Was looking for a quiet place so that when I was in I could rest from work travel. This fits the bill and has places close by to find food when I was hungry. Staff found something I left in my room right after check out and called so I had time to return and get. Thanks so much.

I took my kids for a speech and debate tournament. The girls room had blood on a towel and feces in the toilet when we arrived. My room had a sinking spot in the floor and the wallpaper was peeling off of the wall. Our experience is best described by the incident in which my 12 year old and sister (adult) were in the elevator when it got stuck between the first and second floor. We told the front desk and they did nothing, saying they had other things to deal with at that moment. I had to hunt down the maintenance man myself and he did not say a word after getting them out. There was no air conditioning inside the elevator and it was in the 90s outside that week. There were stuck in the elevator for around 30 minutes. The staff was unapologetic for the entire incident.

I have to say I had the worst experience ever. I always stay at a LaQuinta when traveling and I read reviews before booking and the reviews were satisfactory. First off the elevators were not working in which they did state on the app, but I informed them ahead of time if possible I needed a lower level room. Well when we checked in they gave a room on the 3rd floor so walking up several flights of stairs wasn’t in my plan. I asked if there was anything else available and they said no. I went ahead and kept the room thankfully my son was able to help me get up and down the stairs. The 3rd floor air in the hallway was not working so it was extremely hot so by the time I got to my room I was exhausted and saw a roach crawling over the outside door. We checked our room and didn’t see any but informed of the issue. First night was ok, the breakfast wasn’t the best. The second night the air in our room wasn’t cooling and we woke up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat so I called several times to the front desk and no answer so I had to walk downstairs and no one was at the counter at all. I attempted to write out a note to leave and eventually someone came and since they didn’t have another room like the one we booked they gave us separate rooms. One of the rooms my daughter saw 2 roaches crawling on the dresser and we had to call back down and have them find us another room. The attendant did and we were able to rest and try to enjoy the rest of our stay. The checkout was the worst I have ever experienced. The attendant was helping a young lady and I assume they didn’t have her info in the system, so about 5 people and myself were waiting in line to check out and she didn’t say not one word to any of us to even say she will be right with us. Then we were gathering all our bags from the room and was rushed out. I was so upset and really didn’t like my experience at this location at all.

Hotel ini betul-betul di tengah-tengah segala pusat bandar yang bagus. Mereka tidak memesan kami di kamar dengan ukuran yang betul dan memberi kami 2 tempat tidur double dan bukan raja, dan tidak dapat memperbaikinya kerana sudah dipesan penuh (bilik sebelah untuk digunakan mempunyai katil king dan kosong). Ia dibina pada tahun 2019, jadi semuanya bagus dan mengikutinya. Valet mengambil masa satu jam untuk mendapatkan kereta saya semasa pergi, jadi nasihat saya jangan tunggu sehingga waktu daftar keluar untuk pergi kecuali anda hanya mahu menunggu lebih lama. Kakitangan sangat ramah! Saya akan menempah lagi.

Hotelnya cantik. Bilik itu mempunyai cebisan makanan kecil di atas lantai. Saya suka reka bentuk hotel. Kakitangan yang sangat baik di kaunter penerimaan tetamu.
