Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The service was outstanding couldn’t have been better. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and fantastic. Miss 引颖 from reception was perfect! Thank you ! She made sure everything was ready for us, the pick up from the scenic area, the hot springs, the dinner and breakfast, she kindly served tea and candies and messaged us to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is spotless,beautiful, comfortable and elegant the location is convenient and the Chinese food is nice. Such a great choice for Huangshan scenic area. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a comfortable hotel in the beautiful and serene Yellow Mountain, Anhui. The overall experience was excellent, thanks to the comfortable accommodations and the stunning natural surroundings. The hotel itself provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect retreat for anyone looking to escape the bustling city life. The rooms were well-maintained and offered all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The staff was polite and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. One of my favorite aspects of the hotel was its idyllic location amidst the breathtaking scenery of Yellow Mountain. Waking up to the awe-inspiring views of lush forests and majestic peaks was a truly unforgettable experience. Exploring the nearby trails and enjoying the fresh mountain air served as the perfect tonic for the soul. However, my only disappointment was with the dining options at the hotel. While the food provided within the hotel was of decent quality and showcased local cuisine, it would have been nice to have some alternative dining choices nearby. As the hotel was the only dining option in the immediate vicinity, it limited the opportunities to explore the local food scene.

Very nice hotel, perfectly located opposite of the Hongcun Scenic area. The staff was very welcoming and set up a Wechat group for infos and questions. Our room was very clean and cosy. The hotel has a free afternoon-tea from 2-5pm and you have to make a reservation in advance because the time seats are limited. It is located in a cost tea house. The tea and snacks served were nice and delicious. The outdoor pool was refreshing and clean, with a nice view. To Hongcun you can just take a 5 minute walk and leave the car at the hotel. There is also a Covid-Testing station directly next to the entrance of the Scenic area. For breakfast they had a big selection of local food, we really liked it. The only negative point we have to say that the tea in the morning tasted not good, they didn’t use filtered water, so it had a moldy old taste. All in all I can really recommend the hotel and would book it again. The location and the staff was really great!

環境超級好，設施完善，服務意識高。因為孩子本來不舒服我們提前退訂了，後來再預訂的時候，管家小朱提前給我們安排了兩間在一起的房間。每次叫接駁車也很迅速，夜床服務很滿意，親子房孩子住的很開心，有私湯泡泡浴。酒店也是寵物友好酒店，給狗狗提供了窩窩和水。周邊最近的景點守拙園和南屏，駕車五分鐘，甚至可以步行前往，春日的美麗的徽州太適合一家人一起體驗了！酒店內部也是風景如畫！

Definitely worth the time and money spending the peaceful time here. The people are so thoughtful, arranging transport for us and preparing all the things we need. The room has amazing tub with an amazing view. There is an outdoor hotspring tub which is wonderful in November.

First time to visit Huangshan! And we can’t speak Chinese, thankfully we found this hotel😇 of all the hotel i called its the only hotel that someone is speaking english, other hotels nearby just hang out at me😭😭 and said no foreigners… We are still on the way to Huangshan but the owner is so very kind to ask where are we and if we need help we can contact them at any time, actually the day prior to our trip😊😇 We finally meet them and welcomed us! We are so lucky to meet the Xiao Family👨‍👩‍👧 and of course there daughter Daisy🌼 They are very generous, offering help in everything 💞 even waking up very early just to bring us in the hospital for pcr test… driving us and fetching us after the hiking… very friendly family and there staffs😊😊 we felt like we are just a friend of the family owner… it’s more than a guests😭🥰 we had tea after dinner made by Mrs Xiao Xie 🍵 in her tea room…the breakfast and dinner we had is very good, we loved it, we finished all the food after the hike😋😋 We also swim at there swimming pool even if its cold, we enjoyed drinking beer and chitchatting with Daisy.. stargazing and enjoying with music… I highly recommend this hotel specially if you don’t speak Chinese and new to the place and reasonable price… also near grocery stores, restaurants and hospital to do pcr,…. It would be a perfect experience for you… and gain friendship 💞 The local people are kind and always smiling ☺️☺️ Even gave us snacks and when we leave mrs Xie gave us snacks to eat on the way🥰 so sweet mother and daughter We are looking forward to visit and stay with them next spring festival 😁🤩 Thank you so much Daisy and to your mom and family💞🥰
