很喜歡，整體感覺還是非常不錯的 服務：可以，前台友好 設施：都比較新 環境：隔音不算太好附近的公園比較吵，尤其是早上有人唱歌什麼的

A really nice a good sized apartment overlooking the beach. We often use this place as it allows us to take our dog. A great place for a peaceful break. The swimming pool is next door and so is the entrance to the beach. The twin rooms allow us to have friends visit.

We spent 2 incredible days in the resort. Comfortable and clean rooms with nice terrace. Great swimming pools. We also liked the beach. English speaking staff made our stay more comfortable. And thank you for the free room upgrade. Hope to be back!

It was a pleasant time for my child. Although I believe the pools need to be cleaner and been taking care of in a better way but in all it wasn’t a bad trip. The food was acceptable but should be better , breakfast needs to be improved and have more on western food on menu. The room had a smell but it was acceptable, the staff in the hotel were great and very helpful.

The hotel was in the downtown so it’s far from the beach but the location is good for other stuff..sadly the pool wasn’t working and they didn’t write on the app but everything else good…kind and friendly they really tried to speak English would definitely recommend

酒店大堂和房間簡潔雅緻，房間很清潔舒適，設備剛剛好，足夠用，不浪費，感覺挺好的。早餐的地方很乾淨溫馨，服務員很有禮貌。退房的時候，前台還送一瓶水在路上喝，很細心。選了江景房間，風景優美。但要提出一點，其實酒店離水東街不是很近，以為可以步行去逛水東街，是不可以的。

A wonderful place to stay. We had a fantastic lake view. Housekeeping ayi took great care of us. The front desk took care of all of our requests quickly. Great buffet breakfast every day. Excellent location with many restaurants and bars 2 minutes walk away. We will stay here every time we visit Huizhou.

It is a very nice hotel, very near to west lake, just infront of the west lake east door (dongdamen), it is also beside the walking street of Huizhou commercial pedestrian street, a lot of shopping. The room is big, renovation also new, it was an old hotel took over by a new company. Buffet Breakfast is very nice too. Lobby got free coffee and tea everytime welcome us back.

Heard a lot about this 5***** hotel, so I booked it for the covinient from the bus from hk airport. Not very impressed and certainly doesn't meet the standard of a 5***** it once was. The room is stuffy and a bit of damp smell, although it's a non- smoker room, I paid 66£ for a night, and I requested to place me in a quiet area, so they upgraded me from the 5th floor which was above the Karaoke, to the 15th floor. Nice view of the west lake. The room is big enough but decoration is old, needs future renovation as I wouldn't stay there next time and there are better hotels out there in the area. However, the staff are very attentive and super friendly, after checking out, a young male asked how was my stay, and i said it was OK, it smells musky in the room, he apologised and gave me a goody bag with sweets and a cute stuff toy.

What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always readily available to assist with any queries or requests, providing us with recommendations for local attractions and even arranging transportation for us. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. The cleanliness, excellent amenities, and friendly staff truly set it apart from other accommodations. Whether you are traveling with family or friends, this hotel is the perfect choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be recommending this gem to all my friends and family.
