Ulasan Kiang Haad Beach Hua Hin

Check-in .. staff rude told 3 times THIS IS NOT A SMOKING HOTEL even spoke Thai to my wife and was rude to her .. no smoking on balcony’s and only have smoking areas outside the hotel , which was very frustrating having to go downstairs all the time . I rents a pool access room to a little pool , if you wanted to sit at pool bar you hade to go downstairs cross to another elevator and go to roof top pool to do this . When I say staff rude not once when we come back to hotel were we greeted with a hello , they just kept looking at phones or playing games on phone . I sat there for 5 mins waiting for the receptionist to actually look up and see me standing there . The shower was warm at best and rain shower not working . The hotel is located a taxi ride to nightlife we had car but parking is a real issue in Hua Hin. Bed is very hard .All in all 2/5 and will not stay here again .

Convenience place, located in central area, can walk to the beach, opposite to the market place department store. Good price, recommend!

Great location on the beach side of the main road. Very close to market village shopping mall. Two swimming pools. Good parking facilities under roof

Great hotel in a great location. Very clean and comfortable rooms. About a 3 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Hua Hin.

No smokong hotel, balconies face inwards so no view. Didnt eat here.

Great location, you can easy to go to train station, hua hin beach within 5 mins, night market within 10mins. Or go to the beach behind the hotel in the morning.

Lovely place to stay and very near the beach and the large market shopping centre. Although I could hear quite a lot of traffic noise, and also the live music playing from the shopping centre opposite was clearly heard from my 7th floor room no 702. But after I fell asleep around 10pm I didn’t wake up during the night and had a lovely comfortable nights rest. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again as the price was very reasonable through trip.com and much less than I got quoted at the hotels reception when I originally walked in and enquired about the room rate before then checking and booking through trip.com which was cheaper.

Great hotel for a beach vacation. It's a little way out of the town centre but just next to a huge shopping centre. There are a couple of pools and beach towels and mats provided. The beach is just 200 metres away. The room is very large and had two balconies. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that the traffic noise can be quite high in some rooms. Nevertheless, I'd highly recommend this hotel.
