Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

相當於中國的民宿 主人把別墅買下來 弄成一間間房間 當酒店 各方面設施 服務 遠遠不如酒店 地理位置沒有介紹中的那麼方便 火車站下來 真的真的走好久 後來我們索性打車了 沒有前台 沒有服務人員 唯一的一位越南小姐姐 是若影若現 能碰到她 要看運氣 第一天我們入住 由於沒有前台 甚至連一開始進入別墅都沒辦法 在門口打電話 按門鈴 都無效 最後是人家正好出去 我們順便進入的 非常被動 房間不像拍照那麼好 設施陳舊 廁所空間比較大 唯一的亮點吧 別墅安全性是好的 就是進出入 需要幫助的時候 是完全得不到迴應的 總歸 真的不推薦入住

Ottima scelta per posizione e comodità per il parcheggio. A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro.

服務員態度有善，客房設備齊全，乾淨清潔，周圍環境優美。距離火車站及景點都算近，可以走路就到，很滿意的體驗。

還行吧，就是沒有入住時間check in收了19歐

入住前沒告訴具體地址和酒店大門密碼，找了很久才找到。打電話也很兇，房間還安排錯了。

服務以及設施非常好

It was 4 nights. Good location, about 10 minutes walk from the historic center. Inside the rooms there were few sockets. Room tidying ok. Complicated parking garage, tight space and few spaces. Even so, the inn charged 20 euros per night. Breakfast with few items, there was not much variety and there was no replacement of items. We had to arrive very early to have a better breakfast. Attendants were polite. There is no 24-hour reception. There is an attendant who welcomes us and depending on the time you arrive, you will have to check in via WhatsApp. Be careful when asking people to wash their clothes there. I asked the cost several times and was told it would be 20 euros to wash and dry an entire basket. The attendant told me that I could dry it on the terrace or in the machine, which would be at my discretion, and said that she could see what would be best, as long as it didn't shrink my clothes. At checkout, she charged me 40 euros. 20 euros to wash and 20 euros to dry. And she said that her boss ordered the charge and that this was the usual price in the market. I thought it was wrong, because she had told me a price and then charged me another without having said anything to me beforehand. I wouldn't stay there again.

Brilliant, We found that stay relaxing and peaceful. We can only suggest you this place! The television had streaming services, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was rich and the waiter very kind, a very nice place to enjoy your trip in Florence!

Beautiful, clean room located in a lovely building set back in a gated courtyard. It was extremely quiet, despite being located within easy walking distance of Florence's most frequently visited attractions. Breakfast was a lovely spread. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to securely leave our luggage for a late departure giving us the chance to experience Florence for an additional day. The pool looked like it would have been super inviting if not for the 30-40 degree F December weather!

I felt like a princess. The room was spectacular, the villa is kept immaculately, the staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. The setting is beautiful, I found it fun coming into and leaving the fortress. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and provides for various tastes.

All good, Alice was very kind and help us with everything. Room are clean. The check in is easy. The Villa is close to all the city attraction, we walk on foot, but the bus station is near villa if you don t fell walking. Alice also told us were to eat the best florentina steak.

Tucked away of the city tourist center, this little Villa gives you plenty of rest after a full day at sightseeing. At 10/15 mts by foot, you'll find yourself on the center, so don't think that it's located really away. The Villa has everything you'll need to rest, the rooms are so comfortable and the breakfast was perfect to start the day. Near by there is supermarket and cozy restaurants (Trattoria Acquotta is a must!), and you'll find yourself at home and ease while visiting this lovely city. The hostess at this Villa was so nice and always looking for your best comfort. Don't think twice, book this Villa for your holidays :)
