Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Kedah, Malaysia

I have stayed at this hotel more than once and have never yet been disappointed! The rooms are clean and smelt of fresh linen as I entered the room! The boys and girls were very efficient and when I requested softer pillows .....it was very quickly and efficiently dealt with! As a solo female travel I felt safe at the hotel and plenty of parking directly in front of the premises helped alot! Checking in and checking out were made simple as I had booked online. Heartily recommend this place and I will be back!

This was our third time staying here and we were dissapointed with our room. This particular room looked run down and jaded. The furniture and fittings have definitely seen better days. The cistern of our wc was not working as it should. We complained and somebody came to fix it, twice! But the problem never went away until we checked out after spending 2 nights at the hotel. Giving the benefit of the doubt, maybe only this particular room had been neglected because the rooms we stayed before were very nice. I'll try again next time and pray that I get a different room.

Makanan semua sedap, senang parking, staff friendly, cuma perabot agak outdated version, and ada bunyi dari syiling tekanan air ke, dia kejap2 bunyi. Nice place for me to stay one night here.

Close to Penang Airport with convenient transportation. The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Penang for business. The hotel environment is great, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The location is absolutely excellent, surrounded by various eateries, convenience stores, a pharmacy, a laundromat, and even a Maybank. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. All the staff are incredibly friendly. The children's pool is safely designed even for toddlers as young as two. The adult pool is 4 feet deep, providing a safe and appropriate depth for Malaysian adults. If you ever feel bored, there's a gym available. The food options are consistently delicious too. Overall, it's truly superb! 👍

Booked seaview room. Perfect business gateway and of course family gateway. Can relax and enjoy swimming pool, beach and sunset after hectic meeting. with this kind of facilities, makes me missed my children and family because the facility really families friendly. The food was not many choices but fair enough as u can have breakfast by sea with such a nice view.

Spacious space in the room …. The front desk & house keeping are super nice!!! Reminder : they don’t reply email, anything please call them…. Local food for breakfast & they do have shuttle bus to send the guest to 3 local place : pasar malam , dataran helang

I had a good stay at StarCity Hotel in Kedah. The room was clean and comfortable, with working air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to shops and places to eat. Breakfast had a nice variety and tasted good. Wi-Fi was fast and free. Parking was easy and safe. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with good service. I would stay here again. Rating: 4/5
