Ulasan Comfort Inn & Suites SW Houston Sugarland

Great hotel, simple but filling breakfast. Friendly staff, housekeeping was seen cleaning throughout the day even wrong down the elevators( first time ever seeing that) but I did have to kill two small roaches in my room. One in the bathroom and the other on the table. Overall stay fit my needs

Definitely would book here again it was a comfortable stay I fely very comfortable & secure

room smells, I deposited 50 usd but no refund after 7 days

The room size was ok. It was fairly clean. I didn’t eat breakfast because. It was not a full breakfast . My biggest problem was the Front desk staff. They couldn’t answer any questions that I had & was very RUDE and uncooperative!! I will never stay there again. Most of the time the room keys did not work. You had to wait a long time to get service at the front desk. The phone in the room didn’t work.& instead of replacing it with a phone from an unoccupied room, I was told that I had to wait until the next day for maintenance. I could go on about this place…,

My husband and I had a great stay. The room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The guy that checked us is very nice and friendly. If we go back threw again we will stay again. Thank you for a GREAT STAY.

Great stay
