Hotel di Hualien

5 min walk to train station. Super convenient. Local eateries just opposite the hostel. Bed is steady, not sound at all. Can even walk on the upper deck of the bed. Very comfy stay. Able to wash and dry clothes. Dryer machine is really effective in drying clothes. Clothes is absolutely dried. Alls good just that space wise is kinda small. Will definitely come again:)

Semasa saya mula-mula menempah bilik, saya melihat hotel peranginan 4 bintang, tetapi saya berasa sangat kecil apabila saya memasuki bilik. Saya agak kecewa, tetapi saya tinggal di tempat yang sangat selesa dan saya boleh melihat laut dari bilik. Pada waktu matahari terbit, balkoni menghadap ke timur rumah, tetapi matahari tidak akan terlalu terik, kerana tingkap mempunyai dua bahagian, pintu kaca kalis suria, tempat tinggalnya sangat selesa, dan harganya sangat murah. Jika anda datang ke Hualien nanti, anda akan datang lagi

Location- near to Hualien station about 5-8mins walk. U won’t miss the hotel as it is painted a bright yellow. You can spot it from far! Food- Complimentary ice cream, coffee and juices are avail 24hrs. Snacks - crackers, tea jelly are avail from 3-8pm. Breakfast and supper are complimentary. Now this is really unexpected. Breakfast consists of meat, vegs, eggs. Chinese, western and veg options. Supper is lighter eg porridge rice curry potato and eggs vegs. Cocktail is avail and yes, complimentary too. Also fruits. Service- I was at first skeptical. To name a Hotel kindness will imply the hotel embraces the kindness value. True to its name, staff are polite and kind and goes out to help guests. U don’t need a password to log into wifi, I haven’t been to a hotel with complimentary breakfast and supper. I was suprised that the hotel is painted bright yellow and I realise it helps guests to locate the hotel as all other buildings are all grey and black and the yellow really lights up the area. I find it a thoughtful gesture. Room- Room is big. They gave me two queen size bed for three pax. There is also a bathtub. Amenities are provided. Oh yes, complimentary laundry service with washing powder provider. Now isn’t this thoughtful and kind and really take care of the guests esp those traveling with kids. Water refill is available at each floor next to the lift. Would definitely stay in the hotel if I go to Hualien again and yes, would love to stay in kindness hotel in different parts of Taipei too! Have good trip experience here. There are something in the room need to be improved . But the operator service is quite good! And I like the breakfast here too. You can also rent a car to park here. it’s very recommended to live here while traveling in Hualien.

newly refurbished, spacious room with bathtub, love the fragrance of Harnn shampoo and body gel amenities. every single staff of the hotel I met was extremely polite and helpful. the only small thing I can advice is, it would be nice if the hotel can offer more varieties of eggs for breakfast.

Kemudahan perkakasan di tanah yang ideal telah diselenggara dengan baik setakat ini. Bangunan ini dalam ***a Sepanyol. Ia mempunyai rasa seperti bandar Eropah. Selain itu, hotel ini menyediakan lawatan bot persiaran, dan terdapat pemandu di atas kapal untuk menerangkan~ Terdapat banyak nyamuk hitam kecil di Hualien, jadi anda harus memberi perhatian kepada gigitan nyamuk apabila anda datang ke sini~

Super lovely place, great staff (they even catch me on the street 1 hour after check out, as I forgot something in my room), good position, great value for money... will definitely come here again! ;)

這次帶90歲高齡的父母入住往國興飯店兩天有超棒的經驗如下 1、人性化的貼心服務：因我們提早到飯店，櫃檯小姐讓我們在大廳沙發休息，也讓我們在那裡用午餐，並請房務清理房間讓老人家提早入住休息，也提供借用輪椅方便我們外出。 2、以目前來看飯店的外貌普通，在當時建造的時候，應該是很體面的飯店，雖是老飯店但裡面的設備新穎、房間有液晶大瑩慕電視、免治馬桶、地板是大花纹漂亮大理石磁磚很高檔的材質、木制材質的裝潢及藤椅、地板擦的很乾淨，整體而言是超優質的住房。 3、中西式早餐非常豐富、細緻的菜色。 4、飯店位置非常好，5分鐘之內到花蓮轉運站，7分鐘約到花蓮火車站，附近餐廳不多，要走兩個路口才有多的店家，但飯店路口有7-11及一家牛排館不錯👍

Very near the Bus Station. Room is clean and bathroom is good. Location is convenient to access minimart, family mart and many eateries along Guolian Road. No shortage of restaurants. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Will recommend to stay here again.
