Terrible stay , we booked sea view and get regular view All hotels it’s dirty and still under renovation Very dangerous to travel with kids

The hotel is under construction. The front office manager decided to put me under the construction. They woke me up at 8 am and there was noise all day long. The pool was dirty and room was not properly clean. The restaurant staff were all very nice and friendly. Reception really not good service.

Beautiful new resort, opened recently. Design and service are good. Premium rooms are a bit dark.

Solo trip for a few days, had the best time. Asked to changed room since it was interconnecting and noisy but they did it without questions. From food to location, it's perfect.

I would like to thank Khun Jell for helping us with the change in room, it meant a lot to us. Like what others have mentioned, many processes could have been a little more smooth. There were long wait times for the room, food at beach bar, housekeeping requests, and drinks at breakfast, and this was quite annoying. It was not exactly value for money - Dinso charges a pretty penny per night (300USD++) but the entire experience felt like a 3* hotel rather than a 4 or 5* hotel. Staff were not the most proficient in the English language so communication was quite limited too. The beach club is lovely but I do wish the staff prioritized hotel customers rather than other walk-ins.

The building needs to be fix, the kitchen staff need more friendly and service mind, only the bags guy is so nice for me. the food wasn’t good at all for who ever wanna stay more than two night, food taste unstable, but the fruit was good. The cleaner was amazing, I love her energy. Anyway, I ver live the location and the hotel vibe, just a little feedback to improve their service.

Room was big and spacious, very comfortable bed and clean soft towels. A good variety of continental options for breakfast, only 2 or 3 Thai options. The hotel was almost empty for the first night, but got busier over the Thai Bank Holiday weekend (low season visit, August), so there was plenty of loungers and parasols around the pool. Bonus points for direct access to the beach! A few niggles with the amenities. The pool needed some maintenance - the step tiles were crumbling and I was worried of cutting my feet. There wasn't a guide or anything in the hotel room such as numbers for reception or if room service was possible. Overall enjoyed my 3 night break and the hotel staff were very friendly, would stay again.

The resort is nice. It was well lit and very neat. The rooms are big. Had I known, I could have just booked 1 room and got an extra bed for my son so I didn't feel bad about paying more for this Songkran holiday. The staff were very accommodating. Our room didn't have toilet paper and tissue but we were given after we requested. The light bulb at the door alley didn't work but as soon as we informed them, it was attended right away. The staff were great. However, it just didn't fit out family. The pool was very wide and so inviting but it was deep for my children. It was difficult to climb up after a dip because the edges were rough. There was also a kids' pool but it was shallow for them. I would suggest this resort to those who swims well and who likes to swim olympic size pool. They'd definitely enjoy it. There was not so much to do so basically, it's a great time to just relax at the beach especially during sunset. They have an equipped gym (free to use) and a massage room (must pay of course). You can kayak for 100baht per hour, which we did to go to the island across the resort. There's happy hour in the afternoon. Breakfast isn't so bad. Before booking, upon reading reviews, I was excited for breakfast. It's good but it's just not the best compared to the other hotels we've stayed of the same price.. Overall, I think, based on the reviews I've read before booking, it is a great hotel, unfortunately, it just didn't fit our family's standard.

Tolles Hotel indem wir uns absolut wohlgefühlt haben. Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Balkon war auch schön. Da zu unserer Zeit wenig los war, gab es immer freie Liegen am Pool. Auch meistens welche im Schatten.Der Pool an sich hat zwischendurch für Abkühlung gesorgt. Das Meer wurde von uns selten genutzt. Service am Pool ist aufmerksam und nicht aufdringlich. Große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet, so das für jeden was dabei ist. Wir empfanden es als sehr lecker. Hier, wie eigentlich überall sehr netter und aufmerksamer Service. Das Essen in der Poolbar haben wir nicht genutzt. Je nach Wetter wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge zu bestaunen.An manchen Stellen wurde noch gebaut, dadurch kam es ab und zu zu Baulärm, hat uns aber weniger gestört.
