Ulasan Best Western Plus Carapace Hotel Hua Hin

Not worth the price especially during holiday season. Limited food choice for breakfast. Seem like bed sheet is not a new one as I found some sand on the sheet. All pool in the picture does not fully belong to hotel but partly belongs to the condominium. Hence, the size is smaller than we expected.

We liked it very much! The facilities and the rooms are great. They have a small gym, A beach club (but it separated and takes around 5 min to arrive to it or take a buggy provided by the hotel). The location - fits those who has a car and doesn’t care to drive 10 min to the city.

Excellent services with kind and helpful staffs. A recommended hotel for family with kids. The hotel has water park which your kids must love it to the max! I booked a family room with bunk bed, my nephew and my niece love it so much. Though the location of the hotel is quite far from Hua hin town but you won’t be bored because of all activities the hotel provided. In my room, I’ve got a problem about the AC. It’s too loud and so annoying.

It's a newly opened hotel. The rooms are clean and the reception staff are good.

Kid pools is very good, our children was enjoy and have fun on their birthday. We will come back again Variety breakfast, Private beach, pool front beach is nice which I stay stay all day.

The place was comfortable and clean. We had 3 rooms all were good. It is a bit far from downtown but not that bad. The beach was really nice and almost private to guests. Only complain was that my room shower was inconsistent.. Sometimes hot sometimes cold. But we had a good stay.

Very clean, lovely staffs, good pool and nice private beach also various types of breakfast. Actually all good. Only the way to the beach, it is under construction.

Nice place to stay on vacation with kids. Beautiful beach in walking distance. Good swimming pool. Kids love sliders!! The concierge team is very nice and provides great services. It's a busy hotel and full of kids and good for children to make new friends.

Room cleaned and good location but services needed to be improved. Since there were a lot of customers, all services had to wait for long like Breakfast we have to wait for 15-20 mins for table. I think it can be managed for better service.

Nice hotel,great location.Good rooms and breakfast. The general manager came to ask how everything was which was a nice touch and saw him most days at breakfast interacting with people which you don’t often see. One point that didn’t bother us was the hotel is a family hotel,so expect many children at the pool. Overall very nice hotel.👍

Hotel is slightly outside but we got good deal on the hotel. It was much cheaper then most hotel nearby with free breakfast.
