很滿足的一次入住體驗，朋友端午來過，超級推薦[強] 首先建築很有特點，客家圍屋，外面是古樸典雅，內部是現代智能。我和先生還有寶寶，出發前管家就已經貼心的發了導航路線，到停車場了更是開了電瓶車在等候接待；辦入住還有好好喝的山楂葉水（臨走時要了一點，主要是小寶很喜歡喝）到房間衹管坐下就好了，全程都是管家在做貼心的服務，房間內早已幫我們準備好入住水果，床上的床圍（晚上睡覺不會擔心小寶會轉身摔跤，超級貼心），智能馬桶🚽，智能窗簾，還有入住水果送。帶了小寶體驗他們的手工坊，小哥哥一直陪着小寶玩，我和她爸解放啦！喝着他們的手磨咖啡愜意的坐了一下午[偷笑] 晚上點了窯雞和燒烤，吃的很滿足啊[色]窯雞風味特別足，是那種柴火烤出來的味道，還送了紅薯。餐廳的早餐的很豐富，還有我喜歡的沙拉，連咖啡都是送的[呲牙]總體説這次是完全不踩坑的體驗，感謝朋友的推進，國慶一定再來發呆[憨笑]

The hotel is nice, cozy abd clean. From the photos i thought there was a chance to see the lake and none of the rooms cant have lake view as it is kind of hidden, between two buildings and the view is ugly and limited. The cold water was kind of hot and with high temperatures isnt what one wants. But the staff was friendly and useful and everything was very clean

首先感謝前台小姐姐態度真的很好，一直微笑服務，還幫忙拎行李上樓，下午茶我們點的甜品沒有了，退單後還特意送我們另一款沒上市的甜品👍，房間很漂亮，可以很放鬆的坐下喝點東西，看看書，遊湖，酒店位置算很好，就在西湖，緊挨祝屋巷，但感覺附近沒什麼人氣。

房間是很早之前訂的，還好老闆娘給我住😂因為法定假期這個價格真的太便宜了，雖然不是無敵海景，但是住得真的很舒服，疫情前來過一次泡泡海，那時人不是很多，現在疫情開放又放假，超級無敵人多啊，樓下就是沙灘，各種大排檔飯店，一天三頓也很方便，還可以點**，非常熱鬧，有自費的無邊際泳池。

民宿外觀很有特色，房間都是原木風格，簡約乾淨，廁所配備智能馬桶。開放式洗手枱比較不便，容易弄得房間濕漉漉，沖涼時候還一直有冷氣跑進來。民宿還有圖書館和小童樂園，適合各年齡階段的小朋友。服務親切，管家提前半天聯繫，並提醒如果在民宿吃晚餐要提前點餐，還介紹了小朋友的玩樂設施。前台的小哥哥看到我們在亂逛，主動上前告訴我們小童樂園和圖書館的位置。第二天去蔬果園採摘，前天的姐姐非常用心地給我們介紹。餐廳的出品也是很不錯，食材新鮮，味道一流。因為當天入住的人不多，早餐的自助餐就改為圍餐，師傅現場給我們做了四個菜。退房的時候，還贈送了伴手禮雖然去的時候稻田剛剛插秧，錯過最美的景色，陌上花開的服務和住宿條件彌補了。

PPengguna Tetamu很不錯呀因為沒住過民宿本來以為民宿條件都不太好但是這次帶着小狗問了酒店直接被清潔費勸退，一進門就覺得很滿意，正面就是大海，房間圖片所見就是所得，而且陽台的椅子竟然是我家同款。整體非常nice，設施蠻新的，衞生狀況也很不錯，陽台很大很喜歡，附近也很方便，老闆也很好很有耐心。小區很大很安靜，狗子愛的不得了（牽好繩文明養狗），小區樓下就是沙灘，非常方便，下次去感覺還會住

PPengguna Tetamu房間很別緻，重點是這裏的環境很好，整體讓人感覺是舒服，乾淨。這裏的毛巾和被套都有一股陽光的味道，很舒服。和家裡的一樣乾爽[吃瓜]。這裏還有個餐廳，提供糖水，還有書看。坐下來安靜看會書，喝碗糖水，都可以放空自己，讓自己身心愉悦。真的很喜歡這裏，城中唯一安靜的地方。

We were fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade from the owner, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the space. It was my first experience with disposable bath and hand towels, which added an extra layer of hygiene that I truly appreciated. The room's interior and the surrounding area are beautifully designed in a traditional Chinese style, contributing to a serene atmosphere. Additionally, there's a waterfall nearby, which serves for great photos. When it comes to dining options, there are several restaurants within a short 5-minute walk. Alternatively, you can enjoy a meal at the restaurant located downstairs. If you're up for a little more exploration, simply take a left at the entrance and walk a bit further to discover a vibrant night market near the university. This market is filled with a variety of delicious snacks at very reasonable prices, making it a great option for a cost-effective meal.

