晚上從深圳下班後駕車匆匆趕往惠州，路上比較擁堵而波折，本來就有點感冒，不太舒服。 停好車到前台後，前台服務員主動倒熱水、瞭解需求、介紹他們的洗衣房和餐廳在哪裡，主動添加微信幫我開發票，辦事高效麻利。對於我的提問也是及時響應，有問必答，酒店的熱情，讓我迅速從疲憊中滿血復活。到房間後的休息也是很棒的，安靜而温暖。

The room is big but the hotel looks a bit old. The front desk service is excellent. A big plus is the free laundry service. Just put the dirty clothes in the rotten basket and it gets done the next day. They also offer free pick up or return to HSR station. Breakfast is good. The Hakka II (客二代）restaurant near the hotel (recommended by the front desk) offers excellent Hakka food.

I randomly chose this place because of the good reviews, and it definitely earns its high rating. Excellent service, they upgraded me right at check in and were extremely friendly. Room and facilities were top notch, including free laundry service. There’s a cool pool bar downstairs as well. Would 100% stay here again.

房間很大陽光充足 很安靜 睡得很好 浴巾是包裝的感覺很注重衞生 還有小度音響 窗簾啥的叫小度就行了：） 躺床上還和小度聊會天 關鍵是房間很安靜 早餐也很好吃 很治癒 服務：前台服務很好 有需要的物品很快就能送到 是個很聰明有好的女孩紙 叫小瑤嗎：）

跟我先生突然想去棲霞寺看楓葉，找了下附近的酒店，發現都是公寓式的，本來不抱太大期望，入住後非常滿意，拍照片都很出片。房間還挺智能，投影看電視很爽，環境衞生都很好，前台服務很周到。樓下地鐵可以直接到這邊，挺好的。

酒店內部環境優雅整潔，房間寬敞明亮、乾淨整潔、舒適温馨。設施很齊全，免費的愛奇藝會員看電影，投影儀也清晰，服務人員熱情周到，對於客人的要求都能盡力滿足。酒店的地理位置也算便利，入住這家酒店體驗還算滿意，出差首選
