black stains. The room had a bad smell of damp and mold, so much so that it gave me asthma. In the pool, water veils or trickles in the adult area do not work. I paid the STAR service, but IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!! you have to be reminding the waiters and bartenders that you want premium liquors and at the pool, the STAR area is family-friendly, that is, full of children, if you are STAR but want to be in the adult area, the waiters cannot go to the star bars or take food from the STAR area, in other hand restaurants, reservations do not exist, since I arrived there was no space in practically any of the restaurants, you have to arrive by parachute and pray that they can serve you. The air conditioning was terrible, in the family lobby the air was not felt and in the Cocina Mexicana restaurant the air was damaged and it was that way for at least 2 days. It's actually unfortunate that you go in with high expectations and encounter so much neglect on the part of the administration or whoever is responsible for keeping this hotel in optimal condition, as it should be, given the name and prestige of Planet Hollywood. Ah! And to top it all off, when I checked out, my GO Pro was left in the room and although we called quickly, it magically disappeared. I'm still waiting for a response to an email that I sent at 11:30 am on July 29. Day of my checkout. In short, there are many other options, which may be worth your money.

(TL:DR) Oh my goodness! I believe Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres has potentially spoiled us for any other all-inclusive resort for some time! What an incredible experience! It is truly an all-inclusive experience, except for their off-site excursion company (GoMajestic), and their jet ski rental opportunity (Book those at the kiosk off the main walkway towards the family pool/sky lounge area!) We didn’t have much use for the butler service (1-2 times during our stay); however, Arturo was a sweetheart and very helpful! As far as tipping goes, we were recommended by others who traveled to similar resorts (Seeing as this was our first time!), to tip $1 for each drink at the bars, and $1-3 each at meals. We also did $5/day for housekeeping, because they did have to change our linens a few times during our 5-day stay. She was such a sweetheart and so efficient, so we were glad to do so. Not sure if they have teams or not, but we realized we had the same housekeeper every time, which was really neat! I’m not particularly sure if the way we approached tipping was appropriate/enough, but they were incredibly appreciative and respectful if it wasn’t (!) Highly recommend the swim-up suite with the outdoor jacuzzi! We were in room 3010 and it was absolutely wonderful - The jacuzzi was great for when the pools weren’t super warm, but you still wanted to be in water! The bubbles were very loud, but that was the only draw back! The layout of the resort itself was almost perfectly designed! The adult side is distinctly separated from the family side; the restaurants and shops weren’t far away or in the way; plenty of space to walk around and enjoy your privacy, yet still many community spaces for meeting people and making friends if you choose to! The beach was incredibly well kept. The beach was cleaned at least twice a day, with security guards walking around every so often to make sure the resort’s privacy and lack of vendors is maintained. We felt perfectly safe to walk the beach and stand in the water every night. The security guards would smile and wave to let us know we were okay, and they were also respectful of our privacy as we stargazed and chatted, soaking it all in :) The food was delicious! They accommodated everyone’s dietary needs very well, and we had so many foods to try! The buffet is great for lunch and dinner, but be sure to put reservations in for the dinner restaurant options when needed, because you don’t want to miss out! The restaurants are all included, except the steakhouse, which we plan on trying out on our next visit! Otherwise, Mar House is fantastic! We were fortunate enough to enjoy the lobster dinner there - It was some of the best lobster I’ve had in a while, and I grew up in New England! Every time we ate, the meats/seafood were incredibly tender and flavorful! I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, we absolutely plan on visiting again, and bringing friends! The resort caters to a wide range of individuals, and we can’t wait to introduce it to our friends and family! The only thing I’d say we wished was that there was one late night community space for the young adults to hangout at after Legends sports bar/club closed, because sometimes they closed an hour early, and then there was nothing to really *do* between 1 or 2am till breakfast, and not everyone wanted to invite brand new friends to their rooms 😅 We did make some great friends while we were there though, and actually have plans to visit them in their home cities this year! I hope more international visitors will be there next time though, as it seemed to be primarily Americans at the resort when we were there (!) 10/10 experience overall, and we will absolutely be visiting again soon!
