陽台可以看到無敵海景 房間佈局也很不錯。唯一不足的是衞生比較一般 有些地方還有很多灰塵。而且可能因為是海邊的原因 床鋪也有一些潮。

下單訂房有管家聯繫告知停車場，坐船的位置。坐船上島後的感覺和岸邊完全不同，很安靜，真的可以慢慢走一走沙灘，下午和第二天早餐後太陽很暖在海邊的帳篷躺平一下。這個人流量島上吃的選擇不多可以理解，早餐還是不錯的。點贊一下管家的細緻服務，篝火駐唱，養魚酒館和燈塔咖啡，還有燈塔下面的咖啡營地，值得推薦。

The hotel is amazing if you want to get away from the city. As it is remote, transport is difficult to find but the hotel can arrange it if you’re willing to pay more than DIDI rates. There is a number of hot springs and and a theme park nearby for the whole family to enjoy a day out. The host was amazing and arranged everything, from dinner to fireworks for the kids.

在村子裏的一個精品民宿，周邊都是非常原生態的客家村子，這裡是周邊條件最好的地方了，中式的院子非常寬敞，還有一個大的池塘從院子流過，非常的漂亮，房間乾淨整潔，管家阿姨服務也很好，外面有種了青菜，住在民宿的人可以免費摘來吃，旁邊200米有幾個村民自己開的餐廳，都是吃客家菜，味道還可以！重要的是旁邊有一個生態園，小朋友有地方可以玩，喜歡鄉村生活的人肯定喜歡這裏。

是在朋友圈看朋友發的圖，於是就去體驗了一晚。環境很安靜，客棧位置也很容易找到。房間舒服，衛生也不錯，設備比較新，房間擺設簡單但不缺乏舒適和休閑的感覺。大堂還可以喝茶聊天唱歌，老闆很熱情。

民宿位於鹽洲島內，老闆是香港人，非常耐心給我們講解鹽洲遊玩路線，民宿配套很齊全，也比較乾淨衞生，居住很舒服，還有KTV可以唱歌。我們還去看了日落，去了沙灘游泳，鹽洲島是很讓人心情舒暢的地方。

非常棒的一次親子游，性價比非常高，服務態度也很好。離海灘不遠，十分鐘內的路程，樓下超市餐館很多，非常的方便。
交通：非常方便，酒店有免費的停車場，我們去的時候有很多車位，隨便停。
衞生：衞生情況不錯，我們住了三天兩夜，去海灘玩了回來會帶回不少沙子到酒店，第二天服務員都打掃得很乾凈。
環境：優美的環境，可以看到海景。
服務：一級棒，我們衣服曬在陽台上，下雨了服務員還幫我們收回來了，避免淋濕，總之很滿意。下次度假還來這住，性價比高。

KkittenmmThe service was amazing! It was my birthday and the hotel upgraded our room free of charge and then served a cake to the room. I want to thank Mr. Lu from the reception desk for excellent service. We will come here again, because this is one of the best choice for family vacation.

ʚʚ ღ ɞWell, where do I begin. We booked a month stay in Wei Gang Wan in Huizhou to be close to family. We travelled from Hongkong international airport in taxi (approx. 2 and half hours) to the address provided by trip.com which turned out to be the wrong address. And then phoned the customer service in the evening to be told it was the completely wrong building, we had to to get an electric scooter down with all 4 large luggages and 5 people in, luckily we had the help of family to get about as its fairly remote and there's no taxi service around. The location was adjacent to local amenities and right by the beach. But you have to have Wechat - a Chinese App) to get all the info where to go and how to get in the room. It was not straightforward as we expected especially after 30+ hours journey and at night time.
The room has a sea view but different to pictures they advertised. Asked to change to a room like the ones they had on trip.com but told not available. Overall, the rooms are acceptable clean and spacious. The TV channels are very limited as they only had very basic package and did not subscribed to any additional packages, so it'm has very limited access to the Olympics games. WiFi is slow and restricted to access to certain western apps. The TV was old and the Backlight was faulty, however it was not replaced during our stay. Another problem was the bed surface very hard like sleeping on cardboard boxes.
Despite some issues we faced, I must say the customer service was very good, they available 24/7 and always there to help.
All in all, due to the location despite some problems we will consider to stay again in the future.

