A wonderful place to stay. We had a fantastic lake view. Housekeeping ayi took great care of us. The front desk took care of all of our requests quickly. Great buffet breakfast every day. Excellent location with many restaurants and bars 2 minutes walk away. We will stay here every time we visit Huizhou.

Heard a lot about this 5***** hotel, so I booked it for the covinient from the bus from hk airport. Not very impressed and certainly doesn't meet the standard of a 5***** it once was. The room is stuffy and a bit of damp smell, although it's a non- smoker room, I paid 66£ for a night, and I requested to place me in a quiet area, so they upgraded me from the 5th floor which was above the Karaoke, to the 15th floor. Nice view of the west lake. The room is big enough but decoration is old, needs future renovation as I wouldn't stay there next time and there are better hotels out there in the area. However, the staff are very attentive and super friendly, after checking out, a young male asked how was my stay, and i said it was OK, it smells musky in the room, he apologised and gave me a goody bag with sweets and a cute stuff toy.

A really nice a good sized apartment overlooking the beach. We often use this place as it allows us to take our dog. A great place for a peaceful break. The swimming pool is next door and so is the entrance to the beach. The twin rooms allow us to have friends visit.

It was a pleasant time for my child. Although I believe the pools need to be cleaner and been taking care of in a better way but in all it wasn’t a bad trip. The food was acceptable but should be better , breakfast needs to be improved and have more on western food on menu.
The room had a smell but it was acceptable, the staff in the hotel were great and very helpful.

We spent 2 incredible days in the resort. Comfortable and clean rooms with nice terrace. Great swimming pools. We also liked the beach. English speaking staff made our stay more comfortable. And thank you for the free room upgrade. Hope to be back!

TTom07There are not many Hotels which allow dogs! This is one, but there are many small restrictions. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurants or for breakfast. This is understandable on one side, but apart from a small kennel at the entrances there are no possibilities to accommodate the animals. With such a large hotel, you could easily set up a place for dogs outside where they can wait on a leash with some water and food.

The hotel's meals are truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China! They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time.
After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!!
The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻
The staff were also so polite and friendly!!
Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were ..
Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining...
Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there.
There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring!
Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings...
I really hope one day I can go again!!
But everywhere I have been telling people of this great hotel and will keep on doing it!! 👍🏻🌻😊

Llungor房間乾淨衞生，房間格局是我喜歡的，是時尚的簡約風格，非常乾淨舒服，攝影師的專業旅拍和管家全程跟蹤，都是非常滿意的，設施也很新，而且落地窗是正向海景，景觀一絕！房間的投影儀很不錯，可以在房間邊泡澡邊看電視，酒店有洗烘的服務，管家幫忙收過去，很快就烘乾凈送回來了，這一點超讚！兩天都體驗泡池房型，下雨天也不影響心情，非常可以下次再來還想定這個房間！

PPengguna Tetamu酒店就在海邊，樓下就有乾淨的沙灘和海浪。對比巽寮灣這個景點沒那麼出名，但風景和沙灘絲毫不差，人也不多，非常適合出遊。所住的酒店是小區住房改造的，新，裝修好，很有家的感覺，而且價格也很實惠，值得再來！

The service was excellent. The front desk was always very helpful, particularly through WeChat, making communication seamless and efficient. They even provided us with useful information about local attractions and amenities.
Facilities:
The facilities were great. The view from our room was amazing, and the proximity to the beach was a huge plus. We had easy access to everything we needed, and the front desk receptionist was very helpful in sharing the location of the nearby wet market, which was quite useful.
Food:
We enjoyed the food during our stay. We found several good food options and a halal restaurant nearby, about 2 kilometers away. This variety made our dining experiences enjoyable and convenient.
Accommodation:
We were two adults and three kids sharing one room. The room was spacious enough for all of us, and the amazing view added to our overall satisfaction. The price of the room was reasonable during our visiting time.
Parking:
We parked our car outside the building for free, which was convenient. There is an option to park inside the building for 40 RMB per day if you prefer more security.
Overall Experience:

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is nothing to look at from the outside, and there is construction work around it, but it’s new and the room was very big with comfortable beds. The beach is two minutes away and has lots of water activities, didn’t have sun loungers but deck chairs, which was fine. Some restaurants nearby. Breakfast was a little chaotic with lots of families, took a few minutes to find a free table, but was good, all the usual. Stayed one night, great location if you want to spend the day on the beach.

PPengguna TetamuWe spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season.
