Asia at the front desk is absolutely phenomenal! She has a very welcoming presence and she was very accommodating. I stayed at the hotel for several days and she consistently gave above par customer service. One morning, I had breakfast and Sonia, my waitress was phenomenal as well! She was very attentive, extremely friendly and It is evident that she loves her job. Simple interactions like these can start your day off on a good track and I’m grateful for my experience! Far different than the other hotels in this area that I have stayed at this week! My company has now made this hotel our preferred hotel in Houston because of this experience! Separately, the amenities within the hotel, the M lounge, shuttle service, cleanliness of the hotel, and the comfort of the room also add value!

Stay was beyond excellent. The room was clean, fresh smelling and the bed super comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. Shout out to David who gave us a warm welcome. Hotel does NOT charge for parking, which is highly unusual. The hotel offers a parking garage and surface parking behind the hotel. The location is very convenient. Without traffic it was only a 15 minute drive to downtown, 10 minutes to the Galleria and 10 minutes to Memorial Park. The challenge is navigating the frontage roads to actually get to the hotel, but Waze or Google Maps was spot on with the guidance. The hotel definitely has an older architectural style, but the rooms are super clean and well maintained. The concierge lounge is stocked with sodas, flavored water and snacks. Soundproofing was sufficient that we never were bothered by the freeway noise! We stay at dozens of hotels on an annual basis, and this hotel is simply one of the best run properties we have experienced. Definitely would recommend this property and stay here again.
