Lobby very nice view, the Japanese buffet is good. Staffs are helpful, especially the front desk. The view in the room also very nice.

Apart from a small problem with room service we were very happy with our stay. The room had spectacular views over the river and West Lake. It was near a major shopping centre and food street. We felt pampered and relaxed and enjoyed just sitting in the room enjoying the view. Highly recommended.