MMariaCThis hotel has stunning beach views. It is very relaxing and quiet. I would say it can be a quiet honeymoon destination. It is quite isolated though and we did not find any restaurant options nearby, ir anything to do really, except for water sports in the beach, which is closeby. We did jet ski for 150rmb for 15 minutes, and a big inflatable water ride for 300rmb for around 15 minutes.
The dinner and lunch menu are nice but I think it lacks variety. We enjoyed the prawns fried rice and the carbonara pasta.
There were some cakes to buy for around 46-68rmb per slice, which we did not try. We took a didi to a supermarket and got some fresh fruit and snacks instead.
Breakfast was really not very good for us as there were no western style options and it was very limited. All we found to eat was fruit (I found the watermelon was fresh in morning breakfast but not for afternoon tea). I also had some boiled corn, my kids had white bread.
The staff Is very friendly yet no one there speaks English. They added my WeChat which made it helpful. The room was idyllic and seeing the sunset from my bed was amazing. My son loved the bath too. The swimming pool is not really a real pool but more like a pond for a quick splash.
I would come again for 1 night only and enjoy a quiet time, but for families, singles or people who like more active holidays I would say there are many other options. We also stayed at the Howard Johnson and that one has a huge amount of options and activities for children, teen and families.

Location 4/5 - Yes it has a beach front, yes it is pretty out there. We arrived at HuiDongNan (惠東南) high speed rail station and took a 50minutes ride from the station to the hotel via Didi/Taxi. The location is pretty far from the city. However, the challenge comes when trying to book a taxi on the wechat Didi app. Often there are limited drivers in the area resulting in waiting up to 30 minutes for a ride. The other down side for me will be the construction surronding the area, as it is a still developing area, construction sounds and sites are observable.
Clealiness 4/5 - Overall the hotel staff is very fast and the staff work extra hard to ensure any spills, wet spots, wet marks are wiped and cleaned as soon as possible. However, in our room there is a smell of watery and humidity when we entered the room, especially the standing shower stall in the room.
Service 5/5 - The front desk lady (Judy) was fast in helping us check in to the hotel. We arrived very early ~12noon, Judy helped us check to see if there were any rooms available for us to check in earlier as the check in time was supposed to be at 3pm. We ended up geting the room ~12noon and with an upgrade to the 25th floor. Overall whever we approached the staff, they are very willing to help. When requesting for extra water in the room, it came within 30 minutes.
Facilities 4/5 - There are many facilities and places to take photos such as the I Love Richu Sign, Swings, Reef Bar, Observation Deck, Fireworks and more. There are many places for great pictures. Besides picture opportunities, there are many faciltiies for kids, very family friendly. Whether it is shooting fireworks, kayaking along the lazy river, swimming/playing at hte shallow pools, going to the beach, there are much to do to ensure your little one is engaged all day. Given the hotel is less than 10 years old, there are some observable wears and tears in the room which can be maintained better. We got the hotel package with the breakfast, there are many varities and definitely very fitting for the Chinese population which is the majority. However, if you are expecitng a more western/international breakfast cuisine, you may need to be aware options such as cold cuts, ham, cheese, egg stations are not avaliable. While the resutaurant opens at 7:00am, the restaurant is packed with 65%-70% occupancy already at 7:30am.

AA b d u lIts always amazing to stay at this hotel. Excellent location, excellent view, and above all the service is amazing. A 24 hour service assisstant was added to Wechat at check in who in my case was Ms.Lucy. She responded even at midnight when I needed a lighter. Breakfast also was amazing and had so much variety. I was constantly assisted by Ms. beibei at breakfast which felt good. Also the lobby manager was very helpful for my takeaway order at night. Wonderful place for family, solo travellers and couples. Even they offered me a free lunch and free gift box for 5 seconds of electricity fluctuation 🥰🥰

AAppelliefieI stayed in a lovely room overlooking the ocean. Bedding was high quality and bed was very comfortable. I had an amazing night's rest. First night I saw a coackroach in the bathroom. There was a kettle and mugs with coffee and tea, but no teaspoons. Only half the pools at the hotsprings had water in, which was disappointing. Breakfast was good and had a wide variety of food.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is nothing to look at from the outside, and there is construction work around it, but it’s new and the room was very big with comfortable beds. The beach is two minutes away and has lots of water activities, didn’t have sun loungers but deck chairs, which was fine. Some restaurants nearby. Breakfast was a little chaotic with lots of families, took a few minutes to find a free table, but was good, all the usual. Stayed one night, great location if you want to spend the day on the beach.

PPengguna TetamuWe spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season. Congratulations to all the Sheraton staff!
