繁華街に近い割には静かに過ごせる。 部屋は広く清潔。水回りもゆったりしているがバスタブはない。スタッフの対応は丁寧で気持ちがいい。 朝食ビュフェの種類も多いのでこの価格帯のホテルとしては滞在の満足度は高い。 室内にはゴム草履が常備されているが、使い捨てスリッパのリクエストに応えられないのが残念。

A wonderfully appointed modern hotel with a strong nod to where you are. We visited the spa, ate in the restaurant several times. My only non positive comment is a slight lack of process and consistency. The staff were lovely and attentive but the spa experience process needed a little sharpening up, the consistency of drink and table presentation in the dining room was a little haphazard and housekeeping also was a little inconsistent. Small things but just bot quite to the standard of the property. Would still recommend though!

Tôi ở 3 đêm, không may vào đúng dịp lễ nên ks quá tải, phục vụ còn nhiều thiếu sót. Tuy nhiên đến ngày check out thì mọi thứ hoàn hảo, ks vắng và mọi dv đều được nhân viên hướng dẫn và phục vụ tận tình khi trải nghiệm các dv.

From check in to check out this was an excellent and professional Hotel with superb staff and attention to detail. I had booked a Premier room which was huge and overlooked the city. The bed was enormous, comfortable and with the most luxurious pillows. The room was equipped with everything one could need; Large TV (I always bring Movies) with Netflix etc, minibar, coffee facilities and a desk to work at. The Sky bar is excellent for an evening drink and again the staff are super accommodating. Every single member of staff that I encountered were welcoming and professional and I felt valued as a guest at all times. I would highly recommend staying here. The hotel is very central with walking street being 6-7 minutes stroll and the Citadel a 25 min walk.

We booked 2nights there for our pre-wed photoshoot trip stay, and the photoshoot was also taken in ANhill. I have to say that this was one of the best stay that I've not had for so long. Not only the place is insanely beautiful & so many pieces for our photoshoot mood, but also the services, the people are phenominal. They were welcoming, friendly and supportive. I just love Hue people so much. They also charged a reasonable price for my studio team to come in (compared to a lot of the places that I checked out in Hue). I also ordered a set -up decor in my room for photoshooting purpose, they nailed it ! I highly highly recommend ANhill to anyone who wants an amazing experience & a memorable get away ! Me & my hubby would also comeback one day !!! Thank you so much ANhill team, I think you are doing a really great job !!!
