We stayed at a one bedroom suite, which was beautiful with a great view. The lounge was also very good with great service and many drink choices. Service was great, breakfast buffet was more than one could ever want or need. Mini bar in the suite was free but only had sugary sodas. Location of the hotel is excellent, with a BTS linked to the airport and a covered walk way to the hotel. Great big shopping malls and massage places are only a couple of stations away.

It is a hotel with history. They have full facilities/services from buffet breakfast (it is 450 baht, if you buy when you check in) to outdoor swimming pool to fitness centre, Lotus Spa to sauna. They have a famous Chinese restaurant which offers authentic dim sum. I was assigned to another block for my accommodation. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The plug supports the UK plug, which I find it very friendly to tourists. The soundproofing was bad. There are many reflective surfaces, like 2 huge mirrors in the room, one facing the bed, and the drawing also can reflect. I will stay if the price is right.

Overall lovely stay. Service was prompt and efficient, facilities were top notche. Location was good albeit a traffic-laden area, but otherwise perfect !

Hotel nowy, i dlatego go wybrałem. Jednak , żałuję że nie wybrałem innego hotelu. Ten hotel a zwłaszcza personel nie jest odpowiednio przeszkolony do pracy. Nie wspomnę o tym , że znajomość języka angielskiego zwłaszcza podczas obsługi w restauracji jest bardzo słaba. W hotelu miałem 2 rezerwację po 2 pokoje. Najpierw spędziłem że znajomymi 1 noc przed wycieczką do Kambodży. Już wtedy miałem duze obawy, że mam tu wrócić. Niestety personel w recepcji nie mógł sobie poradzić aby cześć pobytu opłacić punktami. Personel nie potrafi pracować w systemie All ACCOR. I stąd taka nie kompetencja. Niestety musiałem się upominiiec o podniesienie standardu pokoju, bo nikt by się nie domyślił. W pokoju były duze braki. Nie było zestawów do golenia, szczoteczki do zębów i innych artykułów higienicznych, które są dostępne w większości hoteli w sieci Accor w Bangkoku. Brak kapci, czy szlafroków. kolejna rzecz to w łazience tylko jedna rolka papieru toaletowego. To dziwna polityka tego hotelu. Najgorsze śniadania jakie jadłem w hotelu w Tajlandii. Tak ubogie menu, że nie było z czego wybierać. 2 rodzaje soków, bardzo słabej jakości. I przez 4 dni pobytu zawsze te same owoce, arbuz i melon. Bardzo mały wybór w produktach. A osoby wegetarianie nie mieli co jeść. Nie rozumiem polityki hotelu, że można zamówić tylko jedno danie śniadaniowe z karty, przy tak ubogim bufecie śniadaniowym. I nawet te dania z karty, były beznadziejne i słabe. To wstyd, hak można podawać tak zrobione gofry, albo jajka po benedyktyńsku. obrzydliwe to było. A szef kuchni przyszedł i tłumaczył, że zespół się uczy. kolejny dział nie jest przygotowany do pracy w tym hotelu. W jeden dzień gdy przeszliśmy na śniadanie, to na bufecie były tylko wystawione 2 Soki. A personel tłumaczył, że nie ma dużego obłożenia i nie robią bufetu, tylko trzeba zamówić wszystko do stolika. To jest nie dopomyslenia. Po pierwszym dniu, zgłosiłem wszystko do kierownka zmiany w recepcji i zapewnieniono mnie ze to zostanie przekazane do menadżera hotelu. Jestem rozczarowany, bo nikt w hotelu nie wyróżnił mojego dnia urodzin 2 marca. Choć menadżer zmiany wiedział o moich urodzinach. Przez 4 dni nie widziałem menadżera w hotelu. O Wszystko zespół pytał się i pisał maile i dzwonił do menadżera. Nikt nie porozmawiał z nami , że tak wyglądał pobytu. Nic się nie zmieniło.. Wogole uznawanie statusu to jakiś zart. Ten hotel jest bardzo źle prowadzony. On powinien być jeszcze zamknięty. Tam nic nie jest gotowe , niedopracowane i nie wyszkolony personel. Na basenie brak parasoli, wszystko jest na słońcu, nie można się nigdzie przed nim schronić. Na basenie ręczniki, białe i dużo za małe. Powinny być ręczniki plażowe i to w innym kolorze niż białe. Jak funkcjonuje ten hotel, że brakuje w nim żeby były menadżer hotelu. Nie ma z kim porozmawiać o problemach. Byliśmy w sumie w 7 osób, i wszyscy byli zgodni że to bardzo słaby hotel, który niestety ma potencjał, który nie jest wykorzystany. Żałuję,

