Hotel Houston dengan Bar

Hotelnya cantik. Bilik itu mempunyai cebisan makanan kecil di atas lantai. Saya suka reka bentuk hotel. Kakitangan yang sangat baik di kaunter penerimaan tetamu.

Perkhidmatan yang luar biasa. Perkhidmatan valet dan meja depan adalah antara yang paling berguna yang saya temui.

Kawasan kolam adalah mesra keluarga dan tempahan menghalang kesesakan. Bilik-bilik bersih dan semua restoran hebat. Lokasi adalah pusat kepada segala-galanya di pusat bandar. Sangat mengesyorkan.

Stayed at the Westin Houston Downtown for a two-day business meeting. The hotel was luxurious and comfortable, the staff was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to make sure the hotel rooms and our conference room met all our needs, and all our catered meals were excellent. The day we arrived one of my team members thanked me for booking such a nice place, and that impression lasted through our visit. ... now, 3 weeks later, I accidentally shipped a package to the hotel (my own mistake), and Denise at the front desk was SO helpful in tracking down my package and offering to drop it off at a UPS location once I send her my shipping label. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this hotel for a personal or business trip!

Lokasi mungkin bahagian yang terbaik. Ia bersambung dengan pusat konvensyen dan terdapat juga begitu banyak restoran dan trak makanan yang berdekatan dan terdapat beberapa yang bersambung dengannya juga. Ia sangat bersih dan saya pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi.

I always have a great stay with you guys! The staff is always on point with everything I could need, on my stay away from home! I would like to shout out the valet team, because each time I come to stay they start out my visit by being super helpful with all my bags and car after my long drive in! 10/10!

Tinggal di permata kecil ini untuk satu malam menjumpainya pada saat-saat terakhir sebelum perjalanan saya ke Houston Saya sangat menyukai hiasan hotel itu juga di lokasi yang bagus, saya cuba check-in lebih awal satu jam dan itu tidak berjalan seperti yang dirancang selain bahawa valet meletak restoran dan bilik itu sangat berbaloi

Bertemu dengan beberapa rakan untuk sambutan hari lahir. Suka bahawa ia berdekatan dengan Dave N Busters. Bilik mungkin lebih besar dan lebih bersih tetapi saya sihat secara keseluruhan.

Do NOT stay in this hotel. It wasn’t a great experience from the moment we walked in. The front desk and general manager are extremely unprofessional. 1. Our vehicle was broken into. They knew about it and didn’t inform us. They were not helpful. The general manager informed us it happens often, it’s Houston and deal with it. They do NOT have any security cameras. We waited 3 hours for an officer to have a case number. Other vehicles were broken into the same time as ours and were met with the same unpleasant response. 2. If you want the bathroom light to work, you have to flip the light switch in the hallway on. 3. The air conditioner in part of the hotel was out. Stepping out your hotel room and you have an instant sauna. 4. Coffee is $5 a cup. Bring your own coffee maker. It will pay for itself. 5. Poor customer service all the way around. Marriott needs to come in and totally revamp the hotel, hire a new general manager, train staff how to interact with guests professionally and provide a positive guest experience instead of the “runny poo” we received.