NNizhenmei不是第一次來惠州但是是第一次來雙月灣！酒店很好，整個入住過程愉快的且放心。我是晚上很晚才辦入住的，老闆也非常熱情！房間的佈局很是簡約清新再加上房間特有的民族風格！整體佈局簡直不要太好！！！各類設施齊住，衞生更是細緻，因為比較有潔癖不過好在有很多一次性用品（毛巾等等）因為靠海晚上風很大不過也很舒服，偶爾還有人放煙花。還有超大投影儀！晚上窩在沙發看電影簡直太幸福了！而且離海邊🏝️特別近！所以我也看到了絕美的日出🌅非常滿意的一次入住體驗，強烈推薦！！！（無廣）看完日出還能吃個早餐接着睡覺，最近天氣太好了很曬，睡醒看到陽台、海岸線、海浪🌊，房子🏠後面能看到很多綠植，很治癒，真的不要太爽！！

KKate IonsunI stayed in this hotel during the May holidays 2023 and it was so peaceful and quiet !! It is actually a home stay and the lady owner is very nice, helpful and welcoming . I got the room in the building B and it’s gorgeous: the room is exactly as on the pictures from the hotel with amazing sea view, beautiful white style of the room and furniture and cozy small decorations all around the hotel. All is clean and well maintained. The sea is right there, you can hear the waves from the room. The beach is not maintained and you my not be allowed to swim everywhere (the security guard stoped me for some reason), but there are some swimming zones nearby and the shore is really long, the sea is just beautiful and plaid at to stay in!! I really enjoyed my stay in this home stay and it is worth coming back here again!🥰

ʚʚ ღ ɞWell, where do I begin. We booked a month stay in Wei Gang Wan in Huizhou to be close to family. We travelled from Hongkong international airport in taxi (approx. 2 and half hours) to the address provided by trip.com which turned out to be the wrong address. And then phoned the customer service in the evening to be told it was the completely wrong building, we had to to get an electric scooter down with all 4 large luggages and 5 people in, luckily we had the help of family to get about as its fairly remote and there's no taxi service around. The location was adjacent to local amenities and right by the beach. But you have to have Wechat - a Chinese App) to get all the info where to go and how to get in the room. It was not straightforward as we expected especially after 30+ hours journey and at night time. The room has a sea view but different to pictures they advertised. Asked to change to a room like the ones they had on trip.com but told not available. Overall, the rooms are acceptable clean and spacious. The TV channels are very limited as they only had very basic package and did not subscribed to any additional packages, so it'm has very limited access to the Olympics games. WiFi is slow and restricted to access to certain western apps. The TV was old and the Backlight was faulty, however it was not replaced during our stay. Another problem was the bed surface very hard like sleeping on cardboard boxes. Despite some issues we faced, I must say the customer service was very good, they available 24/7 and always there to help. All in all, due to the location despite some problems we will consider to stay again in the future.

SSinclairIncredible value for money room. The view from the 38th floor was something special, day and night. Check-in was super efficient and very friendly. We were shown a couple of different room and both were very clean and well maintained with high end furniture and little stylish touches. Quite often in the hotels/apartments in the area that's not the case as they get a lot of hard quse. Would highly recommend staying here. A thing to note is the onsite car parking has a charge of around 30-40RMB. The parking was plentiful and just by the elevator to the rooms.

DDanPalpaThis is a lovely little guesthouse, located right on West Lake. As well as the lake, there are lots of nice bars, restaurants and coffee shops near by. My room was nicely decorated with art and a guitar, very comfortable and perfectly clean. The shower has great water pressure and consistent hot water. The staff were helpful and friendly. Some people may find the stairs up to the room a little difficult but it shouldn't be problematic for the vast majority.