Great stay at Shama Yet Akat Bangkok. First of all, the hotel is brand new with nice and spacious rooms. Very good bed and even space to have dinner in the room The pool is highly appreciated! Service is perfect with a special thanks to Bank and top. On top of these, the value for money is unbeatable !

Perkhidmatannya baik secara umum. Nisbah kakitangan:tetamu muncul yang sangat tinggi yang membolehkan setiap permintaan daripada tetamu dapat dikendalikan dengan cepat. Makan di dalam bilik dan restoran adalah baik, memenuhi setiap permintaan untuk memenuhi permintaan. Kerja-kerja pengemasan malam ini sangat baik, semua barangan terpakai telah diisi semula dan bilik telah dikemaskan dengan standard yang ketat. Daftar masuk dan daftar keluar dilakukan dengan segera. Perakaunan selepas daftar keluar dikendalikan dengan memuaskan. Tidak seperti kebanyakan hotel 5 bintang lain yang pembatalan deposit tidak diselesaikan menyebabkan masalah had kredit tetamu tertangguh. Rosewood BKk tidak mempunyai masalah ini. Saya suka secara umum dan akan melawat semula tidak lama lagi.

Stayed in connecting rooms which were very very nice. Love the open-view window style which makes room looks big and bright. Love everything about the toilet, the best! Enjoyed using the free coins at the pool. Has good spread of bfast-unfortunately we as Muslim don’t hv much choices. But, overall a great experience in this hotel.

Overall it’s still a good hotel to stay. However, the hotel management should really pay more attention to restrict hosting big parties in the hotel rooms, this has definitely impacted the guests who just want to stay in the hotel to have a peaceful holiday. The receptionist saw this home parties are happening at mid nights and they just ignored.

kuli kecil Baru-baru ini, saya mengangkat bagasi saya ke dalam teksi sendirian. Teruskan dan layan diri sendiri. Tiada tisu di dalam bilik air. beritahu suri rumah Burma kembali seperti dahulu Saya perlu mengatakannya sekali lagi. Semasa mandi, perhatikan, oh! Tuala tak ada, jadi saya call reception untuk maklumkan reception. Lama-lama baru perasan tuala tu dilipat jadi 2 ekor gajah. Saya tak pasti 2 ekor gajah ni yang perlu kita jadikan tuala. Jadi pakailah kain tu.Takkan nak tunggu tapi adik-adik kat reception tu comel-comel.Cuma tukang rumah. bukan urusan seorang Berapa pusingan, berapa pusingan, sama sahaja Porter sepatutnya mempunyai lebih banyak. Pada masa ini, pelancongan Cina sedang menurun. Kadang-kadang ia tidak tepat pada masanya.

This hotel is very near Suvarnabhumi Airport, so perfect for travellers who are in transit for one night. Because of this, there are no long-stayers, i.e. families with children, or couples every where, which is blissful for single people. I spent 4 nights here, as I have a friend who lives nearby, and it was perfect for me (solo person). The basic rooms (superior) are of a good size, with a balcony, big shower rooms, and the TV has lots of channels. I used the pool every day, for lap-swimming - the main pool is, at a guess, 20m. There are shallower, round pools for non-swimmers or kids. The breakfast buffet was great, which I had every morning. For me, it was a perfect selection of hot and cold food, plus the usual choice of fruit, cheese, bread, etc. Too much is over-whelming, but this wasn't. There is a good size gym, with a variety of equipment, plus a gym studio with basic group fitness classes (which I didn't partake, but just happened to notice). The staff are helpful and courteous, and give you space - meaning they are not constantly asking you if you are OK or if you need anything. There is a hotel app, that you download on to your phone. Anything you need, just ask for it through your phone. It's my 2nd stay here, and it probably won't be my last.
